Lady in the Water

I think the shiny parts on her nose turned out real nicely. Perhaps it might have been a tad more haunting if there was an ambiguous shadow of the rest of her body, just hidden beneath the surface?

It turn out more on the cute or adorable end to me. It's really nice though. :3

Heh... well, the impression I got, though it might just be from the stuff I watch and read - is that old spirit of a lady that lures men into the water so she can drown them...

you did a really good job with the floating hair.

@Ginger: Yeah, I tried doing that, but I probably shoulda made the shadow a lot darker.

@Bramble: Actually, that's also a part of the legend of Kelpies - irl lore kelpies take the shapes of normal horses or beautiful women to lure men into the water, where when they touch them they become glued to them so they drown. Then the kelpie eats their prey
