Welcome to Canterlot! The best piece of advice I think I can give you is to make sure you read the rules, and ask questions if there's something you're not sure of, or if anything is confusing. The moderators are here to help you, but we can only do that if you let us.

I apologize for the abnormally long wait for feedback on your application. Everything you have so far looks good to me, but you're definitely in need of some expansion in a few areas before this is really good to go. Cutie Mark: Your choice of cutie mark is perfectly fine; however, this section should also describe the events that resulted in your character earning his cutie mark, as well as giving at least a hint as to what his cutie mark says about his talents or personality. Unique Traits: Again, what you've got is good, but I think there's some untapped potential to be brought out. For instance, you mention that he has a katana and multiple knives. Are any of them particularly special to him? Does he know any special combat tricks with them? Is there any particular fighting style he favors over any other? History: Your history could definitely use some more detail to it as well. Was he born and raised in a particular city, or somewhere outside of one? Did he have a formal education, or was he entirely home-taught? Did he have a particular rival or best friend that helped shape him? Being raised a criminal, did he or his parents ever get in trouble with the law? If so, how did that affect his life? Personality: His personality could also use a little more detail. Specifically, he doesn't appear to have any significant flaws. What sorts of things anger him? Please him? What might throw him off or make him act out of character? Is he scared of anything? Asking yourself these kinds of questions (and then answering them, of course) should give you plenty of space to flesh out your character. I can't wait to see what you can come up with!

Alright, I think we're almost there! Another thing you should expand upon here is your unique traits section. Having something unique about her appearance is a good start, but there should be plenty more than a simple bow that makes her a unique pony. Almost anything you can think of could go there - as a flier aspiring to be a Wonderbolt, has she made any signature moves for herself? How are they performed? How long did it take her to develop/master them? The unique traits section is your chance to do a little showing off for her abilities, or anything else that might set her apart from other ponies, so have some fun with it!

Looking things over, this application could still use some expansion, as it is incredibly brief. Try to give us some more details about both her personality and her past. Specifically, she seems to be lacking in any sort of personality flaws, and you don't have much about what's happened since she earned her cutie mark. Your character is a mare, an adult, and should have some more things that have happened since then. What happened with her ambitions of becoming a Wonderbolt? Maybe she's still working toward that goal? It may also help if you think up of some occupation for her to have, even if it's just something to get by while she chases after her dreams. What you've got so far is good, but I think there's still some potential left to bring out in this character, and I can't wait to see what more you can come up with!
