Yeah, a fallout Tesla Cannon would be bigger, but since these were made for ponies I figured making it that long would just make it look awkward. My head cannon for him says he built it and since the original design was effective and that size was convenient and easy to use he didn't change it.

Yea he is a bit sad, it has something to do with his back-story.

More power to you, out of all the mane 6 rarity and pinkies mane are the nightmares to draw.

Pinkie's looks like the staff ran out of ideas and just closed their eyes and drew random loops (easily copyable with flash, but when you hand draw it it feels like you've been trolled).

Rarity's is just head bangingly annoying to draw. I drew it once, probably never again even though rarity is best pony to me.

He'd probably hate to be called cute, but him complaining about it would likely just make him look adorable.

Not quite, but it is related to both Rarity's talent. His special talent is methodology. Basically his special talent is learning really quickly through detailed study, kind of like what twilight does, but with anything.

He can't naturally get a cutie mark (something I decided), he got his through events in his story. It doesn't represent his talent, rather it represents his purpose.
