Akuma Hantā is Bellosh's Grand Admiral, who leads the entire fleet of Neighpon's armed forces while also providing strategic wisdom and counsel on the Shogunate. As for the oni mask, there's an interesting reasoning behind it, at least in my opinion...can't wait to see her on the boards!
