Origin/Residence: Mittens currently lives and works in Canterlot.

Eye colour: Her eyes are a soft pink colour.

Coat colour: Her coat is a strange yet stunning faded brown.

Mane/Tail: Her mane is always very well kept and is a stunning snow white with slight pink hints at the tips and her mane accessories. Her tail is always kept short so that it doesn't get in her way as she works but it is also the same style of snow white with pink hints at the tips.

Physique: Mittens is a very average pony when it comes to her Physique but she also has a high metabolism and is often found eating almost constantly.

Occupation: Mittens is a student by day and a seamstress by night.

Cutie Mark: Her Cutie Mark is a red ball of yarn.

Cutie Mark Story: It happened on a day like any other, the shop that Mittens worked had almost ran out of material to craft their sweaters and other fine winter wears such as scarfs. But instead of giving up and waiting for the next shipment of cloths and such to arrive she used bits that she had earned by selling her crafted items on the side to buy more yarn that she then turned into booties that were sold to Ponyville for the Winter Wrap Up, after she started to receive letters back from satisfied customers she kept making and selling the booties even around Canterlot and within a few days of getting her art down she got a cutie mark of a red ball of yarn to symbolize how she was destined to be a seamstress.

History: Born to a mother and father who were very supporting of their young daughter who wanted to explore the world of crafts rather then settle for a life of business as they did. Her parents went to all of the lengths they could to make sure that their daughter had everything she needed when she needed it. But instead of making her a spoiled brat it made her always give to the less fortunate as she had everything given to her and it made her feel that it was the right thing to do was to pass on her good luck and graciousness. It wasn't long until she was entered into a art school where she found her niche in weaving and crafting things from yarn. Soon her parents saw her kindness and decided to give her a gift of a small weaving shop to call her own and to sell her wears out of and let their daughter enjoy herself as she also made some bits.

Character Summary:

Parents: Mittens' parents were the typical rich elite of the Canterlot life and it only made her appear to be like them, it wasn't so much that she didn't want to be like them but she wanted to have her own hold on life and not have to be in her parents shadow the whole of her life.

Flaws: Mittens tries not to talk much, not that she is shy but more to the effect that she just doesn't like to talk. She prefers to go by the saying: Let your work do the talking. Mittens can be very thick headed when it comes to certain things and sometimes will even argue that she is right even when she knows she is wrong, or she will try and twist the words to make herself right.

Personality: Mittens is a very kind and giving filly but she knows the meaning of a hard days work, she doesn't often have spare time as she is constantly either running from the school to the shop for work or vice versa. Mittens has a problem with sleeping on occasion but she attunes that to her lack of fun and to her constant high-level of sugar in her system. She often eats large amounts of sugar but thanks to her busy schedule and her high metabolism she can eat nonstop and still not gain any weight.

Motivation: Mittens just wants to make the world a warm and cuddly place through her use of clothing items.

Likes: Mittens doesn't have many things that she likes, but she does have some things that she absolutely LOVES: Designing winter apparel, crafting clothes, working hard, learning new things from the design school.

Dislikes: It is hard for things to fall into her Dislikes list as Mittens will always give things a second or third chance and is always very forgiving even if somepony wronged her.

She looks great, and I bet Minty would want to buy socks off of her, but I have one teensy little issue to bring up.

She has a job before she has a cutie mark, which puts her working as a tween or early teenager. Is she working in a shop owned by her parents? If you could just clarify that she's not breaking any filly-labor laws and it's not a high responsibility position, I'll call her good to go

Its not a high-responsibly job it is just when she has the time to stop in and she feels like making something. It wasn't until after she got her cutie mark that she started to actually work there more.
