Hmmm for some reason she seems older then her qilin incarnation.

What a kickass outfit! I can see this as a combination of assassin garb (from AC franchise of course) and Amon from Legend of Korra (which would be a mask in this case. Masks are always cool).

Also the emblem is such a nice touch. Another way to show that WRAITH is a big SPECTRE shout-out.

I be honest with you Zeig, IMO this doesn't suit her. At all.

I may be a little biased but I never was fan of...mammal snouts for dragons. It reminds me too much of Falcor from Never Ending Story and as such I am unable to treat it seriously unlike, say Dragonheart and it's dragon Sean Connery. Still it doesn't change the fact that picture is really neatly drawn from you part.

The problem with reptiles is such that they don't have facial muscles. At all. Even the jaws themselves can move in one way - as in open/close and that's it. The only exception from this are snakes thanks to the fact that their lower jaw is not fused with the rest of the skull.

That said, I don't really think that dragons need facial expressions at all to be terrifying. Especially an adult ones. Just look at Leventhan from Odin Sphere for example.

You know, every time I read her name I can't shake this toughs.

But on a more serious note. This is one of your more standing out pictures. I don't remember ever seeing a character in your drawing being sad or having negative feelings at all for the matter ( except Wisp, but with him it's played for laugh). Quite nice to see a somber drawing for a change. However I can't help but thing that if background would be a little darker it would set the mood even better.

She's one character I wish we got to see more of in the last season...They even dared to ship Big Mac away from her!

 Yeah, for a teacher she doesn't have enough screen-time to be a role model.

Also it may just me but bipedal standing ponies look weird.

I must say I find Yuri Maniac Pixie Dream personality very endearing (read: hilarious). Any post with her is a gold, and the picture is no different. It captures personalities of both of them perfectly.
