I love working with traditional medium, pencils especially, I would do it more often if working with my tablet wasn't so much more convenient. And less messy, I always get graphite all over my hands. Anyways, here's Cat, doing what she does best, being a boss <3

She can't be a boss, she looks like she's actually doing some work right there. :P (I'm kidding of course.) Perhaps thats what her cutie mark is really about? She pauses everyone's work and makes them go to useless meetings?
