Eye colour: A warm Orange when you can see them, but more often than not his glasses reflect real bad so you can’t!

Coat: His body is white as the driven snow, but the black of his hooves pokes through.

Mane/Tail: His mane is a mess, and is bright red and orange in color, it sticks up in the back like a rooster tail, hangs down to the sides of his face and the back of his neck, a bit of an unkept mess! His tail is similar in color, but is short coming about to his knee and flows together save for two rebellious strands.

Physique: Tall and Lanky! long legs, thin body, a walking bean pole really! Not very tough looking but he does have muscle!

Residence: Canterlot

Occupation: Student at Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns

History: Ember was born to his parents, Soup Simmer, and Flambe Supreme, two ponies that ran a high end restaurant in Canterlot called “La Creme’de La Creme” One of the most exclusive restaurants, that only some of the most influential and wealthiest of the elite can get into! The food isn’t fancy, hoity toity fluff though! His parents love the restaurant and it comes through in the very food they cook! His mother decided though that at a young age their child would learn the first thing about being part of a restaurant, customer service.

As soon as he could walk Ember was helping with the restaurant, be it bussing the tables, or cleaning dishes, He worked with a light step and a cheerful smile, as the restaurant seemed to glow with love and passion, which inspired HIM to be likewise. After school he was all but enthusiastically happy to finish his school work, and then dart to the restaurant to do his work, never cooking, never in the spotlight, but oh how he loved serving others! This was a key factor in gaining his cutie mark when he was a young colt

One day the restaurant was filled to bursting and despite being well staffed there was still plenty of work for him to do! He kept at it, he cleaned those dishes, he cleaned those tables, he smiled cheerfully, and didn’t get under foot, he even went into the freezer to get things for his parents (Though he did not like it, so he focused real hard to cast a shield around himself to trap his body heat around him so he wouldn’t get cold)

It was a busy day and he loved it, he loved making customers smile, and he was so positive and radiated warmth and passion that when the shift was done and the restaurant was clean one of the waiters pointed out his cutie mark that symbolized both his passion and his natural fire magic talent, in the form of a glowing sun with a heart alight with flames in front of it.

The restaurant wasn’t the center of his life though, when not working he attended Celestia’s school of gifted unicorns, and in fact is still doing so presently to enhance his magic! His shield is his primary trick, a simple barrier that traps the ponie’s body heat around them so they stay warm, even in the bitter cold! But he also is capable of other forms of fire magic. (Warming food, Lighting Candles, and other such things)

Currently he’s still working at his parents restaurant, but not as a server anymore, now he’s working in the kitchen helping with the prep work since it’s lighter on his time, most of his time is devoted to his studies so he can perfect his natural magic, and perhaps one day open his own business where he can show ponies a wonderful time!

Character Summary: Ember’s personality is a near constant warm and smiling good natured guy, with a smile that can light up a room, and a bookish tone to it as well, He loves working with other ponies, in fact he loves it! His very mood can be affected by those around him, and if the mood is sad he does his best to lighten it up the best he can, being a very empathetic and caring soul it pains him to see others miserable, sad, or down.

School is a priority currently, he worked hard to be accepted to Celestia’s School of Gifted Unicorns and he is very proud of it, spending hours in the library, pouring over books about his specific type of magic (Being fire magic) He’s that student that sits in the front seat, raises his hoof to ask questions, and is taking a billion notes.

His studies and passions thankfully coexist very well, he’s not a shut in nerd that never socializes, on the contrary! He loves to be social, and to be around others, however he tends to prattle on and on and on with no real brain to mouth filter, or a sense of when to stop talking. He tries his best to be positive at all times so it can be annoying to hear him offer a “On the bright side” take to a bad situation constantly.

Constantly perky, ever pleasant, but sometimes denser than a rock this pyro inclined pony has a warm heart, a warm smile, and a sunny outlook on life, looking forward to one day opening his own business where he can be sure that other ponies can share in the warmth he feels all the time.
