Diamond Tiara receiving some care from Pulse (paramedic OC pony I sketched a while back).
DT looks rather adorable, I think. This must have taken place before she became the unpleasant filly she is now.
. . . unsure about Pulse's colour scheme. Going to work on that when I find time, maybe . . .
