Her mane is in a short bob that sweeps upwards and sweeps to the left of her face, her tail is kept short as well and slightly curves upwards like her mane.Physique: Harvest is lean and agile with a body built for long travelCutie Mark: A Red harvest moon behind a four pointed white star with three tiny golden stars to the right of it. Origin/Residence: TrottinghamOccupation: She’s a mail carrier that does mainly over night delivery.Motivation: To explore the night sky and to see the world, but at the end of the day to always return home safe.Likes: The stars, Her twin brother, flying, the cool night air, fall.Dislikes: Pumpkin flavored anything, beetles, frozen patches on the ground (so slippery!) Strong winds.Character Summary: Harvest was born one half of a pair of identical twin foals… well ALMOST IDENTICAL anyways, aside from being a female while her brother was male, Harvest was born as a Pegasus while her brother (and both her parents for that matter) were both earth ponies. Her mother had a Pegasus father and the gene popped up in Harvest; Both twins were born on the first Harvest Moon of fall, a very special night for everypony there.From the get go her and her twin were inseparable, they did everything together and even shared a room using bunk beds, partially to be together, and partially due to the house being a bed and breakfast as well as the family home.One night when the two were celebrating their birthday they begged and pleaded their mum and Dad to let them have a camp out in the back yard, the parents agreed and the two twins hoof bumped before running to set up the tent and overall enjoy the rest of their birth day.That night Harvests brother Autumn heard a strange noise in the forest, and prodded her awake to go investigate .. much to Harvests protest as it was late… but using the big sad pony eyes he was able to persuade her to go with him.Once in the woods Autumn seemed to wander off on his own and they both got lost… though Harvest soon found him proudly clutching a VERY pretty purple cut gem that glittered gleefully, he was all muddy AND sporting a cutie mark to boot! She was so happy for him but it was dark and late, the only thing visible was the bright orange moon and the glittering stars… Harvest was already a strong flyer due to constantly practicing, and so her brother whom rode on her back constantly to help her build wing strength, climbed on her back and Harvest flew up high above the trees, using the stars and the moon to navigate their way back to their camp.She didn’t even notice till she landed that she now had her beautiful cutie mark emblazed on her flank to symbolize her talent for navigating the night sky with the stars as her compass, both twins were very happy to have gotten their cutie marks on the same night, the night of their BIRTH in fact! And after some very happy hugs the two young ponies collapsed in a snuggly heap in their tent and fell asleep.Harvest never stopped loving the night sky and the stars, and as she grew older she s became a overnight mail carrier for Trottingham, and spends most of her time flying all over Equestria to deliver packages and bundles, using the night sky and breeze as her compass, and so far she has never gotten lost.Her brother took to adventuring so they don’t see each other as often as they used to but when they do they are glued to each others flanks and can talk for HOURS about seemingly nothing.Harvest is a very kind and patient pony that also has a talent at cooking, though due to being born in the fall she has developed a serious dislike for all pumpkin and pumpkin flavored accessories… bleck.She is head strong and stubborn and if she believes herself to be right there will be no backing down unless hard evidence is proven to her , she is loyal to a fault and will stand with a sinking ship long after it's submerged.Her protectiveness can come off as aggression but she means well.Harvest often wears a long scarf and a green turtleneck sweater as well as a pair of goggles to keep the wind out of her eyes.Better version of cutie mark She stares into your soul!And finally her in her winter finery Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
