"Where is that b*tch?!" One of the soldiers yelled. Mint was still hiding behind a tree, waiting to pull out her gun and shoot the soldier nearest to her. The pulled out her pistol, and came out behind the tree. Befor the soldier court even notice, the soldier was dead. Screams of other soldiers came closer as they pulled out their rifles and jumped off the makeshift walls they were stand on, and starting looking. Panicking, Mint started running as fast as she could. Soldiers fired at her, out could hit her. They chased her, but the gunshots attracted infected. Runners came climbing over the walls, and attacking the soldiers. The remaining soldiers tried to fend off the infected, but just attracted more with their gunshots. A clicker climbed over the wall, ran past the now dead soldiers, and towards Mint. She pulled out her pistol and shot. The clicker fell down, and Mint started running, trying to dodge infected at every second. She dodged infected and the trees, trying to outrun the infected. Eventually, the forest came to a stop with a cliff and a lake waiting at the bottom. Mint didn't stop when she saw the edge. It was life or death now. She jumped. The air flew past her ears as she fell. She felt like she was flying. She was falling for about 6 seconds before she hit the water. She was deep, due to the speeds she was falling at. She swam up as fast as she could, and infected were now hitting the water. She soon hit air, and swam as fast as she could to shore.

Caly was sitting in a tree swinging her legs and humming quietly, waiting for something to do other than avoid the infected

Then she herd some gun shots

(Stupid idiots why are you using guns) she thought pulling her crossbow out incase she was noticed

She looked out across the lake at what looked to be infected jumping of a cliff

"What in hell?" She whispered to her self before seeing a young women aiming away from the aggravated mob

Seeing one of the infected gaining on her Caly pulled her cross or up to her face and fired hitting the creature where it's eye should have been, killing it instantly.
