so i've been gone from here for the last like oh 6-8 months because of work and just meh but i've noticed that i'm just alone, yes i have friends and i do hang out with them from time to time but after that i feel more alone then before, all i do is work and try to find a 2nd job and just be alone... i really have no idea were i'm going with this but just yeah...
i think i may have totalled my car by running over a curb going about 40mph if its not totaled then it will be hell to fix and $$$$$$ i dont have at the moment...
so after years of crafting and light gigging at bars and such i'm finally boiling down to record a studio 6 track demo of my strongest songs so i can get out there in the scene and make some noise and as of right now i've saved $70 of the $200 needed for the demo and i'm getting more and more excited about it the closer i get this is actually going to happen!! finally!!
so i just have started taking bass more seriously i'm a bass player in training at my church as a well as i tried out for a band that needed a bass player so i jammed with them for a good but like a week or so and enjoyed it till i was let go by them because i i'm not strictly a bassist, i'm a guitarist and piano player, as well as singer, song writer and i play drums as well. and want my own band and that is the main reason they let me go, i want my own band at some pointand have been trying w
so i'm 24 and a pretty decent guitarist and had a talk with a couple of guys that looking to fill a guitarist spot in there band and went and had a meeting with them for like an hour talked and jammed on some little riffs and such and then went our separate ways to wait and hear back from them so earlier this morning i texted the guy's and they where like "well sorry your not what we are looking for, hope everything goes well with trying to find your own band mates " and..thats it NO WHY OR HOW

well yay me I'm graduating from my trade school in 22 days and getting a $1200 check to boot (taxed of course so about maybe 950) but money for a new amp pedals and a new guitar and start looking for band members. then on to college and working for the rest of my life....sounds like so much fun
