I like the stylization in general, and in details, although that blue dot in eye corner is quite disturbing for me. It looks... out of place a bit.

Aaand I like the mane, really.

Beautiful design. I really like her outfit, the way the cloth is draped over her flank and spilling on the ground, the tie around the base of her tail, and her sandals. Kudos on putting the sandals on the front hooves.

I agree that the darker blue dot at the corner of the eye is a bit odd - and I love her mane, but I think it would look even better if it was mainly to one side of her neck, instead of both.

Yea this is pretty much exactly how they wanted it. I wanted it draped to one side, but they wanted it more like how the reference was, but the reference only had like... one side half the length of the other and that just didn't make sense xD

As for the makeup, it was based off a google image. It was weird, but looked cool to me, so I went with it.

I don't know if she's supposed to be based off anyone important, but she is supposed to be Egyptian-ish (my original idea for her was much more Egyptian-y, and less like someone trying to dress Egyptian-y xD)

Wow...what a gorgeous, regal figure she cuts! I love her makeup, and frankly I was too engrossed in other details of the picture to notice the blue mark beside her eye until someone mentioned it.

I especially like the...circlet, I guess you'd call it that she's wearing on her head. It adds to her exotic but powerful aura.

Ahh, its hard to make comments on commissioned work, cause the person who made the fundamental decisions isn't here to talk about them.

Anyway, I think her circlet is my favorite part. The deep, rich blue is definitely eye catching. (I wonder, and this is just a off handed thought, so don't take it too seriously, but do you suppose working that rich blue into the piece somewhere else might have added a bit of balance?)
