so i decided to draw a griffon and this is the turn out. I like her design but i suck at griffons so much that im positive that i butchered her. Any tips or critisism is welcomed and feel free to speak your mind

Her torso should be a lot bulkier, griffons are strong folk! And having hooves would make her a hippogriff, not a griffon. Although I'm getting more of a deer vibe than pony vibe, not sure if that is the intent.
