  2. I wouldnt mind taking the reigns of Sunset (or Spike if sunny isnt an option for this yet, being eqg and all.) - there's a massive wealth of stuff and things that can be implemented regardless of which character thread I put together and it would be interesting to see what contributions the board offers with it too!

For Sunset, I'm considering making it resemble her diary entries to Twilight on format, keeping roughly in character if plausible.for Spike...it would be a personal journal of his adventures, mishaps and odd thoughts alongside general fandom materials found that apply.

Only desire one or the other but sunset is post of first choice!

At any rate...thats my current request!

  3. Mac had pretty much just been watchin' proceedin's and minding his own beeswax as best he could - seemed like things were gettin' a little awkward though, with AJ's current customer being the familiar pegasus Fluttershy...and whilst he had dealt with the mare offhoof in some situations, he had probably never really gotten a chance to speak to her much...ah well, sometimes life just dropped apples that way. It seemed as though things were mostly in hoof though, and since Mac had mostly taken care of everything he needed to do for a little while, he was making the most of this little break from action to rest - although, as he would soon find out, sometimes such plans don't last long.

"Big Mac, would ya do yur Granny a favor an' go fetch one of them thar apple pies I got sittin' on the windersill at the house an' bring it over ta Fluttershy, please?" - Granny had made her way over without him even realisin' it. He shrugged inwardly, not really bothered by that fact in the slightest as he then goes on to give a hearty 'Eeeeyup!' to the elderly mare before gettin' up off his hooves to go and locate the tasty treat and bring it back to the mare as asked.

Heck, there really wasn't any logical reason for him NOT to afterall!
  4. Berry Punch:

Berry had been mostly satisfied with her custom here - Applejack was, as ever, a good sport and a shrewd businessmare...which of course was one of the reasons she couldn't help but admire just how she managed things on the farm as she did. Anyway, it appeared all businesses were concluded and monetary/smooches had been issued cordially and without incident - Ruby still seemed a little spaced, but Berry put that down to mostly just the weather and general tiredness. The winemaker managed to stack the bushels onto her back and into the sidesaddle she carried without too much incident and looked over towards her overzealous but slightly dazed young filly and chuckles slightly.

" Come along, Pinchy - we have places to be and ice cream cakes to prepare! " she says with gentle encouragement. " that, and plenty of apples to make juices and....other things out of later! "

She was a little uncertain just what she would really be able to do with ALL of these fruit, but if anypony could figure something out for them later, it was Berry Punch!

    [Exit thread: Berry}

    Big Mac:

Macintosh had been watching this whole affair on occasion between delivering apples and retrieving the stored bushels as part of the supply chain - it had been mostly amusing, and the red stallion couldn't help but be somewhat impressed that so many of these ponies had come here for the privilege of givin' AJ a big ol' kiss. Chuckling to himself as he pulled up towards the counter with another batch of red delicious apples, he unhitches himself and takes a bite out of an apple he'd taken for his own personal munchings. Having worked fairly tirelessly for the last couple of hours, he figured he deserved himself a small reprieve and thus took the opportunity to see just how things were gettin' on with this rather curious little venture of his sisters for a little while - Ayup, Nothing was more impressive than seeing all of Ponyville lining up for a silly but fun l'il thing like this afterall!

  5. Oh Berry couldn't help but chuckle at the honest l'il diatribe delivered by the plucky and forthright Applejack - the playful teasing, of course, not meaning much more than a little poke of good natured humor.

There was no reason not to indulge the mares simple request, considering how easygoing Applejack was - Berry chuckled to herself at the comment though, it was always fun to tease now and then.

" Oh you know I've never been one to turn down a good apple! " she replies with a playful wink in reply to Applejack, clearly not one to leave any statements left unanswered, before puckering up and placing a big ol' smooch of affection right onto the orange mares muzzle...the fruitfilled kissin's were all go and the wineseller was absolutely unashamed at making the most of the opportunity!

  6. Awww, that was adorably cute - Pinchy and Applejacks little moment of dialogue made Berry chuckle...and then, quickly enough, it was time to address the matter of the apple payments.

" Oh, oh yes. " She said, nodding as she deftly begins the search through the saddlebags she was carrying. " I'm going to have so many apples to deal with, but they're always good! "

It didn't take too long for the winepony to find her small bag of bits and thus begins the quick process of counting out the required amount and passing them to Applejack with no real hassles...

Afterall, It was a good deal when it came to apple acres goods...with apples and apple related products, there was really no better group of ponies to turn to!

" I think thaaaaaaaat should just about cover it, Miss Applejack! " she says with a small chuckle. " Well, the monetary side at least. "

  7. Berry couldn't help but feel amused at all of this - Pinchy was being her usual adorable self, apparently having no idea how to approach such an interesting offer as AJ's without really coming across as the shy filly she still was. The mother stifles a giggle with a hoof before she approaches herself and takes position beside Pinchy, giving her a quick ruffle of the mane as she too prepared to give a l'il discount-getter of her own.

" Hehe, I'm sure she would happily deliver it there since you asked really nicely! " she says with a chuckle, before glancing over at Applejack. " If anything, I'm sure miss AppleJack here would love to help out a customer with a query, isn't that right? "  Berry was just glad to see Pinchy having a good time - it didn't really matter too much if she wound up with more apples than she really needed right now, the fact that Pinchy had an adorably large smile on her muzzle was more than enough to make that fact a trivial one she could deal with later.

" Although I'm not sure she's going to be kissing her trees JUST yet. " she adds teasingly, laughing softly as she steps back for a moment and lets the overly silly little pony do her thing.

" Since it's your turn first, I'll just wait my turn here...and you can give your teacher a shiny apple in the morning if you want, I reckon Miss Cheerilee would appreciate it! "

  8. Berry had been watching the last few moments of the line with a small smile on her features - so many ponies having such an interesting time, and all for the kiss of an apple mare along with some fruit. It struck her as an interesting idea, but certainly not one she would ever attempt to copy or do herself...she couldn't see herself being quite as dedicated to it as Applejack seemed to be when it came to living up to the promise!

Anyhow, it appeared that she was being addressed - Berry gave a small cough and nodded as she tried to reel herself back in from her moderately quiet lazing. " Well, she should be here someplace...maybe she's chased after a butterfly or something, and just not paying attention - I'm sure she'll notice in a moment. " Berry states with a light chuckle, before realising that she was also somewhat up in the line shortly too. " Well, I suppose it's my turn too - perhaps it might even help pinchy get her mind back on things! "

Berry takes a few small steps to approach the stall, quickly glancing to see if she could find the wayward filly - why of all times did she have to go missing now? Ah well, couldn't be helped now, right?

" Well, now - is it just me, or is it a little chilly out here today? " she says with a small chuckle, distracting herself a moment from the missing Ruby. " Maybe I'll take a leaf out of your apple-filled books and make a cider drink later, I suddenly feel rather inspired here! "

With her attention back on the situation at hoof, she simply hoped Pinchy would get her mind back on things and get back in the line...it was a little rude to hold ponies up like this, afterall!

  9. Berry was wondering about the variious apple types on offer - she knew there was an assortment of apples, but she was never really all that great at telling them apart...perhaps that was something of a flaw on her part, but there it was. Much as she did like a good crunchy apple, she couldn't help but wonder if there really WAS a difference between all of them, or maybe it was all just some great trick of the mind telling the eater that the fruit they were eating tasted slightly different to one exactly like it, but with a slightly pinker skin...or a red skin, or even rainbow - although, she muses, she'd never eaten a rainbow apple before in raw form.

Regardless, it seemed like her turn was fast approaching - Applejack was surely trying to wrap up her current customers, and it seemed like the line behind her was growing ever longer...in some ways, Berry felt a little sorry for the mare in having to deal with nearly half or most of Ponyville and some of the surrounding territories just to seel apples, but the Apple family mare seemed to be relishing the challenge. That was fair enough - she seemed the tough sort who would handle herself well enough when things got a little tougher. Of course, not every sale should be quite as rough to deal with, and Berry was fairly sure she was going to simply ask for a variety of apple types for her drinks - if she could figure out which ones tasted better or whatnot, perhaps that would work in her favour as a juice bar special or something...well, she could only hope afterall, right?

Anyway, the waiting goes on and Berry hums quietly to herself...anticipating getting this little piece of business concluded so she could get back to her bar with the apples to get things under way!

  10. Berry shuffled forward with the last few ponies at the front of the line, watching as things took place...she could hear some of what was going on, but it didn't really strike a chord with her overall. Seemed like Applejacks brother was garnering some unexpected curiosity from one of the colts ahead of her...although that wasn't so surprising, he was very much a curious pony in and of himself - a and a stallion of few words in public, usually.

there wasn't really a whole lot Berry could do in her situation - pinchy seemed to have gotten distracted with something shiny, and there wasn't really anypony else in line she knew all that well. She wasn't one to really have an issue with crowds and such, but she was getting a little bit listless...with any luck, the ponies in front of her would get their own orders for apples taken care of quickly. She continues to ponder about the idea of what to do with the apples she was acquiring, and the idea of a fruit and apple pie for later between her, quicklime and Pinchy sounded ever so appealling...

Still, for the time being....Berry waited patiently, as for now there wasn't really an alternative except to do just that!

  11. Berry was almost as excited as Ruby had been - although she hadn't really wanted to put Ruby on the spot in such a way, it seemed like the best idea to give the filly a little motivation to make fun memory for herself by meeting the princess. It was an opportunity, Berry knoew, that didn't really come up a lot and so it had been a better idea to make the best of it.

The crowd was a little restless, which prompted the mare to take a moment to think - if AppleJack could consider the idea of a special deal on a product such as this, then perhaps she should think of something equally as worthwhile for the bar - although, of course, she wasn't one to simply give away kisses. Nope, she'd just have to consider the idea a little bit more in depth before making it publically known....maybe a half price drinks day would be a good idea, considering the recent temperature increase of the last few days.

Anyway, the mare was a little lost in thought as she rubbed her muzzle contemplatively...losing sight of whether or not the line was moving, which it possibly might be very sooner than the drinks-making mare might have expected considering how quickly things were going at the moment!

  12. Well, this had been an interesting event - Princess Celestia had been in the line for a while it seemed, and it seemed as though her kiss had turned into something a little more eventful than just what might have been initially expected. It appeared as though through some misunderstanding or such that she had wound up getting to choose the tall and stoic young stallion who had been making his presence known by the Apple family mare....her brother Big Macintosh, if Berry remembered right.

As if that hadn't been juicy enough, the entire scene seemed to have been upstaged by an errant rock or flooring, as Celestia wound up unceremoniously tripping and accidentally giving the unsuspecting pony a rather unforgettable, albeit accidental, muzzle-to-muzzle kiss. Berry almost gasped in shock at the sight, it was almost never seen that a princess such as Celestia would become so privvy to some kind of haphazard event like that....certainly, it would be a memorable moment for them both.

Anyway - with her eyes forwward and her mind drifting back to the reason she was here, she lets the moment of amusement pass as she relaxes again and drifts along with the flow of the line....her own thoughts returning to all of the things she could put delicious apples in at the bar!-

Maybe some day she'd even serve a princess, now wouldn't THAT be something?

  13. Sometimes, choices are made that can stand out - sometimes, choices are made that can stand out TOO much...and this proved to be a case of the latter, as Mac found himself in quite possibly the strangest scenario of his life...presented with the rather unexpected pleasure of getting to give Celestia, Princess of Pony and generally highly respected mare, a fleeting kiss on the muzzle...

Well, as much as he'd had visage of a cool calm and collected peck with the Royal run through his mind, it appeared as though fate had had other plans for them both, as a wayward piece of cobble had created a rather bizarre twist and momentarily threw Celestia's last step into a less than regal stumble...causing her to fall forward and land an entirely uncoordinated kiss...much to the stunned amazement of everypony present. Indeed, Mac could scarecely believe himself that the event had taken place so oddly and with such a larger impact on them all than it might have left otherwise. Celestia was clearly embarrassed, and Macintosh was feeling more or less the same way...he coughs into a hoof after the ponies settled back into a standing position and tried his best to NOT let the whole thing show.

In moments like this, Mac had pretty much no option but to maintain a cool head and get back to work - he'd just kissed a royal, something that most stallions in their lifetimes would never get a chance of doing...and whilst it had only been a light and friendly affair in intent, it left mac with a small smile as he passes Applejack on his way to go and find some work to distract himself with for a while...naturally, Applejack would no doubt poke fun at him over this later, but for right now she was busy enough that he could get away with letting her get back to it without nary a peep or a squeak outta her over what had just happened.

Woo - What a day this was turning out to be for everypony!

  14. Berry Punch

Berry was all aquiver - so many princesses seemed to be around and close by right now, and they were here to give the farmer mare some kisses an' bits for apples - although, Berry Noted, it seemed as though Celestia was being goaded into kissing the red stallion just beyond the group. She vaguely recalled him as being the one who had dragged her house along whilst affected by the love poison so long ago - not an event she was particularly fond of remembering, considering how much it had cost to get the darn house relocated. She would have left it where it was, in all honesty, had it not been for the fact that where it had been dragged to seemed to have been the place where the local ducks and geese congregated, and it made for a rather noisy morning wakeup call.

Anyway, she was in line and waiting patiently...not too long to go now, it seemed, and she was growing evermore intrigued with what was going on whilst she waited!

    Big Mac

"I thank you for your kind consideration Applejack, but I believe it is unfair to put your brother on the spot like that. However, I will gladly accept your kind offer if he wishes it."

"Well, Big Mac? Pucker up or what? Hurry, we got some apples to sell, this line ain't gettin' any shorter."

H'oh boy, this was turning into an odd thing - Celestia was, of course, being the royalty focused mare that she was known to be...or at least how Mac figured her from what he'd heard of the princess. - and, of course, his sister was adding to things by putting him directly in the spotlight by asking so very directly, as was the course for anything she was involved in.

On one hoof, he knew that he could probably back out entirely if he wanted to - the princess wouldn't be offended. However, on the other hoof he was all too aware that Applejack would make fun of him for a good while after turning down an offer from a princess - which was, he admitted, something that didn't simply come up every day, and wasn't just a thing that any pony in their right mind should turn down because of something as silly as perhaps being a teensy bit apprehensive or shy. No, this was a moment that he probably needed to step up to the plate and go with the flow..

" Eeeeyup! " comes the one word reply that would be familiar to the members of the apple family, shrugging a little and steps forward...mentally bracing himself as he approached the princess carefully and took a deep breath - welp, this was gonna be one story to tell at the family reunions yet to come for sure, no doubt!

  15. Macintosh had been watching the assembly for a while some ways away whilst taking care of some small bits of farm business out here - naturally, he'd seen Celestia and had stayed relatively out of the scene to allow his sister to handle business with her as she had been with other ponies all morning so far.

He'd only really been planning on hanging around for a little while anyway, since he still had a few chores to take care of around the rest of the farm, but When he heard the question posed to Celestia from his sister " So, you wanna kiss mah brother? " followed by the excited shrieks of granny smith, he found himself in a rather unexpected moment...the idea that he'd wind up kissin' a royal princess in any capacity being somethin' he'd never even considered in his humble mind.

Still, he needed to continue to look unassuming - if the idea was actually going to go ahead then he needed to remain calm and collected...and Applejack would no doubt take great pleasure in making a fuss of the whole thing, so his playing along a little would be entirely in the spirit of sibling cooperation...so whilst Applejack tried to determine what was going on, and granny smith had Strudel go fetch the video camera stuffs, Big Mac just let the situation be as it was until he knew exactly what to expect from it.

'course, that didn't stop him from feeling as anxious as a mouse in a mousetrap factory, he'd never really looked much into dealing with mares at the current moment...and suddenly to be presented with the possibility of kissing such an esteemed one as Princess Celestia was an unexpected situation indeed - sure, it was really only a lighthearted thing in nature, but it still held a little weight in feeling overall!

  16. Aww, Pinchy was adorable - Berry had watched the silly filly and her attempts to speak to the princess with a stifled giggle...perhaps it had been a little unfair to have gotten the young pony to do something so hard to vocalise in such short a notice, but it seemed like an idea to at least make sure she had something she could remember fondly when looking back on it!

Of course, Berry realised, the fact that Pinchy was in this line at all meant that she'd have to consider more apple-based products for her bar for a little while...afterall, they were both buying the same amount of apples, most likely, and this clearly was going to wind up with more apples than she even knew what to do with...although, she thought, perhaps she should give Pinchy a few apples for her teacher - Ponies still did that, didn't they?

Well, whatever - she at least would have an excuse to make some spiced apple tea for herself and Pinchy tonight as a small treat for them both, it was well deserved!
