Name: Sunrise Skies

Coat: Orange. Also has a tattoo starting at her left shoulder that travels around her neck and ends up around her left eye. The tattoo is red, and is designed to look a bit like fire.

Mane/Tail: Both her mane and tail are colored red, and they are both long and flowing. Her mane hangs down over one side of her face and also curls slightly at the ends.

Physique: She is around the average height for a mare her age, just a little taller than it. Her musculature is rather lean, giving the impression that she has less muscle than she actually does.

Residence: Manehatten

Occupation: Fashion designer for a company.

Cutie Mark: Her mark is of a mostly red, tribal-esque design of a phoenix. The day she got her cutie mark, she had gone to school like any other day. It was during that day, however, that she saw a picture of a phoenix. She was awestruck by it's beauty, and she became inspired by it. When she got home, she essentially locked herself in her room as she began placing the pieces together in her head. She worked through the night, thinking up designs then re-thinking them. None of them looked quite right in her mind's eye. Then, in the middle of the night, just after she had given up on making the right one, she came up with one she thought looked good. She began to produce it, finishing just as the sun began shining through her window. To her exasperation, it still didn't seem to quite capture the beauty she had seen in the phoenix. She stared at the dress for a couple moments, at a loss as to what to do next. Her answer came in the way of a magical surge that caused a bright flash. When she could see again, her dress was on fire. She panicked until she ran into a wall and had to stop herself. That's when she noticed that the dress wasn't actually burning, and that the flames had been minuscule. Testing it with her magic, she discovered she could make the flames shrink and grow to certain points. She was ecstatic, now the dress looked complete, and she couldn't wait to show off her new creation, as well as the mark she had just then discovered on her flank. That would have to wait for later though, as she was exhausted from her allnighter.

History: Sunrise grew up in a wealthy family. As such, she became used to the high life of Manehatten as she usually got what she wanted, along with her brother. As she grew up, she also acquired an appreciation for fashion, which grew as she did. She loved how one could make a pony look different by wearing different outfits. Certain ones could convey certain meanings.

As she went through school, she liked to dress herself up each day before she left. She would often times wear casual dresses to school and elsewhere, and she learned to move well in them, as if they weren't even there. She became popular with her friends and classmates through her looks, manners, and that she would design dresses for some of them if she liked them enough.

As she became an adult, her control over her fire magic became almost complete, leaving a gap only for extreme excitement, whether good or bad.

Character Summary: Sunrise tends to be a calm mare, not freaking out at some of the things other ponies would. She still shows her emotions, though she tries to keep them at a level low enough that her control over her fire magic doesn't waver. She tends not to be shy about when she wants something, though she tends not to request anything that either she could get easily enough or is something she sees as an unreasonable request. Getting dirty is not something she enjoys, though she will do so without hesitation if the need arises. Friends are something she enjoys having very much, and she will fight for her friends if it comes down to it. While she is nice and well-mannered to ponies she doesn't know, she will often relax more around ponies she knows.

Well, there is a lot to like in this app! All of the required fields are filled, and the cutie mark story is quite compelling. However, you did actually repeat the cutie mark story twice in the body of the app (need to change that) and the Character Summary is a bit too brief, needs to be expanded. Other than those two things, this app's quite strong!

Please continue working on it, you have a great character in the making here!

Sorry, I thought I needed it in the history and cutie mark sections. I'm fairly sure that's how it worked last time I apped for WoE.
