She realized in, slight, horror that it meant she'd be partnered with more than 1 person?! That wasn't fair! She was going to have enough to deal with Tehengu, but now they were going to force her to be a team with others for 4 years? She let out a huff, annoyed at how the system worked. What if she was grouped with someone who hated Faunus', then what? Could she ask for a swap?That's when she heard her name, and 2 others she recognised. Slash and Tehengu, and she assumed Andrea was the girl who was with Slash. He glanced back at Midnight a couple times, as she didn't seem to like the idea of partnering with him, let alone two others. Still, he would protect her if their team turned out to dislike faunus. Eventually, he heard his name called, and that of Slash and Midnight. So, they were paired with Slash and his partner? Well, the girl might be hard to get along with, but he was fine. From this day forward you will work together as...Team Samaritan. Lead by...Slash Claw" Ozpin said. Slash smiled as the he heard an applause from the audience, turning to look at his new teammates. Andrea was slightly relieved. At least these two weren't completely incompetent. then came the moment when they were to announce the team captain. Standing in attention, she waited for- " Lead by...Slash Claw " Andrea just sort of froze there for a second. Slash? Slash is my leader? It wasn't that she was scared of crowds, its just that everyone's eyes felt like they were clued onto her which made her unnerved, knowing that so many people were watching her. She was surprised there was a team leader, and was sooo thankful it wasn't her, she'd be a useless leader because she wouldn't talk to them. She'd just go into her corner, get out her book and relax so that was all for null. She looked at Tehengu, looking for what kind of reaction he had, and almost trying to see if she could see any idea of what happened to his eye. She knew it wasn't nice to be curious, he would tell her when he wanted to, but with nothing else to do, she let her mind run a little wild with the possibilities. Well, he didn't really mind that. He remained stoic until the crowd dispersed and left the four of them in the room. She'd been completely caught in her owm mind with the possible explainations of what had happened to his eye that she hadn't noticed him notice her. She felt a burning in her cheeks as she tried to think of an excuse "...." she had opened her mouth, before realizing she had nothing that could work and opted to silence. It was Ozpins Decision, and having that much experience, he must have had a reason to make it. that being said, Andrea couldn't just admit that Slash of all people was Right about something. So instead Andrea looked at Slash with a seriously unamused look, as she reached her hand toward his face " Boop " Looking back toward the food table, Andrea reached over grabbing various degrees of Spicy foods to devour. He gave Andrea a strange look at her reaction to Slash's words, but said nothing about it. He had no problem with Slash being the leader of the team, and he deferred to the headmaster's experience on the matter. He knew what he was doing. If someone were to poke him, he'd fall onto the floor like a statue being taken down. Did Andrea just...touch his nose? His ears kept twitching as he kept replaying what just happened in his mind. Slash shook his head and breathed calmly, ignoring the beating of his heard. "Once we have finished, I think it will be best if we go to the locker room and take our uniforms and luggage. We will also need to get our dorm" he said as if nothing had happened. He can blush and fantasize all he wants in his dreams, right now he needs to take on the title as leader and not let his emotions get in the way. " Finishing off her meal, Andrea waited for her partners to finish eating and meanwhile grabbed a few hot peppers for the road. One never knows when they might start craving spicy food. While lining her pockets, Andrea heard Slash say something rather odd. " Something Furtive " Something furtive? What would he have to be secretive about? " Are you hiding something? She also seems to be a fan of spicy food, which is quite rare among girls. Slash can handle spicy food, but too much leaves him with burning lips. She wasn't a fan of the idea still, but she was stuck with them one way or another so she'd jus have to deal with it and move on. Joining them at the table, she'd oped to just read her book so honestly, it wasn't that big of a loss for her. She listened in to bits and pieces of the conversation, but she didn't deam much of it important so she went back to her book. Hearing Andrea and Slash argue, she glanced over at them from her books, rolled her eyes, then went back to her book.
