1. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria Name: Lyn Sex: Male Age: Teen Species: Dragon Eye colour: Golden Yellow Scales: Nice shiny black, but with several cuts and scars that expose his flesh Spikes/Tail/ Wings: He has a small horn on both sides of of his chin, and brownish yellow spines on his head, a brownish yellow spike on each of his elbows, the flesh membrane of his wings is an ashy grey and the tip of his tail jet black and spear-like Physique: He's about the height of a diamond dog when standing on his hind legs and a little larger than a fully grown griffon when on all fours. He is lean, but with a decent amount of muscle definition. Specific scars: Gash across his left hand, Cut on his neck, missing scales on his waist, a hole in the membrane of his right wing. Residence: Talonopolis Occupation: Explorer, Item Procurer, collector of rarities, museum curator. Motivation: To see the most beautiful, and exotic locals the world has to offer. Likes: Extreme sports (Spelunking, Mountain climbing, etc...), cloud skirting, reading up on history and ancient structures, and museums. Dislikes: Having his picture taken, and the colour orange. History: Early Life: Lyn comes from a nest of dragons that live in seclusion to in the mountains farthest to the north in the Badlands. Like most dragon broods his siblings fought constantly for dominance and his parents were pretty hands off. Even as a hatchling Lyn knew he was different, he didn't participate in the power struggles, nor did he collect random shiny objects just for the sake of having them. The young dragon went nameless for the earlier years of his life, by the time he, his brothers, and his sisters were old enough to leave the nest and return on their own all of them were breathing strong, healthy flames. All of them except for Lyn that is. He was always at the bottom of his brood, his wings took the longest to mature, his adult teeth were the last to come in, and he was the last to grow to his adolescent height, but even after all of maturation processes were complete he still hadn't found his flames. As a youngster he spent his time exploring the terrain, searching for himself. Unlike most of his brood, he found joy in exploring old world ruins, unearthing their secrets, and collecting trinkets. During one of his rock climbing outing the young dragon came across an abandoned nest with a single egg in it. The stone all around the nest was scorched, so Lyn assumed that what ever animal was living there was forced to abandon their home or fight off raging dragons. On a whim he took the egg back home with him. Within the week, the egg hatched and out came a baby brown falcon hen. He had never really seen a falcon before, but he heard stories about them from the elders of his brood. He remembered them being called masters of flight and fierce hunters. With his limited knowledge on the creatures he chose the name Inanna (Lady of the Sky) for her. That day, a life long bond was born. During the night of his companion's birth Lyn watched a lightning storm. He was enraptured by beautiful lattices of energy passing through the clouds overhead. Leaving Inanna in her makeshift bed, he left the family nest to go skirt the charged clouds. The young dragon dipped and into and out of the massive grey bodies, raking his claws and dragging his wings through the as he went. Electricity arced across his scales, giving him a tingly feeling in his gut, the sensation was primal, almost as if he was suppose to take in the power of the clouds. After having his fun he landed back at the family nest, he body was tired yet somehow full of energy. On his way to his makeshift bed one of his sister pounced at him, startling and eliciting a bolt of lighting to fly out of his mouth. Needless to say, both dragons were surprised. His sister was the first to break from her trance, the young dragoness playfully bopped her brother on the nose and said "Lyn". He cocked his head in confusion at his sibling. "That's what father calls the lights in the clouds," she said. "It's also what I chose to call you from now on." He had been without a name his entire life, now that he had one he didn't really have a response. "I-I like the sound of that." Later years: Now with a name, old enough to leave the nest permanently, and having found his breath, Lyn set out on a quest to find purpose in his life. For the next several years Lyn and Inanna explored caves, climbed mountains, and sacked ruins. They built up a large and unique horde for themselves, but unlike most dragons, Lyn felt nothing for all of his gems and shiny trinkets. What was the point of all those amazing things if no one but him was going to see them. Seeking something interesting he and Inanna packed up some of their horde and flew to the relatively close city of Talonopolis. As expected his welcome was rather, cold, but eventually the city warmed up to the idea of a dragon being around. It didn't take long for him to realize that griffons and ponies used currency to obtain what they wanted so he took a job as a courier, it wasn't fun, but it was different and it allowed him to afford a place to live and food to eat. During his time in the city he came across the Museum of World Treasures. The inside of the Museum was breathtaking, he had never seen so many wonders and ancient treasures in his life, both he and Inanna's eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. The museum's curator saw the pair ogling the exhibits. The griffon, Hunter, gave Lyn a walk through of the entire building. however he ended on a sad note, he told Lyn that a large amount of the building was unused so the government was going to downsize the place. Thus cutting down on the space for new exhibits. Hunter said that the Aquelian government didn't think that there was much else to be found so that the space could be put to better use. Lyn was devastated by this revelation, he had just found something new and thrilling, but its growth would be cut short because they where finding anything. At that moment, Lyn though about the stuff he had brought in his pack, to him it was just cool things he found in ruins and caves, but perhaps it could help this place. He showed Hunter what he had with him and the griffon nearly fainted. According to the griffon the trinkets that he had with him were extremely rare and valuable each piece warranted it's own exhibit. Hunter and Lyn worked out payment for the items and after receiving his bits the dragon turned to leave. Hunter stopped him and said that what he had sold him was just a small amount of history and many of the exhibits that his contribution had started were far from complete, so as additional thanks he offered him a permanent job as museum curator plus generous pay for any new items he finds and gives to the museum. Lyn accepted the job on the spot, it was everything he wanted: rewards for doing what he loved, and an audience to show his findings to. That day he quit his courier job and from then on become a full time explorer/part time museum curator. Character Summary: Personality: Lyn is a go-person type of dragon. He believes that if you want to try something you should stop talking about it and go try it, and if you think that something thought impossible is possible go prove the world wrong. Because of his hobbies and interests he tends to make friends easily on both sides of the spectrum, his knowledge on old world history lets him bond with the scholarly and his expeditions give him something in common with thrill seekers. He can be quite talkative and sometimes a little hyperactive since friendships and close interactions outside of his parents, brothers and sisters is a fairly new experience. Lyn is always one to issue or accept challenges, be they of body or mind, he intends to come out on above the competition. Many of the griffons that know Lyn know that if you need the dragon's help he'll be there. When not at the museum or playing with Inanna Lyn is an extreme sports buff, it come's with being an explorer. Even though he has wings, he prefers to climb mountains, and if there's a deep dark cave, you can expect Lyn to dive into it. When he's not risking his life Lyn also puts in time at the local libraries and tries to better his reading, he loves to learn about ancient civilizations and the things he finds, but it can be difficult with his level of literacy. As much as he enjoys working at the museum, Lyn would love to have his own exhibition hall to show off the rarities he finds, somewhere he and Inanna can chronicle their accomplishments for all to see. Prideful, arrogant, and stubborn, Lyn still manages to fit heart of gold in his chest, even if you don't like him and he knows it, Lyn will greet you with a toothy smile Flaws: Sometimes is single minded, can come off a bit too strong and intimidate others by accident. Sometimes doubt's his decision to leave the badlands come to the city because he misses the freedom of doing whatever he wanted whenever he wanted to. He has a slight problem with authority, in the badlands the strongest tells everyone what do to, but in the city power isn't a measure of who you can beat up, so Lyn feels that alot of the griffons and ponies in charge aren't worth their salt and has a tendency to look and on them. Despite being able to soar above the clouds, Lyn is still a pretty terrible flyer, his endurance is good but that's about it. For all of his intelligence and problem solving skill Lyn is a poor reader(except maps), and mathematics just completely stomps him, he really needs a tutor, but is too embarrassed to say anything. Lyn while prideful and a little hard headed,is not a fool, he's seen the looks he gets sometimes and knows he's on thin ice, everyday he makes sure he acts his best, the fear of wronging someone and being exiled nags at the back of his head everytime he prepares to speak. Additional: Part of his job training was learning about old world history, as a result he is extremely knowledgeable on the subjects of ancient civilizations, magical artifacts, and geography.
2. Type: Crossover Name: Maximilian "Shadowlord" Rizor Age: Undefined (deathless) Gender: Male Species: ShadowKin Features: Glowing red eyes, Black wisplike features, no other features recognizable (due to the fact he is on equestria his human form shall not be seen) Residence: Live's in dark area's such as the everfree forest or caves History: Maximilian Rizor is a one of the Shadows, a Shadowkin, but he wasn't one to begin with it all started back on his home planet Earth. Year 1890's he lived in the upper part's of his hometown where all the rich people lived he being one of the few able to have such wealth and power and in turn he was compleatly carefree. But he unlike other's studied the supernatural in his spare time eventually reading through book's on demons he found one that intreagued him the "Shadowkin" Being's of immense power he liked this for he wanted more power then he already had so he assembled a group of his peer's with the temptations of power and wealth when he aligned them along a special pentagram set up to call forth the Shadowkin but the ritual called for blood sacrifice which he had. within a small time span he had murdered all of his peers and had began to slowly kill himself. but the sacrifice worked and the Shadowkin had emerged from the pentagram. they had offered him eternal life and unmeasurable power but with the cost of one thing the life of all he held dearest. so he accepted. and with that they consumed him changing him the process was painful the process had changed him forever and now changed beyond recognition he took on his new wispy form untouchable to everyone and everything he had it all. and now he had one thing to accomplish killing all he held dearest to him. "Family Massacred 50 dead no survivors" was the headline all over the newspapers it had happened he murdered every single one of his family members even those only related by marriage no one survived. and so his power grew he eventually had taken then entire world nothing could stand up to him. but after year's of his tyranny a light had shown a small group of rebels had been resisting him fighting and even defeating him but he ignored this fact and continued his reign over the world making it even harder for life and slowing them down but it wasn't enough they had weapons which could defy his powers the elemental tools. The Earth Blade, The Fire staff, the bow of wind, the Axe of water, the orb of thunder, and Finally the Bane of shadows Excalibur so he lead them to his fortress for the final battle. it had raged for hour's on end, day after grueling day he had finally had them on their last leg's he had quickly dispatched all of them except for one their leader The Paladin of Light he had let him live for the final minuets of his life he told him his story and his origins soon after he dispatched the paladin the day looked grave everyone looked in shock as the paladin had been flung from the castle... they had stood around him crying just wishing that it could have been different or that he had lived and even praying to the gods hoping that they would grant him a second life but... it never happened... the day had been lost... Evil had triumphed over good... the weapons and their armor had been placed in trophy cases shown like they where nothing but decor and the bodies... the bodies where burned in front of everyone the world had never been as miserable as then... year's had passed since then people still prayed to the god's till one day their prayers where answered with one last hero The Savior he had called himself and he was. He had entered the Shadowlords castle with his weapon in hand, the God's Salvation, had made quick work of the Shadowlords minions and had reached the shadowlords domain and quickly started the fight it had been minutes after the fight that they had both been on their last legs but The Savior had wanted to finish it now so he had used a spell he had been told to never use unless absolutely necessary and thus it conjured a hole in the fabric of time sucking both the Savior and The Shadowlord into it ripping them both to into bits along with the entire castle what happened to that world is unknown... but The Shadowlord was still alive the savior had no such luck and had perished but it had striped the Shadowlord of his powers only with a few minor things left he had opened a trans-dementional portal and had floated out and had slept for a great many thousand years... until he landed in equestria the ocean to be more specific and had stayed dormant for years until awakening and had no memory of who he previously was (besides his name) and had started his new life wandering... and pondering what and who he was... characteristic: Likes: watching his surroundings Dislikes: Being stoped by others Talents: easly manipulate the shadows to his bidding Hobbies: asking questons, listen's to the voice Motivation: Just want's to find out his history hoping it is a good one Behavior around others: curious Overall Behavior: unawear Goal: find out his history Faults: power's are somewhat weakened in the light Fears: is a being of fear himself
3. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Valiant Paw Sex: Female Age: Teen Species: Buffalo Eye colour: Auburn Coat: Around her left eye, Valiant has painted in cherry (colour) the track print of a wolf. It was a gift from the chief, a sign of her bravery. Her coat is light brown in colour. Physique: Strong and well built, Valiant's muscles can attest that she is obviously built for the rough desert. Residence: Appleloosa Occupation: Meditation guru, defensive combat instructor History Most ponies would probably find the desert life of the buffalo harsh. They live off the land, not having the luxury of houses for protection. The buffalo must live by their wits, using their knowledge of the desert lands to forage and explore. So it was that one night, Valiant awoke to the sound of wolves howling. That wasn't too unusual—after all, she lived in the wilderness. There were wild creatures all around. But something didn't feel right. She crept out of the shelter of her family's tent, looking around for anything unusual. It was at that moment she saw a rogue wolf sniffing at the entrance to another tent nearby. It was just a little one, and must have gotten separated from its family. Valiant tentatively approached the pup, managing to scoop the curious creature onto her head in order to carry him. She crept from the camp, following the sound of the rest of the pack's howling. When she was close, she crested a hill and saw the other wolves below. She placed the little wolf on the ground, and nudged him back to his family. Valiant was so absorbed in making sure the pup got back safely that she forgot to hide before the rest of the wolves spotted her. And upon the arrival of the wolf pup, the others looked up in the direction he had come from. They spotted the young Buffalo, but chose to ignore her, instead turning tail and running off into the desert now that their missing member had been returned. Of course, Valiant's absence from the herd had soon been discovered, and a search party was already being organized when she arrived back home. Valiant apologetically explained the situation and its urgency, and ended up being praised instead of reprimanded for wandering off. Trying to be modest, Valiant claimed that she had done what any other tribe mate would have. That may have been true, but the fact remained that she alone had been the one to wake up and discover the wolf. And so, she was recognized by the chief for her bravery. The fur over her eye was dyed with paint in the shape of a wolf print, as a reminder to all the members of the herd, and anyone she would meet in the future, of her deed. 'Paw' was added to the end of her name, as a symbol that while wolves may have had claws, they also had soft paws, and should be treated as gently as any other creature when possible. Even the most modest of Buffalo respected rituals, so she gratefully accepted the praise and thanks from all. Several years later, Valiant moved to Appleloosa, to help teach the pony folk there. There may not be any wolves in town, but there are plenty of little nooks for snakes, scorpions, and spiders to hide. Ponies don't seem to care much for the little desert nuisances, but they don't really bother Valiant. She'd rather catch and set a pest free than eliminate it. Character Summary: In her free time, though, Valiant does have to earn money when there aren't critters to wrangle. She teaches self defense classes in a small, empty warehouse, devoid of anything except its walls. In addition to defense though, she also teaches meditation. Being calm, cool, and collected during an encounter with a wild creature is just as important as knowing how to fend one off. For fun, she likes helping others learn about the land and its creatures, as well as her meditation. It may be her job, but it's also a great source of enjoyment for the young buffalo. Valiant is interested in sharing her experiences with others, and learning from them as well. She has no problem letting one of her students teach her. Her meditation exercises are found to be quite soothing, and help solidify the harmony present within all beings. Because she has such a desire to get along with everyone, she can make friends easily, even in the most unlikely of places. Most seem to enjoy her chill nature. Valiant is always willing to get along, even with those who may have a less than stellar attitude. She likes to go with the flow, and though she's very accepting of others, she'll boldly stand up for what she believes in. She has considered traveling about Equestria, spreading her knowledge and harmonic spirit with others, but the thought of leaving home dissuades her. She'd certainly like to see the world, but feels she's not quite ready to fully 'leave the nest' just yet. The desert has always been her home, and 'greener pastures' just aren't her style. She'll take the rough and wild west any day!
4. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Sand Dune Sex: Female Age: Teen Species: Buffalo Eye colour: Soft brown Coat: Dusty/sandy in colour. Physique: Bulky as buffalo go, just starting to grow into her larger adult body. She has a sturdy snowy owl feather resting behind her right ear. The strap of Sand Dune's satchel is actually made from the skin of a rattle snake, which might be intimidating to anyone that first meets her. Residence: Wanderer Occupation: Jewelry maker Character Summary: Born in the Buffalo territories of the Saddleveil Plains, Sand Dune was named for the first thing her father laid his eyes on when he left the tent after her birth. It may not be the best of names, but she certainly didn't get made fun of it among her fellow Buffalo. The naming ritual was one that many others of the tribe shared, so it was common for names to not always make sense. Of course, with Sand Dune's sandy colored coat, the name does seem to suit her just fine. Also true to her name, Sandy was a wanderer. She liked to go out and explore the vast desert, often straying far from home. All Buffalo have a tendency to roam, which is why the herd moves every so often. But Sand Dune was frequently too curious for her own good, running into rattle snakes and scorpions as she dug her head or hooves into a shadowy nook. However, in her search, she also came across many interesting treasures. Rocks, sticks, plants, and even some rattles from dead snakes. From these objects, she made jewelry or little toys, which she would often trade to her fellow herd members, mostly the children that were her own age. As she grew, her expeditions into the desert and plains grew longer, her jewelry became more refined, and her products worth more in a trade. When she was old enough, Sand Dune expressed an interest in going out to explore the wide world. Her parents, though reluctant to let her leave the tribe and her heritage, realized that Sand Dune needed to make her own way in life. So it was that she set out with a satchel slung over her back, and a promise to return once she'd gotten her fill of Equestria.
5. Roleplay Type: Crossovers Name: Colva Aldua Sex: Genderless but Male most of the time Age: Ancient couple thousand years Species: Symbiote Eye colour: Black Overall colour: silvery hair colour when in a form: goldish Residence: no where take's refuge when night comes usually found near canterlot, ponyville, and The badlands Occupation: takes any job when needed History: A Symbiote is an ever changing being most being bloby and soft but can also do a great many things such as be harder then any known material or shape into lethal weapons and change form to look like anything it wishes but it must come in contact with it first. Scanning it Formation: a symbiote is not born like most other creatures it is instead formed from genetic materials from deep in space with causing it to be formed and will drift around until it hit's a planet full of some kind of life Early life: a Young Symbiote will feed on anything it touches until it has enough energy to take on a more stable form mostly taking a humanoid form with seemingly random colors varying on what it absorbed Gender varies on how their formation goes most will have the attributes of a male or female or both most of a symbiote's life is spent floating through space no real interesting thing's really do happen Genetic Element: like a pony special attribute's will affect what Element a Symbiote will have but this is all determined by what happens during it's early life most symbiotic power's are come from the main Elemental circle: fire(magma), water(ice), earth(metals, nature), electricity(plasma),light, dark, or pure energy Colva's is Pure Energy. but since Colva isn't a real pony unicorn magic will not work for him but the horn has other uses such as ramming and aiming a shot of pure energy (pure energy being like Ki from DBz only more accurate and a little less lethal) Natural processes: Since a Symbiote only feed's in it's early stages it does not need to consume any food. but all the while they need a source of some kind of energy so they mostly feed off of any kind of energy they can get there (hand's, paw's, hooves, etc) on electricity, geothermal, solar, rock's and minerals, or actually feed off of living organisms although rarely resort to this unless they are deprived of subsistence or are sent into a state of rage know as "Unstable form" after A Symbiote goes into Unstable form it will not listen to any reason and will have a lasting effect on it's surroundings Scanning: the process of scanning is somewhat a dangerous process because if scanning is held to long it can kill or stun and knock out whatever is being scanned but after something is scanned it's DNA is multiplied inside of the symbiote until it's an perfect copy of it's former body. there is a limit to scanning though if a being is to big the scanning will fail and ultimately hurt the Symbiote trying to Scan Death of a symbiote: Symbiote death's are like phoenix's except they come with a higher cost while the process will just redo the process of formation it is a more deadlier process when a symbiote dies what happens is it set's itself to self destruct basically but it will leave more then a small crater i turn's into a micro black hole sucking everything up within a mile radius then exploding violently but afterwards of at least a day to three years a small egg shaped object will appear inside of the egg is the new symbiote but with it's death it will lose almost all memory of it's past life and will be in a much more stable state with a new Genetic element and a new shade of colour Genetic Cloning: while symbiotes need no real mate there is a rare process known as Genetic Cloning. This happens when two Symbiote's scan each other causing a piece of both of them to fall of and creating another symbiote but this is a very rare process for two symbiote's to come to the same place is a 1 in a million chance How I reached Equestria: Colva Had formed like other Symbiotes unknown of any other species and take's no matter of life for consideration. but after centuries of floating through space and consuming countless amounts of life he had reached his peak form and decided to look for a permanent station of life to live on eventually finding Equestria and staying weary of what he would find and what adventure's lie ahead of Colva Character Summary: Being a symbiote other's were curious about the mass of silvery mesh of a life form but after taking data of all kinds of equestrian (Unicorn, Pegasus Earth) had shaped all into one. and wandering seeking a meaning to his life be it adventure or simply helping the Elderly. Pre Image: isn't an alicorn at times he will exchange horn for wing or get rid of them both

It was with the cutie mark that really showed how much Floam was ready to shine, and so Floam's father took Floam out for everyone to adore Floam's floamy self for the first time. Floam’s tools of the trade, the Floam Bonus Molds, help Floam make funky Floam shapes, just making Floam more and more Floamtastic! Sometimes when Floam is speaking, Floam also likes to hear Floam’s special someproduct/friend Gak talk a bit too, however, it isn’t easy for Floam to do this, since Gak always talks about Gak! Floam dislikes it when this happens, but floaming anything and everything usually gets it off Floam’s mind. Plus, Floam knows that Floam is hard to beat, so no big deal. Floaming things is a relaxing activity for Floam, and you should think so too! If you don't find Floaming things gets something off your mind like when Floam has to listen to Gak, then try Floaming other things! It's guaranteed to work or your money back! Only...Floam wishes that Floam could do the above stuff, since all Floam can do is really Floam stuff. But Floam knows that if one day, if someone decides to give Floam arms and legs and a face of Floam's own, Floam would be well overjoyed and get to preaching, more floaming, and just being Floamazing in general.

When Gak isn't talking about Gak, Gak will occasionally let Gak's friend/very special someproduct Floam say a few words, but unfortunately Floam has no interest in talking about Gak, instead preferring to talk about Floam. This depresses Gak, since Gak knows that talk of Floam will only confuse Gak's other friends. Fortunately, Gak knows that any confusion can be easily solved by talking about Gak some more. Unfortunately, much of the above is just Gak's internal fantasy; Gak, being Gak, cannot talk at all or move of Gak's own volition. 8. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Huscarl Sex: Male Age: Teenager Species: Dragon (Sky Dragon) Eye colour: Yellow with a Silver tinted edge Coat colour: Red, his scales reflect the sun slightly when it shines down onto it. Mane/Tail/Markings colour & Style: Has a somewhat averagely normal red tail for a dragon, with hard scales and a nasty set of alloy orange spikes protruding from his back Physique: For a Dragon, he appears slightly lean, but has a obviously has large psychical appearance to most other species in Equestria due to being a teenage dragon. Origin/Residence: Originally from the Badlands and other dragon infested areas, now resides close to the top of one of the few mountains that surround Canterlot. (See Map) Occupation: Professional Book Horder Motivation: Hopes to increase his book collection to almost every book in Equestria. Likes: Books, Gems, Solitude, Intelligence Dislikes: Ignorance, Ponies who don't like books, creatures who make loud noises and break his concentration Character Summary: History Huscarl is a dragon who was born in the badlands, and started life comparable to that of an average dragon, He sadly, never knew his parents, and was adopted by other dragons when he was just a little hatchling..... Life was tough on the little dragon, living in dragon society is rough, and brutal, even for a hatchling. It didn't help the fact that he was constantly bullied and called names by the other dragons of his age due to being an orphan. One day, Huscarl just simply had enough of the never ending name calling and bullying, and left the dragons in the Badlands on his own, just to simply find a better life for himself (This is when he was around Spike's age). Walking away from the Dragons. Huscarl finally had time to compose and think for himself. Now, he was free. He was free from the never ending noise of the dragons, always clouding his head. He was free to do whatever he wanted for the first time in his life, and he loved it. So he walked for days, these days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months.... Eating the odd few gems he could find to keep him going and napping in dark secluded places where no-pony could find him. Needless to say, many ponies didn't take too kindly to a rogue Dragon walking around, eating precious gems and generally causing a nuisance to the local populace. So, he traveled all over Equestria like a silent ghost, perhaps he was trying to find his parents.... Or trying to find a meaning in his own life. One night, years after leaving the dragons. Huscarl decided to sleep in an abandoned old library, filled to the brim with books storing interesting information. Huscarl wasn't a dumb dragon. Being out on the road for such a long time, he did pick up a thing or two, and did know the basics on how to read. So, what better way to pass time than reading a few books? Just the same as days turning into weeks, one book turned into two books, two books turned into four books. It wasn't long until he became a genuine book worm. Huscarl was in love with reading... It must of took months to read every single book inside that old library, but he relished in every single moment of it. Information, tales of legendary ponies, tales heroism and bravery. Huscarl was happy. So, He continued on his travels. Trying to find a place that he could call home. Reading books, Eating gems, and enjoying his own company, all while continuing to be a silent and invisible traveler all over Equestria. It was the good life. Years pass by, and Huscarl becomes a Teenager and begins to develop like any other dragon his age would. It was within these years, in his travels around Canterlot, that he encountered a discreet and quiet mountain, for the first time in his life, he had found the a perfect place for him to live. It was cold toward the top, what dis-encouraged many travelers and other wondering creatures to leave him in peace to read his books, and not to mention, was very dragonesqe to live on top of a mountain (Just like from the books he read). So why not make a home here? Now in his teenage years, Huscarl has a quaint little cave toward the top of one of the many mountains that surround Canterlot, filled to the brim with stolen books from pony townships from all across Equestria. Though most, admittedly are from the easy to access and close by Canterlot. Living completely alone.... With this solitude up upon his very own mountain, also came a sense of longing, and loneliness.... Throughout his life, he never was given the opportunity to really become friends with any other pony or creature in Equestria, mainly due to his nomadic life on the road. Reading many books on the subject of friendship he intends to gain one of these so called 'friends' someday. Hey, it might turn out positive, Huscarl wont say no to something new! Personality His entire life, he has been traveling alone or lived quietly by himself, This has lead him to be somewhat of a shy individual, but still has an aggressive demeanor that all dragons share. This has lead to him to being a serious and focused individual, he does understand humor however, he has read perhaps 35 books on it. It is easy to say, he is much more intelligent in comparison to other teenage dragons of his age. Being a book worm, he tends to look down upon his peers, but understands and takes pride in his historical heritage and that many great dragons once lived in Equestria. This allows him to hold hope that he will perhaps, someday become one of them. Being a dragon, he obviously has his flaws, his main flaw, is that be can become egotistical in the presence of ponies or any of his dragon peers (Due to being somewhat intelligent in comparison to the majority of both races) . He also has the capacity to be greedy sometimes and being judgmental, an identifiable trait in coherence with other dragons who live in Equestria, but deep down, he isn't an individual for committing evil acts, (Other than stealing books, but it isn't like he could just walk up and borrow them, besides, he is a fairly shy individual) and has a sense of longing in his heart for a friendship, since he has never ever had the opportunity to gain some friends. In the end, his flaws are just minor in comparison to the true feelings in his heart.

Sniffles now roams the Equestrian frontier and the badlands, seeking treasure, adventure, and general merriment. Occupation: Treasure hunter and junior adventurer. Motivation: The hunt for treasure and, perhaps even more powerfully, sheer curiosity. Likes: Meeting new ponies and creatures, the wilderness, treasure, new discoveries. Dislikes: Cities, crowded environments, the underground, dragons bigger than him. Character Summary: Sniffles was born to a clutch of about a dozen other sky dragons, under the care of his massive and extremely overprotective mother. His name was actually a nickname assigned to him by his brothers and sisters – when he first attempted to blow fire, it had manifested itself as a tiny sniffle out of his nose – and essentially remained that way ever since – earning the mocking name of “Sniffles”. However, though he lacked in the ability to breathe fire and the strength characteristic of dragons, Sniffles always had one advantage on his side – his size. Smaller than even the other hatchlings, and of a more lenient frame, Sniffles was able to sneak around and fit into tiny places where no other dragon could fit, enabling him to find treasure that no other dragon could find and allowing him to spy on his brothers and sisters – often for the nefarious purposes of a prank. However, despite all of the pranks and sneaking and spying (all of which he enjoyed immensely), Sniffles quickly grew unsatisfied with his boring life within the massive caveof his mother. It wasn’t enough to explore the recesses of the cave and search for his mother’s hidden treasure troves, nor was it enough to simply mess around with his brothers and sisters. Sniffles had an innate wonderlust that could only be satisfied with, well, exploration. So, one night, when the rest of his clutch was asleep, Sniffles packed a meager bag of provisions consisting of a few gems and his favorite hat, before leaving the cave for the first time, blinking in the intense sunlight, heading out into the wild green yonder to find new sites and sounds, occasionally missing his clutch but never regretting once regretting his decision to take on the life of a traveler.
10. Roleplay Type: Crossover Name: Sonic the Hedgehog Sex: Male Age: Sonic is a young, teenaged individual, as of last appearance listed as being about fifteen to sixteen years of age. Species: Hedgehog (Unique/Otherworldly) Eye colour: Emerald Green Coat colour: A cool shade of blue Mane/Tail/Markings colour & Style: Technically speaking, all of his body is his hair, with close-lying blue fur forming at the head into six long, contoured, spiky quills that appear to consist of thousands of much smaller spines. As with any hedgehog, these quills can soften and harden depending on what is required of them, though he also sports two slightly shorter quills that are a little less flexible on his back, just below which rests a small, arched tail. Similarly, his eyelids are also blue. His head is also tipped with a pair of alert, perked up triangular ears which tend to slant and tilt in certain circumstances, whilst tilting back whilst running, and on his face rests a long, black nose with no apparent or visible nostrils - though he does seem capable of sneezing in spite of this. His arms, stomach/chest area, inner ears and muzzle are a however not furred, and expose a peach-coloured skin underneath his fur. Always present are his trademark red light weight sneakers, sporting white strap cuffs and golden buckles, and his white gloves with sock-styled cuffs. Physique: Sonic is very athletic, sporting a slim and agile figure and thin long legs that broaden just a tad below the knees. Said legs are credited as the source of his many acrobatic feats, unfathomable running speeds that clock in at around 7,680 mph at maximum velocity (given that circumstances and terrain doesn't force him to slow down and detour around something), and his extraordinary jumping ability. His arms are similarly thin, with somewhat thick fingers. Cutie Mark: None Origin/Residence: While Sonic has no known home or residence to speak of, it is said that in his homeworld that he came from a place known as Christmas Island, and that he had left it in search of adventure and travel. As such, and being a free spirit, he has very few qualms with making any place his head is resting his current place of residence - even if that place is just relaxing underneath a tree, or some other location to that extent. Occupation: None; Though he does make a habit of having several hobbies, ranging from secret hobby as DJ, to racer and more. Preferring not to be tied down by obligation, Sonic tends to wander freely and do as he pleases. Motivation: To be free to do as one pleases, and to have the courage to live a life of believing in oneself and one's own choices that have been made. When there's a wide world of possibilities out there, it's impossible for Sonic to not want to get up and go. So long as he can keep on running and doing as he pleases, very little matters to him - and that belief in his own decisions extends towards others around him. Nothing is more important to him than being able to live by his own rules and not to follow any restrictive standards set by others, even if that standard extends to ideals such as heroics and the like. And while he does abhor the idea of falling into anyone's predetermined idea of heroism, he is not without his own internal compass that motivates and guides him towards righting any injustices or wrongs he may see; hidden as it might be beneath his cocky attitude. Since he hates the idea of being held back, he similarly loathes any kind of oppression, or the sight of others in despair and sadness, and it doesn't take long for him to step up to help those that are in need - whether or not that help is met with cheer or contempt, it matters little to him. It is during these occasions that his heroic nature is allowed to shine through, more often than not with a riled up, passionate fury and devastating results for those who would spread such things amongst others. That is Sonic in a nutshell; free-spirited, and does whatever the heck he wants - and if anyone has a problem with that, they can tell it to the wind. Likes: Music (particularly DJ'ing), break-dancing, sports, surfing, nature and the appreciation thereof, travelling the world, soaking in the sun, relaxing by the beach, snack foods and just overall having a good time. Dislikes: Oppression, sadness, despair, those that would destroy and pollute nature, tears and being held back by others. Also most things to do with water, and surprisingly enough, racing (why bother when you're the fastest there is?), unless it's his reputation on the line. History: Very little is known about Sonic's past outside of the one he has built up through adventuring and saving the world on far too many an occasion. He's had just about every other kind of adventure out there, when one thinks about it; from fighting robots, saving a tiny planet that's been chained to the Earth all the while travelling back and forth in time, going into space to save alien races, saving a floating island, facing off with gods and scientific monstrosities alike - he's even travelled into storybooks to fight genies and save kingdoms! There's just too much to even count, and yet Sonic treats it all with the same casual, passing-by grin that he does with everything else. Which would probably explain why nobody knows anything about his past or his childhood for that matter - for someone who doesn't think of the past and never looks back, such a topic wouldn't ever interest him in the first place. Parents: None to speak of; Whether that means he is an orphan or not is up for debate. As with his history, it seems that such topics don't really interest Sonic much at all. Qualities: Of his many skills and abilities, Sonic's most notable trait comes from deep within: an indomitable will. No matter what challenges he has to face, and no matter what troubles he has, he just doesn't have it in him to quit. He will keep running until the very end, and more than likely smile when he does so. Partnered with this is his tendency to keep a level-headed attitude of calm - and sometimes outright enjoying - when faced with trouble. He also has an incredible gift for free-spiritedness and allowing bygones to be just so, in that he is quick to forgive most any transgressions, simply treating 'the past as the past' as only someone who lives for moving forward can. He's also a somewhat insightful individual at times, usually able to judge a situation or a person by their motives, rather than their actions - and thus tries to understand them, rather than judge them outright. Flaws: Despite his various qualities, however, Sonic has been known to have a few character defects. He's an avid thrill-seeker, more often than not treating what would be a serious situation for anyone else more or less like it was little more than a joke, which can easily be construed as him simply not caring. Similarly, he is quite impulsive, and has a short temper, which can flare up quite easily when someone or something angers or annoys him - often times rushing in without any forethought or plan whatsoever, and intending on just winging it. On top of everything else, he is incredibly arrogant and self-confident, making no attempts to curb his tendency to boast about his skill, or to poke fun at others from time to time, and at other times just being altogether smug. Similarly, he is quite stubborn as a result, and quick to insist otherwise when someone might suggest that he isn't as good as he claims to be. This is especially the case when his speed is called into question, which he regards as a great insult and a blow to his pride, which will inevitably turn to a challenge soon thereafter. Personality: As has been mentioned throughout, Sonic is a free spirit, first and always foremost. Full of sass and arrogance, quick-tempered but also capable of kindness and benevolence - and sometimes even politeness if he can be coerced into doing so - Sonic lives like the wind does; blowing from one place to the next, never staying for too long if he can help it, but always bound to find his way back to you eventually. Easygoing and laidback, he prides himself on the popularity and cool status that he seems to inevitably achieve wherever he goes. Naturally, though, his narcissistic nature and his tendency to let how awesome he is go to his head tends to result in him coming off as a jerk to quite a few - though eventually people start to see the real person underneath it all, and just take it as it comes. All of these traits tend to come together as a whole and form a fairly impulsive, unpredictable sort of individual, though that is perhaps to be expected from someone who lives as carefreely as him.
11. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria Name: Lichen Sex: buck Age: fawn, but his spots are starting to fade, and he has two tiny little nubs where one day he will have antlers. Species: Peryton Eye Color: amber Coat Color: a pale green somewhere between chartreuse and mint and seafoam. Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: a short little white tail, he has a soft, slightly curly coat, much like a Devon Rex cat. His wings are a slightly darker color than his fur, and barred. Physique: His entire family is on the small side, about the size of a medium dog, but bigger than a muntjac. Cutie Mark: n/a Origin/Residence: Everfree Forest Occupation: Defender of the wild and glorious forest of Everfree, keeping it free of the tyranny of weather-and growth controlling ponies. But not really; really he's just a kid learning the ways of a Peryton. Motivation: At this point his motivation is exploring the world and seeing if his parents are right, at least insofar as he has goals to strive for as he gets older. Perytons as a whole are not really ones for having career goals. They kind of just hang out in the woods and be magical. Right now he's the emotional and intellectual equivalent of a 6 year old human. Some know what they want to be when they grow up, or have set goals...some are just OK playing pretend all the time and wanting to see what's just beyond the boundaries their parents have already set up for them. Likes: juniper, mint and all manners of tasty foodstuffs. He particularly likes the new bark of sassafras. Dislikes: he has not been exposed to much that he firmly dislikes, but having his parents be disappointed in him, and stinky stagnant mud. He thinks he dislikes ponies, but that's only because he has never met one, and is kind of afraid of them, because of ideas his older cousin has filled his head with, ideas that his parents soundly refute to no avail. Character Summary: Born into a close-knit herd, little Lichen was the first of many fawns to be born to childhood sweethearts Snowdrop and Shale in a little sun dappled grotto in the Everfree Forest. Their family's hidden location was ideal for generations of cohabitation, as, despite the perytons' natural affinity to be solitary, it always seemed that two or more related does were fawning at the same time. As the generations passed, it just became a trait of Lichen's family to use the same grotto for raising their weak young, with the same soft moss carpeting ringed with sweet grass, kept warm year-round by the same hot spring, and to form a protective family unit around the fawns, and pregnant does to keep the young fawns safe corralled within the safety of the grotto's high walls. Once the fawns are old enough to fend for themselves, their parents retreat to their secret places in the woods, only to come together again when the call of the wild beckons again in early spring. Generally speaking, there is never usually more than one or who pairs of new parents living in the grotto at any given time. At the moment, though, Lichen is treated to a once in a blue moon event. Every one of his parents' siblings is also either ready to fawn, or still has fawns too young to leave home and they all live in the grotto together! 4 breeding pairs, and between them 3 fawns, and twins on the way! Luckily the forest is lush and plentiful in that area and can support them all. The three fawns, of which Lichen is the youngest, often spend their time exploring the immediate vicinity of their safe little grotto, to play in the sweet-smelling underbrush, and to explore as far as their parents felt they could afford to let them. Orris, the deep forest green buck-fawn, looked at himself as the one who was supposed to show Lichen the ropes, and would more often than not fill his little head will all kinds of misinformation, about the forest, about the ruins deep in the forest (that he's only heard his parents describe), and about the occasional pony that is brave enough to wander into the generally gloomy and fearful forest. Orris also, to Lichen's chagrin, tries to roughhouse with play-fight with the tiny green fawn, which usually sends Lichen scuttling to his hideout. Amaranth, the yellow-green doe-fawn and the oldest of the little ones, also speaks of "those who are ruled by the Sun Princess" in hushed and ominous tones, when she is not trying to rope Lichen into being her "'iddle baby" when she plays house, and sets up tea parties on an old stump in the grotto that she makes him attend, since Orris isn't having it. Lichen's not often good at escaping this, and submits to it. As the quietest and least obtrusive of the 3 fawns, in addition to the other two always trying to boss him around and him usually going along with it, Lichen found himself a tiny little nook in the middle of a patch of wild rose where he can hide and play his games of pretend. The tiny little clearing's entrance is too small for the bigger fawns to get into, so when he wants to be alone with his thoughts, he makes for the little hideout. Soft moss and pink mushrooms form a lovely carpet that he can lay in. Just the right amount of shimmery sunlight speckles the ground, and an old decayed cedar stump that fairly constantly grows shelf fungi sits in a corner. Often Lichen will build little houses out of sticks and twigs along the base of this stump in hopes that little insects will take up residence. In his mind and entire family of pill bugs lives there and think of him as their friendly neighbor. When he is not hiding and playing quiet games of pretend, he often breaks from his cousins' woodland frolics to play a game he likes to call "the Everfree Freedom Brigade" where he jumps and pounces on various small shrubs pretending they are ponies who want to shepherd the plants and animals in the area with their magic, and he is a Robin Hood type figure who is fighting for their rights. A few times his parents caught him at this and gave him a stern talking to about making assumptions about creatures before he knew them. Mostly though, Lichen just enjoys the wonder of the growing world around him, he is just so curious and in awe of the tiniest little things that grow and thrive in the forest, and can't wait to explore more wild areas when he grows up. And maybe, just maybe, visit some pony-tended forest to see if his parents are right. Of course, he won't admit it to them until he's much older, if they are right, but he wants to find that out on his own.
12. Roleplay Type: Crossovers Name: Shadow, formerly Blackberry Bramble Sex: Female Age: Mare Species: Changeling Eye Color: Green, the iris' fading from dark to light. Coat Color: Black Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Shadow's hair is lengthy and rather flat (much like Chrysalis'), its color being silver. The consistency of the strands is like that of synthetic plastic. Physique: Her body, like all Changeling's, is black. Her wings are solid, not holey, and much in the shape of bay leaves. They are still a filmy clear color, and curve slightly around the edges. Average, for a Changeling. Her back plating is tan, matching her other dull and light colors. Her legs, like all Changelings, are littered with holes. She even has a 3/4 heart shaped hole on the edge of her right foreleg. It is her signature mark. She stands just slightly taller than the average Changeling, but not nearly as tall as Chrysalis. Cutie Mark: N/A Origin/Residence: Formerly Changeling country, then Canterlot, now a wanderer. Occupation: N/A Motivation: To find a better purpose in life. Likes: Warmth, summer, night, the moon Dislikes: Cold, winter, caves Character Summary: Born in the land of the Changelings, Shadow rose in the ranks to become Chrysalis' second in command. She was a key part in the plan to take over Canterlot, infiltrating Equestria before Chrysalis permanently arrived. Shadow was never unhappy with her life. She liked being a Changeling. Feeding off of others was just a way for her to eat. Some creatures were born predators, and they had to get nourishment somehow. Ponies were just prey. There were a few like Shadow who were sent into the city. They'd pose as somepony's lover, arrange a meeting, and then feed off their love for a little while. They did this frequently, in order to constantly feed and avoid suspicion. So there was a lot of changing going on. Eventually, Chrysalis developed a more permanent solution. Each of the assigned Changeling's stalked somepony for awhile, learned their mannerisms... then ambushed them sucked out their life force when the opportunity presented itself. Chrysalis always took care of the bodies. They continued on, feeding off the ponies of Canterlot while Chrysalis hatched her plan. Shadow was her second in command, her most trusted Changeling. Funny how she was also the one that let her down the most. But still... when Shadow took up a permanent residence in Canterlot, she began to feel incomplete. She was working for the good of the swarm, for the future of her race. She had somepony who loved her, she had 'friends', she had... everything she should have wanted. She should have been happy. Right? Ever since Shadow was born, she had followed orders. That was just the way life was. Always pushing forward for the betterment of all Changelings. She didn't mind following orders, always being told and knowing what to do. That was, until she found out there was more to life. She could make decisions here. Chrysalis wasn't always around to tell her right from wrong, what to do and what not to do, and how to go about things. For once, she had control over her own life. At first, it frightened her. I had discovered individuality. I wasn't just some mindless creature that Chrysalis had made me to believe. I had a personality, my own likes and dislikes. And most of all... I had feelings. We weren't supposed to fall in love. That was never the plan. Just pretend, that was all. Deceive. We were all just supposed to follow orders. Mimic the lover for a time while feeding off the love from their family. We were all fine with it. We all trusted Chrysalis. We were loyal followers... it was just orders. I felt guilty. I felt guilty for deceiving him. I felt guilty for making him love me. I felt guilty for loving him. If I revealed my true self, it would be a betrayal to my entire family. But if I didn't, I would have to leave him in the dark, wondering where his special somepony went and what he did wrong. I guess I had never felt love before. It was just an emotion that we Changelings had to feed on. A life force provided by a lesser species. But maybe Changelings just fed on ponies... because they were jealous. After all, we shapeshifted into them, stole their lives... and then slowly destroyed them in the name of our existence. Or maybe... that was just me. But he really did love me—even if it wasn't the real me. I felt special, giddy. There was a whole wave of overwhelming emotions that I didn't understand. Even though I was personally tough, he treated me gently, with respect and care. For the first time, I felt bad for taking somepony's place. Before, we'd just do a hit and run. Arrange a date, meet with them, pretend to be their love, feed, and then go on our way. But Chrysalis' plan involved a long term relationship. That was something I was not prepared for. Shadow's life became so entwined with the pony who's place she was taking that she nearly forgot who she was. The lie that she was living consumed her, just as she was slowing consuming him. That led to her tricking herself into thinking that he could love the real her. He already loved her for everything on the inside. The outside shouldn't matter, right? She revealed herself to him one night, and explained as gently as she could that his former mate was gone. But the look of terror on his face was enough to say that he would never accept her for who she was. He screamed at her to get out, throwing any object within reach at me to hurry her pace. Shadow walked the streets alone that night, in her normal—well, her pony form. When she returned the next day, he had offed himself. I ran away. I went to Chrysalis for comfort. She was our queen, and I had always been her second in command and most trusted Changeling. I didn't go to her because I had failed. I was—I was heartbroken. It's a thing that few Changelings ever experience. I'd heard of heartbreak before. It was something that happened to weak Changelings. They became too attached to their host. Once something happened to their “mate”, they generally went insane. I never thought it would happen to me. I had let myself be blind to the truth. We disguised ourselves because nopony could love us in our natural form. I had thought my case was different... as others had in the past. It was a flaw in our design. Some of us were just destined to fall for the one who loved us—or rather, who we tricked ourselves into believing we were. But, just as I had, Chrysalis saw my actions as weak. I was damaged, flawed... she could no longer trust me. However, Chrysalis was not without mercy. Shadow was simply placed into the rank of pawn, one of the hundreds of Changelings who were ready to be her army and do her bidding. I ran away. I journeyed back to Canterlot, unsure of where to go or who to turn to. I had no home, no job, no friends. The life I had had before was all a ruse, and if I showed my face—her face—again, I would have a lot of explaining to do. It wasn't worth it to go back to my old life. There was nothing. I had nothing. *I* was nothing. I went back to my old ways, feeding here and there at random. I longed to have a relationship like before. To have somepony, just one pony, love me all the time—for who I was. I tried unsuccessfully to convince myself that he had never loved me for me. It had always been her. But still... I wanted what I had when I was her—but as me. I wanted to love and be loved, without doing so just to feed. Eventually, Chrysalis carried out her plan and overtook Canterlot. Shadow was worried for herself when the initial shield went up, but she had already been in hiding for weeks. When the rest of the swarm finally attacked, she hid. She didn't know how long she could keep it up. Shadow supposed that she would have to integrate back into the swarm, pretending to be one of the mindless. But she was afraid of Chrysalis finding her. She had run away, and she knew that Chrysalis knew. She was just too busy with her current plan to pay mind to her whereabouts. If she found me... Shadow would likely be destroyed as a traitor. She no longer worked for the good of the swarm, but for the good of herself. Changelings were always supposed to work together, for the good of their species. But Shadow was different. She had become an individual, one not part of the master plan. She was a liability. However, all too soon Chrysalis and her army were defeated, and banished from Equestria. Though Shadow had still been in her shifted form, she was blown away with them. Chrysalis found her among the ranks, and she barely escaped with her life. Weakened and unable to change form, Shadow journeyed back to nearby Equestria. She hoped against hope that she could find somepony to feed on, to get her strength back and heal herself. She tried pretending to be ordinary. She tried being fierce. The result from her sight was the same: screaming and running. Though she had no ill intentions, all she could do was cause chaos. Celestia personally arrived the next day with several guards. Shadow didn't put up any fight as she was placed into a cage and carted away to Canterlot. There, Princess Luna saw her first Changeling. Celestia warned her to be wary, but Luna felt sorry for the creature. Still, Shadow was placed in a dungeon, where nothing lived and nothing grew. It was dark, dank, and dreary, with no light from the outside. Shadow had not spoken since her capture, assuming it would do little good and too weak to care anyway. Princess Luna came to visit and observe her during her imprisonment, and eventually Shadow felt up to speaking with her. They became fast friends, enough so that Luna sneaked her out to the royal gardens for tea, and so she could get some sun. But Shadow was fading fast, and had already pretty much given up on life on her most recent arrival to Canterlot. Luna allowed Shadow to feed off of her, but Shadow got carried away and Luna became weakened. Still, after the first feeding, subsequent ones were easier. Shadow wasn't happy feeding off a friend, but now that she had regained her strength, she had a new lust for life. However, so as not to arise suspicion, Shadow had to remain a prisoner for the time being. The pair were eventually caught by Celestia. Shadow, knowing it was all over, tried to escape. Celestia called for guards, and would have pursued immediately if not stalled by Luna. Still, it was just the break Shadow needed to hide and morph, blending into the crowd of Canterlot. She knew there was no going back, not even to say good bye. She is a rogue and wanderer, feeding where she can. She is wary of making any long term relationships, knowing that they can never end well as demonstrated by her past experiences. She isn't happy, but she's alive. And that's been enough. Artwork:

14. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria Name: Argosy Sex: Male Age: Old enough to know better Species: Griffin, bird part is a black-headed white gull, "lion" part is a Manx cat. Eye Color: Coat Color:Mostly silver marbled tabby, which gives way to grey feathers fading to white around his chest and neck. The top of his head and around his eyes is black, making him look like he has a mask on. Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: N/A, but he does have a little tuft of feathers that he usually hides under his red knit hat. He does not actually have a tail like most other griffins, just a little stubby bit of tailbone. He uses his hind legs like a bird would its tail for stabilization though, so it doesn't affect his flying ability whatsoever. it might even give him an advantage in a chase since it's not sticking out there to be grabbed. Physique: Being part seagull and part housecat, he's rather small, but toughly built. He's fast, bright and quick, so probably a good scrapper if the need pops up. Cutie Mark: N/A Origin/Residence: His parents are from Talonopolis, but he grew up essentially on river barges and ships in the coastal waters of the Badlands. Occupation: Lookout/Cabin "boy" of the Rocinante. Even though he's the oldest of the crew. It's a small ship so crew has to pull double-duty. Motivation: To prove to the world that small griffin males aren't weaklings to be shunted from society and that they have their place. I am not sure how his position, with a pony as a boss, on the particular ship he's on, is going to help him though. But hey, ponies are at least nicer to him than his own folk are. Likes: (optional) Sardines, prawns, tidepools, whatever the pony equivalent of Ritz crackers are. Dislikes: (optional) Not being given a chance to show anyone what kind of moxie he's got due to his size and of course, being made fun of for his size. Character Summary: Born in a clutch of many nautically-named chicks, to sea-and river-trader griffins Mizzenmast and Sternwheeler, Argosy was clearly even at that stage the runt of the litter. Like their mother, most of the other children were a lovely blend of the characteristics of osprey and lynx, small-ish and compact, yet fierce scrappers so when they were hatchlings the size difference between Argosy and the rest of the brood didn't seem like it would be enough of a big deal. His parents were confident that eventually he would catch up to the rest of his siblings. But by the time they reached the fledgling stage, it was clear that despite his vast food intake, Argosy would always be much smaller than the rest of his family. Even more clear was that while his siblings coats eventually gave way to a ticked thin tabby coat, and their crests stark white with brown markings emanating from their eyes, that he had quite a different genetic makeup with his masked face and marbled stripes. That didn't stop him from trying to keep up with his siblings though, and his parents did not treat him any differently than their other offspring. When it came to chores and expectations, they kept him to the same high standards that they laid out for their other children. In spite of, or perhaps because of the fact that the much smaller griffin had the same duties of an average sized griffin, and could perform them admirable, he went through his entire childhood thinking it wasn't much of a big deal that he was small. He was quick, he was fast and more importantly he was smart. He could outfly almost any of his siblings because he had greater stamina and was infinitely better at games of hide and seek (since there were more places for him to hide, and could definitely outsmart them when it came to the choicest morsels at the dinner table (they were not a family that were well known for their table manners). His tongue was sharp, his wit was quick, and he was a favorite among his brothers and sisters with his hilarious antics and impressions. He also had an uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time to overhear things to his benefit, whether it be the machinations of his siblings, or the daily goings on and whispers of treasure from other passing ships and barges. It wasn't until he was old enough to start to help with the family business that he ran into problems. Suddenly, a size that was not that much of a big deal started losing his family business every time he was in charge of the sales counter during landfall. The rough and tumble river dwelling griffins simply did not want to deal with a "little pipsqueak" like him, and the stern and strong sea griffins thought he as only good for sighting land, or at best treated him like he was somebody's pet. But he wasn't going to let it get him down, and he was definitely not going to let any other griffin, especially ones that he seemed to be smarter than treat him like a pet! Clearly his parents' clientele were utter fools and didn't value the unique skills Argosy possessed, so while he and his parents decided to put him on a more "behind the scenes" role in the business, he honed those skills of subterfuge by listening in on the competition under the cover of night and reporting back to his parents to give them the edge over their competition, frequently gracing them with impressions of the people giving the news he had overheard. It was in this time that he also learned to curse like a sailor, a trait his parents disapproved of, earning him the in-family nickname of "Fowl Mouth". As he grew into a full-fledged adult, he grew tired and slightly bitter of having to take on this secret spy role for his parents' business. It was so BOOOORIIING for a young griffin to be stuck in the same routine day in and day out. He was ready for his own adventures on the open seas! He was ready to meet other small griffins like himself (maybe even a LADY griffin), because he gathered that they were out there somewhere. After seeing him restless and agitated for many seasons, his parents finally asked him what was up and acknowledged his need to leave the nest. Since he had helped to keep his parents coffers' full throughout his childhood, and by this time they were quite a prosperous family indeed as they still were at the top of their trading game and had made many wonderful contacts by Argosy's information, they granted him a hefty allowance from their takings. Wishing him a tearful goodbye, they knew that their small son was destined for something great! Despite Griffins' natural affinity to not quite gravitate towards ponies, Argosy found himself in the warm, southern coastal islands called the Galapagos. After several weeks of just, well, lazing about taking food from the bountiful tidepools and reefs around the islands, he got bored of of the idle life, and decided that he needed something to do, although he had spent very little of his money. it was around that time that he met Green Flash at a local bar and understood that the Pegasus was in it for the thrill of the hunt and the fun of the adventure, rather than the more cut-throat actual pirates stationed in the area. Presenting himself as the ideal lookout for the tiny ship Rocinante, he was quickly accepted by the weird-o pegasus and presented with his very own room in the cave that they call Headquarters. Argosy is pretty content with this arrangement, and still uses his small size to help augment the rather pitiful coffers that keep their little operation afloat, and sometimes to look for exciting treasure. But mostly they just explore and see the sights when bits allow. After all, what other boss will set sail just because you feel like seeing another coast? And what other crew would accept him wholeheartedly for who he is? As content as he is, he often still writes to his family back home, telling them about his new family on the slopes of Mt. Firefoal, and sadly has not met another griffin his size yet. Think Kehaar from Watership Down crossed with
15. Name: Noble Age: Teen Dragon Sex: Dragoness Eye Color: Indigo Scales: Green scales over most of her body, bloodred scales for her belly, and red wings with green trim. Horns/Claws: Gold horns curving upwards from the sides of her crown. Gold claws on her hands and feet. Additional Appearance Notes: Noble wears a set of silver bracers on her wrists and ankles. Physique: Average height and weight for a young teen dragon. Origin: Dragon Mt. Residence: Garden Gait Occupation: Freelance Dock Worker Motivation: Getting enough money together to build her own dream house where she can open a place to aid the needy. Likes: Helping others, catfish, flying, being prompt and a good drink. Dislikes: Others without a sense of humor, mean folk, poverty, milk, lateness and tap water. History: Noble was born on Dragon Mountain to her parents, a studious couple who were setting off on her birthday to see the world outside of the usual rough-and-tumble rituals of dragonkind's day to day life to hold them back. They moved around for a few years before settling on Canterlot, and making the city their home. Noble was skilled at delivering things at a young age, and her mother saw this, and worked to get her into the EPS (Equestrian Parcel Service), where she worked after she became old enough to fly on her own. She left home at some point, and took up freelance dock work, wanting to make a living for herself at first. The more unhappy lives she saw in her time amongst many different places in Equestria, Noble decided she wanted to give them a place too. A shelter of sorts, until they can get on their feet. Flaws: Noble can be generous to a fault, and give up much of herself to make others happy. She can overextend herself in her giving, appearing as a pushover at times. Or even just in her work. Noble knows her limits, but never goes by them, which usually ends up with her being on the receiving end of some less than favorable amounts of time to get things done, because she's usually filling up her schedule too much. Personality: Noble is very positive toward others, refusing to see the bad in them, however glaring it can be. At the same token, she doesn't tolerate laziness. She has great hopes for the future, and her dream and maybe even a love life. Although the last one is more an abstract thought that she's much to busy to consider seriously.
16. Roleplay Type:World of Equestria RP Name:Snowdrift Sex:Bull (Male) Age: Young Adult Species:Deer (Caribou) Eye Color:Amber Coat Color:Brown (Summer), White/Grey (Winter) Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style:N/A Physique:Muscular/large. Unlike Perytons caribou are not small in comparison to ponies. The majority of them are taller by a couple inches. Snowdrift is no different. Cutie Mark:N/A Origin/Residence: Snow drift is from the lands north of the badlands. Even he isnt too sure where he is from. As for where he is now Snow Drift tends to travel as he explores the world. Occupation:Explorer? Motivation:No longer part of the herd Snowdrift simply wishes to see everything the world has to offer (Miles upon miles of frozen tundra tends to be rather dull). He hopes to one day try and make the trip back home but because he is so Likes: Meeting new creatures, learning new things... Snow drift is rather naive and optimistic despite his past. Dislikes: Being reminded of home, insects (especially the blood sucking kind), loud noises (background noise is fine), hot weather, physical contact Personality:Hes rather innocent and can be too trusting at times however once you lose it it is near impossible to regain it in Snow Drift's eyes. In the end Snowdrift is generaly a nice guy to be around and its rare to find him without a smile or cheery disposition. Eager to explore his wanderlust does have a tendency to get him into awkward positions and his lack of cultural knowledge outside the herd can cause awkward moments when meeting other creatures. Besides exploring Snowdrift is an eager learner and would jump on any oportunity to learn more about this land he now finds himself in and tell others about his home. Character Summary:Far north of equestria, in lands that no pony has ever truly explored, the caribou roam the tundra in great herds feeding from the land. Like thier cousins to the south, the buffalo, these herds are quite intelligent and have a strong family bond and tradition stretching back aeons. Snowdrift was once a member of these herds, galloping across the frozen land with his family, and he would still be one today if it were not for his wanderlust. From a young age Snow had a tendency to stray from the herd (much to his parents annoyance) and explore his suroundings. Despite multiple punishments and lectures against such actions Snow Drift would never really get the message. "Stick together". In the frozen north predators were quite plentiful and the herd knew to stick together in order to fight them off. It was a calm winter day when the events changing Snowdrifts life occured. Like always Snowdrift had decided to do some exploring in a nearby patch of trees. For hours the caribou wandered about looking in every nook in cranny searching for something interesting. Sadly he found nothing and beganto return to the herd when from seemingly nowhere a snowstorm blew in. Taking refuge back in the small forest Snowdrift hunkered down for the night. The next morning he rushed back to the herd only to find nothing. THey had moved on without him...Snowdrift wandered the tundra for awhile but couldnt find a trace of his herd. The snowstorm had erased all signs of their passage. For awhile he panicked, he was alone, abandoned out here in the harsh landscape where predators could easily pick him off. Snow Drift could understand though why they did it, the snow storm had been fierce and the herd could not risk sending anyone to search for them, even in small groups caribou were vulnerable if set upon by a pack of wolves, wolves such as the ones that began tracking the lone Snowdrift. He ran. As fast as he could Snowdrift ran as the howls of wolves grew ever closer. This deep into winter food tended to be scarce for predators and a lone caribou was a goldmine for a pack. Finally they managed to corner the young stag with his back to a canyon. The predators of course thought they had him; it was at least a 200 foot drop into the churning river below. Never mind the fact that the waters we're absolutely frigid. What they didnt expect was the only option left for Snowdrift: Jump. If Snowdrift was expecting himself to be saved by some divine intervention, or to suddenly sprout wings he was very mistaken.Through the air he fell into the frigid glacial waters in which he was carried away. The wolves of course didnt follow, they thought the animal dead and thier chance for a meal denied. (Of course they were wrong, I wouldnt be making this app if he was dead after all.) Snowdrift didnt know how long he spent in the churning waters. Moments after hitting the water he was knocked unconcious. For all intents and purposes he should have been dead right there and then but this is not the case. The caribou would wake up im dry ground, a small fire burning beside him and a blanket covering him. He was far south from the tundra, in the forests of the badlands nearby Tartarus. As for his savior there was not a single sing however it was obvious magic was at work; the fire by his side continued to burn without requiring wood. After inspecting his surroundings Snow Drift was unable to find anything to help explain how he had got here. He had absolutely nothing aside from the blanket draped over him. For a time he wandered. With no idea as to the location of his homeland Snowdrift continued to wander eventually leaving the badlands (Not easily i would like to add) and entering Equestria proper. He has long since come to terms with the loss of his herd (Although he does wonder how long they stuck around before moving on without him) and now focusses on learning more about this new land he has entered hoping to one day return and tell them what he has seen. Because of the way he was brought up Snowdrift is very unfamiliar with even the most basic technology. Life in the tribe was mostly spent grazing or learning legends and myths of thier species. On the flip side the caribou is very capable of surviving in the wilderness and making do with almost nothing. Family: While Snowdrift does have a mother and father he was never particularly close to them. Within the tribe families mingled together so much that it was not uncommon for calves to have multiple parent figures in their lives. That said Snowdrift does have a sister named Glacial Eir that he cared for deeply. The two were often insepperable with Snowdrift often coaxing her to join him whenever he wandered off exploring. Eir was not with Snowdrift the day he was separated permanently from the tribe. She is believed to be a potential healer and showed some promise. Notes on the Caribou: Unlike normal deer Caribou are very self aware and sentient. They have more in common with the buffalo herds of the south than thier wild cousins that live in the forests of equestria. Caribou culture is mostly a nomadic lifestyle as the herd move from place to the next to forage for food with strong family bonds formed between each member of the herd, together the tribe is strong, alone they are easy meals for the myriad of predators stalking the frozen north. Individually a caribou is about as strong as any earth pony, and as expected they are very capable of surviving in frigid conditions most ponies would perish in. Thier true strength however comes from being with each other where memories and thoughts can be shared and the herd can grow as a whole. Caribou have no real magical abilities like unicorns or Perytons with the exception of a certain few individuals who serve as healers within the tribe. What they lack in that department is made up for in the ability to survive and adapt to extreme conditions. Collectively however all caribou have an ability called The Speech. All knowledge collected by the herd is passed down from generation to generation orally which has led to special magic adaptations to prevent the distortion of information over time. This of course means little to outsiders with one exception that Snow Drift has recently learned in his interaction with other sentient creatures: Language is not a barrier. Snow drift is perfectly capable of speaking and understanding equestrian despite never learning it. Why this is possible is unknown however some theorize it may have manifested to help deal with differences that arose whenever two herds would meet. Because of the large distances covered herds can go decades if not centuries at a time wthout meeting one another. As time goes on language may change somewhat into differing dialects. The Speech appears to be a cultural method of dealing with these differences so that as a whole the Caribou are stronger. Img: (Summer coat, pony for size comparison. The female is his sister Glacial Eir. I added her just so show some things about sex differences. MOstly its just a smaller set of antlers and a more feminine shape.)

19. Roleplay Type: Crossover Name: Madame LaFlour Sex: Female Age: Adult Species: Sack of Flour Bleached? If yes, what with?: Yes. Benzoyl Peroxide Color: She is colored a grayish tan color [#D2C8A0]. LaFlour is filled with pure snow white colored enriched maida flour. Enriched?: Yes. Physique: Madame LaFlour is a bit plump, due to the amount of flour she holds. Type of Flour: Maida Origin/Residence: In the cupboard of Sugarcube Corner. Her flour originated in Fillydelphia. Occupation: Kitchen Socialite Motivation: To share her love of baked goodies with the world, and to meet new kitchen appliances and ingredients. She also wants to make sure her friends make the right descisions by giving them advice. Likes: Flour, other kitchen supplies, baked goods, her friends, and the kitchen. Dislikes: Wasted flour, uncleanliness, despicableness, unkind ponies, rudeness. Character Summary: Harvested from the long and wide plains of Fillydelphia, Madame LaFlour's flour's origin was in a wheat field that belonged to a family of farmers. They soon harvested and milled the wheat, finishing half of what she is today. The flour was then sold, where it was sent off to a factory, where they loaded and shipped out sacks of flour to many baking supply retailers across Equestria. Madame LaFlour's flour was made of a light yellow maida flour, and she was then bleached with benzoyl peroxide, giving her the snow white color of flour she has today. Soon, the final step was taken and the white maida flour was loaded into a sack, making the Madame LaFlour we all know today. She was then shipped out to a market in a town calle Ponyville. LaFlour soon found herself in the cupboards of Sugarcube Corner, where she had been purchased to use for their baking needs. Madame LaFlour was more than happy to be of service, but she also wanted to have another job. One that would affect her social life more. LaFlour was a very social sack of flour, and liked to make new friends when she had the time to, although she kept this a secret from the ponies. Madame LaFlour didn't have a family when she first arrived at the sweets shop, so she didn't really have anyone to turn to. However, it wasn't too long before she started chatting up all of the other kitchen ingredients and supplies. It was very easy to get along with these other fellows, as most of them shared common interests with each other. They were all quite nice, friendly, and shared a love for cooking and baking, to which LaFlour was absolutely delighted to hear. She soon became rather popular in the kitchen, and welcomed many newcomers. She was often the one that kitchen appliances and ingredients went to for advice, or just to have a lovely chat with. One day, LaFlour awoke to the opening of her cupboard, and found a rather depressed looking Pinkie Pie staring right at her. Madame LaFlour did not like the sight of this at all, but was rather surprised when she had been told that she was invited to a party by Pinkie. She knew that Pinkie was a party lover, but never expected to be invited to a party by her. She was a sack of flour after all. Soon, LaFlour was sat atop a wooden stool, and bore a pink and yellow striped party hat on her head. She was introduced to two new friends, to her delight, at the party. There, she met Sir Lints a Lot and Rocky. A familiar face from the kitchen, Mr. Turnips, was there too. Pinkie had brought a delicious looking cake as well to the party, and Madame couldn't help but have a few helpings. Pinkie always made the best cakes, especially this one, since LaFlour helped to make it herself! LaFlour noticed even more how Pinkie seemed sad and depressed. She listened quite intently as Pinkie explained the story of how her friends didn't want to be her friends anymore, and how she was glad to have LaFlour and the others there to be with her. This story touched the depths of flour within LaFlour, and she demanded that this kind of behavior from Pinkie's friends was downright despicable! Those ponies should have known better than to treat Pinkie like that! Madame LaFlour was ready to be by Pinkie's side until the end, along with the rest of the party. Madame LaFlour is a kind and caring sack of flour. She is very open towards others and is always willing to make new friends. By the time you've entered the cupboard, should already know of LaFlour, since she is a very well known sack of flour with an elite status in the kitchen. Thus giving her the title of a socialite. She usually gives good advice, acting in a motherly sort of way towards friends. She speaks with a high pitched French accent, and speaks in a soft tone. Even when she yells, is sounds like a soft squeak. Despite all of her kindness, Madame LaFlour isn't afraid to speak her mind when giving others advice. Sometimes, she may get a bit aggressive over the problem, maybe even to the point of yelling to get her point across. Although she doesn't want to come off as mean, she can get a bit emotional at times. She is rather intolerant of despicableness, and she wants to make sure that her peers make the right choices. Madame LaFlour has a love for baking, and is always ready to help! Her love for baked goodies is strong, and she wants everyone to share her love for it, although never trying to force it upon others. Overall, Madame LaFlour is a very friendly sack of flour, with good intentions of helping others, although she may get a bit aggressive at times when action is needed. "Pretty rude?! It was down right- deespiicible!"

History: Kasimir became a wanderer at a young age, he was never a dog with a pack mentality and unlike his brethren he had a deep rooted desire to learn. His mind was always alight with ideas but his home just couldnt provide the mental stimulation needed. So he wondered for years in the wastes learning, building, and scavenging with no other goal in mind other then sating his curiosity. During one of his expeditions he encountered the Steel Rangers at a derelict research station. As he expected they wouldn't agree to peacefully share the discovery, they started the shootout. He was sure he wasn't going to survive the fight, it was ten on one, they had grenade launchers and power armor he had an assault rifle. In despnation he fired a few rounds at a large tank in the that was between him and the rangers causing a large explosion of magical radiation. When he awoke he found that his fur had be turned black and that his eyes took on a yellow color, but the happiest news was that the steel rangers around him were dead. For now he was free to to search the facility. He within he found a plethora of pre war tech, energy weapons, robots, talismans, turrents, vehicles, and most importantly books, notes, and research. Content with his findings he exited the facility and stripped all the steel rangers that had been killed of their power armor. Kasimir knew that more rangers would come when the dead didn't report back so he got to work. He refit and modified the power armor for use by a diamond dog then he used his knowledge and the facilities vast stores of information to build his weaponry. Once that was completed he repaired, reprogrammed and reactivated the facilities combat robots and turrets. Not even a weak later a new regiment of steel rangers came, they were swiftly cut down by Kasimir's robots. Then the fun started, the steel rangers came in earnest, they attacked relentlessly for 2 weeks. Until a small team made it into the facility. Kasimir confronted them but he was out gunned, they shot the dog 3 times in the chest and he went down. Too bad for them none of the shots were to the heart or head, in a mutation and adrenaline fueled rage Kasimir got back up and tore the Steel Rangers limb from limb. Outside his robots continued to push the ponies back, until they were in full retreat. They stopped bothering him after that for the most part. Every so often a strike team will come after him after when he leaves the facility but he always prevails over them. He often takes odd jobs and repair jobs to occupy his time when he adventures out from his facility.
23. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Cypress Sex: Female Age: Young doe, roughly on the cusp of adulthood. Species: Peryton Eye colour: Light green (Mantis: #74C365) Coat/Mane/Markings & colours: Main body is a pastel gray (#CFCFC4). She has a slightly darker, ash gray underbelly/neck with a matching, short tuft of hair - well, even shorter than most peryton locks, at least (#B2BEB5). Physique: Towering compared to the norm, though most ponies would still be a little less than an inch taller than her. Contains a well-built, rather buff torso paired with toned and stocky legs. Wings aside, her frame to an extent resembles that of a migratory woodland caribou and thus, as females of said species have them, bears a set of prominent slate gray antlers (#708090). To her irritation, said antlers and her solid appearance in the past have caused peryton and other creatures alike to mistake and make fun of her for looking like a stag, and still do from time to time. Cutie Mark: N/A Origin/Residence: Born in Whitetale Woods, though these days she has the tendency to travel anywhere - well, as long as it's remote and there aren't too many creature-built structures; Solstice Heights, the greenery and lush thickets of Nimbusgait Lakes, she has even gone as far as the Everfree Forest. Though a nomad she is, she's never ventured into any populous place larger than the village of Garden Gait, as towns and cities alike tend to make her apprehensive at best. Occupation: In her own words: "I live off the land, I guess...um, does being a nature guide count? I mean, I'm not paid or anything, or whatever ya call it. Never got why ponies labor over these 'bits' they keep talkin' about. They're shiny, sure, but what the heck am I s'possed to do with 'em, string a bunch together and decorate a pine tree? They're just a bunch of useless trinkets, to be honest." In reality: Though she may feel inclined to help a deserving lost traveler, she really doesn't have a paying job by Equestrian standards, and is a little bit...erm, dense when it comes to the constructs of civilization. Still, she's particularly skilled in weaving - baskets and nests that is, though ever since she came across a ball of yarn, needles, and some flimsy white sheet covered in strange black symbols in the Everfree (likely dropped by a lost, unlucky pony), she's been (very) slowly figuring out how to use them, having heard that one could make scarves out of such utensils (a rather useless accessory to her, but they sure do look neat!). Motivation: 'Tis not of utmost priority, but a small part of her wants to know the meaning behind those markings on that sheet! Though unbeknownst to Cypress, they're instructions on how to knit ...what? Would you be particularly literate whilst living in the woods all your life? She also wants to gain the courage to at least visit one town, without having a panic attack due to the hustle and bustle of a populous place...otherwise, she just wants to live a balanced life, use in moderation what the land offers, nothing too extravagant. Likes: Leafy greens, the smell of the wood and open fields after a rainstorm, the tree she’s named after, testing her survival skills whilst popping up in the Everfree, pine needle tea (build a small fire, gather pond water with a makeshift kettle to boil, get pine needles to put in the kettle to let it settle...), finding pony-made trinkets while exploring, and borrowing yarn when she sees some laying about a nearby, vacant building - which is technically stealing, but the concept of owning so many things and living in a large, claustrophobic box with a tent-like roof has always been strange to her, so... Dislikes: The idea of roaming about big cities and towns, as much as a part of he wants to get over it. Being around a significant amount of sentient beings, particularly if they aren't other peryton, will generally make her uncomfortable and rather fidgety, and loud noises are anything but reassuring. Also, rudely mistaking her for a buck - if it's an honest, unassuming blunder, then she'll usually be forgiving, but if you're going to be a stubborn prick in the nose about it, then let's just say you'll be the last living thing she'll pay notice to when you wind up in a pickle. Character Summary: Like that of many peryton, Cypress spent her early years in Whitetail Woods - or at least, deeper within it than most ponies would dare to roam. Because of this, she was previously (though unintentionally) sheltered from the world beyond the rocks, soil and greenery surrounding her, though what knowledge she's gained of ponies since her fawnhood has been limited to the occasional, accidental stumblings upon quiet villages and houses about the countryside. In fact, before she branched away from the wood, the only reason she had known about ponies in the first place was due to taking involvement in Winter Wrap-Up. As of how? For starters, it can first be said that it’s part of the reason she realized a particular talent of hers, one that still remains up to this day. Her father, Redwood, was especially agile, helping him stay unseen whilst darting through the forest, using the shadows to hide his slight frame...to say the least, other than inheriting his keen green eyes, she didn't quite get her looks from dad. As for her mother, Sequoia, she had always been quite the gatherer, and before Cypress was born, the two of them held a special tradition of theirs; With both of their strengths combined, they'd make nests the night before the event and, while nopony was looking, they would set them by the edge of the forest, where ponies would easily see them the next day and nestle them high within the trees for birds returning from the south. Not wanting to deny their daughter of giving ponies a helping hoof, their daring little fawn also took part it, her mum having taught her the basics of weaving. Even now, Cypress still takes part in her parents' tradition still, even though it's executed a ways away from their den. Gaining a knack for it, she was often found testing her skills outside of said pony-related event. Once she got accustomed to her own brand of peryton magic, she even managed to surpass her mother's efficiency in her weaves; Unlike Sequoia, Cypress's talent revolved around manipulating thin, sturdy branches and fine/string-like materials such as rope and tall grasses, being able to tie, wrap, and - you guessed it - weave them accordingly. It wasn't the type of full-blown telekinesis that unicorns have, however. In fact, levitating anything heavier that such materials, as she figured, is still a rather strenuous task as best, and it turned out she had to have her materials together in one spot (rather than having them scattered) in order to even use more than one at a time. On occasion, she may use this talent as a means to rustle and sway a few branches while staying out of site from ponies, either to attract their attention towards the right path, or - if in the Everfree - to give them a voiceless reminder that there's a reason why some places are better left unexplored. As for the rest of her early years and then some, Cypress wasn't the most sociable fawn in the wood. She'd have rather stuck around her parents than bother with others her age and, when they weren't trying to set her up on playdates, she often spent her time alone, either practicing her weaves or would just explore the forest. When she started growing antlers, it became safe to say that making friends was not only the least of her priorities, but it also became much, much harder to attain them in the first place. She didn't merely gain the petite, aesthetically pleasing little stumps that some doe would eventually get, but two strong, thick, hankering branches began to adorn her head. This often lead to merciless taunts, insults and name calling from peryton her age, even when her parents weren't making her socialize, and at best would often cause younglings and the full-grown alike to have....*ahem*....interesting reactions once she opened her mouth to speak, if only upon first encounter. When it became time for her mum and dad to integrate Cypress into Whitetail - aka, prepare/ween her into living on her own - it didn't take much effort on their part. By the time she entered that stage between fawn and doehood, while she still cared for her parents dearly, past experiences with bullies from her own kind was enough to convince her that she really, really didn't care for them setting up yet another so-called 'playdate' on her behalf. Still though, while she was successful when it came to moving out of her family's den - she was the self-reliant type after all - the jeers and ridiculing from others just wouldn't stop. It wasn't long after she left her parents' dwelling when she decided that, well, maybe she should stray farther from her home in Whitetail. There was no use in staying someplace where she was unwanted - and at a time where she was starting to discover who she was, this seemed to be, unfortunately, the very case she was in. It was still a hard decision to make, since she didn't know much about the outside wood, but when push came to shove, it was more than worth it. Over time, and particularly as of now, Cypress has grown a bit more world-savvy - well, emphasis on a bit, as most of what she's learned has had to do with the flora and nature-bound fauna within anyplace surrounded by the colours green and brown - and mind you, that isn't exactly referring to a paint job. She hasn't quite found a particular dwelling since she left, but she's grown fond of the traveler's lifestyle and, quite frankly, she doesn't plan to settle down anytime soon. While she's spent quite the while 'roaming the land' as some would say, Cypress is still a bit lacking in the friend department. However, this isn't always due to being followed by past treatment: Though a shrinking violet she's not, Cypress isn't the approachable type at first glance, often basing her perception of someone, whether good or bad, on first impressions, and can be a bit stubborn when it comes to changing her mind. She also, when helping others, prefers not being seen or caught in the act, though what she makes up in bulk has made her not quite as agile as some peryton, yet not to a debilitating extent. All in all, she's a practical, down-to-earth doe whose knowledge of nature is especially competent, but may still have a ways to go in a few...er, other areas.
24. Done editing and seems to be in good order to just put under final, after some outer sourced developments on him Roleplay Type: Crossovers Name: Cien Sex: Male Age: Colt Species: Chimera (Earth Pony, Dragon, and Piranha) Eye Color: Purple Coat Color: Dark Gray Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Black Mane with dark purple markings, he hates letting it get messy and his tail is pure black, but for some reason a bit deformed, maybe due to a slight genetic incompatibility. He has permenant burns on his hooves from when he attempted to fix something he never dealt with before and it ignited, lighting his hooves on fire and spreading up most of his legs, which is where he got his tendency to avoid unfamiliar machines from. Typically done in a "spiky" fashion as part of his mane ends in spikes Physique: His body and neck are a bit scrawny in shape and he is bit taller than normal ponies, like in the middle of normal ponies and Alicorns, he typically has them hidden under a thin layer of quickly healing flesh, but he has some dragon wings, further showing evidence of how he is a Chimera, and his hooves are thick and possibly the strongest part of his body as the rest of it is detrimentally more fragile. Cutie Mark: A rusted, used Gear Origin/Residence: The location in which he was raised was never really acknowledged with how it was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign land but with his wings he flew to Canterlot, wanting a city life instead of the simple life places like Ponyville provided. Occupation: Due to his talent, he is a mechanic/engineer, dealing with the basic technology the ponies use Motivation: He became very interested in technology because of his mother and delved into it more, finding himself very proficient at it and even soon being able to fix things his mother couldn't, he wants to become a very well recognized mechanic and possibly invent some world-changing technologies, but knows better than to mess with things he's not familiar with Likes: He just adores machines and things like it and can sometimes get all "mushy" over technology, and loves tinkering with devices and can't get enough with pears, he just loves eating them. Dislikes: He dislikes ponies who find his deep fascination in technology to be an unhealthy obsession and just passes them off as people who would just want to interfere in any good advancements he could make in his own personal projects, and he absolutely hates oranges, lemons, and Butter. And he absolutely hates thunder and lightning. Character Summary: He is a Chimera, but unlike normally seen Chimeras, he's a bit more..."perfected" as he doesn't look like some hidious beast with like 3 heads, he has the body shape of a pony, the wings of a dragon and his physical abilites are only slightly higher than that of average ponies, it may make him a bit above-average compared to others, but certainly not anything "game-breaking" like how if he was more of a dragon than he already is, and along with being pony and dragon, he is a bit piranha, as seen by his sharp-teeth, those that he rarely ever shows, figuring how ponies would call him creepy like the ponies in Ponyville did to Zecora before Twilight Sparkle cleared it all up, something he heard from one of the ordinary ponies who also cowered from her, which he learned when he flew in for a few things from the stores. But due to his two other genetic species, he is an omnivore, and he sometimes takes off descretely fullfill his carnivorous, dietary needs which he deals with by going after smaller animals, and rarely other carnivores. He seems like he's hiding something, but he keeps telling people anything he may be hiding are not anything to be worried about and are absolutely nothing detrimental to anyone and just things for himself. He absolutely hates lightning because when he was first learning how to fly before going to Equestria he got stuck by lightning, and barely survived it, and with it happening when he was very young it left a mental scar on him, just terrifying him of thunder and lightning. He is also very mentally unstable if something really bad happens his left eye twitches and he just snaps, rolling about laughing, and even making weird noises, some people think he should be institutionalized despite him being good with machines.
