Fillies and gentlecolts, there are times when I try to get a drawing as show-accurate as possible.

This is not one of those times.

    And that's fine; there is nothing wrong with having your own style as long as its 1)Good anatomy and 2)instantly recognizable who we are looking at

    Sometimes I think inking things down can take away the gestural quality of sketches, and this one has gesture in spades. :)

    I completely agree. About the inking detracting from gestural quality thing, that is. I don't know how many times I've done a sketch and just been afraid to ink it incase I spoiled it somehow XD

    Really awesome! In my personal opinion the neck is a liiiittle bit too long. I do that all the time, so don't worry >w<

    Actually that was an intentional stylistic decision this time ;)
    I'm fond of the long neck.
