Thanks, I'm glad people like it. I suppose not having enough time is what always gets me. I'm happy with it (probably wouldn't have uploaded it if I wasn't) but I wish I'd have had time to put a proper crowd of background ponies in and have better perspective instead of making it up as I went.

That background is magnificent. I absolutely love the feel of that background. You should not at all feel lacking about that background.

See, I want to make a guard pony, or warrior pony, but I just don't see myself being able to freehand a pony AND armor.

As usual though, GingerMint, I really do have to commend you on your armor designs; you really have a way of making intricate, fascinating designs for pony armor! You really set the bar high, and you should really be proud, it's some fantastic work! =D

Thanks Bramble, this started out with me thinking "hey, I've got this cool idea for some armor that has a sort of fancy renaissance flair to it." I went through a lot of sketches before I settled on this idea. (one of them involved tossing a changeling, or balancing from a rooftop. They were silly.)

DeepBass, as long as you've got an idea in your mind, thats what really counts. I'm sure you could write a description.

Kite, I must admit that I was inspired by some of the concept art from Final Fantasy Tactics, but I looked into british uniform designs too when I came up with the armor.

I have a deviantArt account, but I only ever post stuff there once in a blue moon. People look at that account so I have to make sure only my very best stuff gets posted there.
