    So at the behest of the significant other, I have begun the Mass Effect trilogy. Everyone waxes poetic about it, yet in my first foray all I could think is "Shepard has got the shakiest hands I've ever seen. I hope there's some kind of super futuristic cure for mouthbreathing while sniping, or this is going to be a long game."

      I'm a big fan of the first game. The love isn't as strong for 2 or 3, though. 

       

      But yeah, Shep needs an inhaler I think, it could really make a big difference.

      Eh? #2 was probably the best of the series..#3 was good...until the....well, I will let you discover that bit.

      I liked ME1's story, but the gameplay is absolute garbage. ME2/3 had much more solid mechanics, if dated compared to modern cover shooters like The Division and Gears of War. Storywise, ME3 had its moments, but Casey Hudson threw a fit at the last second and the ending rewrite pretty much sank the game. That said, the series as a whole is quality sci fi with a great universe, interesting characters, and plenty of room for growth. Can't wait for Andromeda at the end of the month.

    And lo, the wanderer returned. Not for anything so philosophical or empathetic as "I wonder how those others I once talked to are faring.." No. Something akin to "I'm pretty bored. Didn't I used to pone rp?"

    You try to change, stay fresh, enjoy the fact that you can endlessly edit your display name... But then everyone, including the admin and a Fawkesequus, keeps shackling you to your past self. Although maybe that's one essence of madness, now that I think on it. Were I truly insensitive, I could mention something on how I never though this would be a thing again. That maybe it shouldn't be... but then I think people in the right places decided that maybe a little of the wrong thing in the right place is the right thing to have, even if it's wrong. Which would make me more untruly insensitive than anything. And thus I am. Solaria returns, in the textual flesh. Greetings, old friends.

    Hm. Did you draw inspiration for the horn design from Sombra? What made you decide on the dual horns? Is there a purpose in assisting with magical influence of natural things? Also, why do their horns regenerate so quickly? I find myself curious. And if for whatever reason it doesn't pass, don't toss him. I'd like to play with him in FFA if it comes to that.

    I do love a good jungle adventure. Despite the roots not being as noticeable, I can still see them just enough. It kind of gives them that lurking, surreal quality of things you might expect in a location that you prooooooooobably shouldn't be searching for in the first place. I like it.
