I've been on this website for a solid hour.....How do you(if possible) share picture/fanfics???

Any answers will be greatly appieciated!

You can share pictures through the gallery setup. When you click on the gallery button, you'll see a button in the top right corner of that screen that says upload. From there you can upload pictures from your computer! It'll be a little bit before they show up on-site though, as the gallery is strictly monitored and a moderator or administrator has to approve your images before they're visible to the public.

As for sharing fanfics, you could put them in blog posts, or, if you already have them on FiMfiction or the like, you can link to them in a discussion post in the appropriate section of the board, as long as they're of a PG-13 or lower rating.

To clarify on this, the Gallery is for artwork you make YOURSELF, not for art you just wanna upload and show people
