It focuses too much on toys. Whereas in the first film, Buzz and Woody are trying to get back to Andy. That is the main goal. However, they also have to hide from humans along the way. Quack Pack
Sitting Ducks

Not to mention the bunches of other cartoons that have ducks in them and/or as main characters, but do not star an all cast of ducks.
