  1. Because you deserve one. Recently, you may have (or may not have) noted my absence from the forum. That's due to a number of reasons. Mostly they're personal ones, but I find I don't have as much free time as I'd like anymore. Life is getting pretty hectic for me at the moment, so I've had to sideline some of my free time to get it all under control. That's why I haven't been on as much as I should be. Actually, if its okay, I'm posting this blog as my announcement of hiatus from the forum. Honestly, I should have done this sooner, but I haven't had the time. see you guys soon... -Dafty
  2. Having light-speed. Bleeding money or shrinking?
  3. This. Is. Just. So. Awesome. PonySquare is essentially Facebook if it was all Bronies. You can roleplay or just use it like normal Facebook. Anyway, if anyone here has it, pst a link to your profile here, and I'll add as many people as I can.
  4. (Pronounced Pony-cool) A quick question. How many of you are familiar with the Bionicle universe? If not, I'm all too happy to provide help. The basic idea behind this fic is "what if I took the characters from MLP and applied them to the Bionicle story?" I don't remember what inspired that, but hey, here we are. Six beings wash up on the shore of Ponyville Nui, with no memory of who they are or how they got there, only that they are meant to protect the island paradise. They are the six Toa Harmona. Beings able to use the power of the Elements of Harmony as their own. Twilight, Toa of Magic, Applejack, Toa of Honesty, Rainbow, Toa of Loyalty, Rarity, Toa of Generosity, Fluttershy, Toa of Kindness, and Pinkie, Toa of Laughter. Guided by the wisdom of the ancient Turaga Smith, they seek to liberate Ponyville Nui from the evil of Lunakuta and awaken the Great Spirit Celestia. That's only the first story. I plan to write a full set of stories based on all the Bionicle storylines for ponies. Let me know what you guys think about the idea.
  5. "Not really." Joe said. "It's much nicer getting complements. Okay, step-lean left..." Joe kept repeating this to himself as he got used to the steps. "So yeah, I went to the Gala once. One of the few times it actually went right. Never again, I said. It's so...what's the word....dull, mostly." He felt himself getting into the swing of the beat. "What do you know? This is great."
  6. Definitely maybe probably. TPBM enjoys the Spam Stables.
  7. Brian's a good artist. You should use him if you think you should.
  8. Oh Sulvuss, how I've missed you and your most excellent compliments.
  9. Joe smiled and chuckled a little bit. "Making doughnuts and dancing are different things entirely." he said, taking Shores' hoof. "I can't remember the last time I went dancing. I think it was at the Gala 2 years ago. Maybe 4. It's easy to lose track of time." He had to admit, Fred's music was making him a little more energetic. Maybe he would try dancing. Just this once. "Lead the way, Miss Shores. I'm sure you're a better dancer than me." he said.
  10. "Thanks, but at the end of the day, it's only just vending doughnuts. It's nothing special." Joe said, drinking a bit. "I just needed to borrow a couple of ingredients from the barpony because I ran out at the store." When Fred asked if he and Shores were an "item", Joe looked puzzled. "What do you mean "an item"?"
  11. Hey everypony! Guess whose birthday it is! (Here's a hint: It's mine!)
  12. I would trade a bag of skittles for a house.
