Species: Pony - Unicorn

Residence: Formerly Manehatten, currently Canterlot.

Occupation: Running her own "Make-a-Wish"-type  agency. 

Eyes: Blue

Coat: A dull grey-ish blue

Hair: Mane style similar, (yet choppier/messier) to Princess Luna's, but is not enchanted to move. It does glitter however, though that is just a cheap magic trick. Her tail is long and in a similar flowy, choppy style in the same colours as her mane. Her hair is two toned; white and pale blue.

Markings: Her face has a bone coloured muzzle marking, which creates stark contrast to her body colour, hence her name. 

Physique: A  bit taller than most ponies, with a more slender build. 

Accessories: Sometimes wears a silvery cloak. (Just to add a bit of drama and fun to her work)

Cutie Mark: A yellow star with a pastel coloured trail.

     

 

History: Born in Manehatten, Wish Bone was a quiet and reserved young filly growing up. In such a populated area as Manehatten, she grew up learning to stay away from the dark and scary corners of the city, and never to talk to strange ponies on the street, despite how much she may feel sorry for the bedraggled homeless. 

 

As she grew older, she realised that might be able to help these unfortunate ponies, and on her way to school every day, she would share half her lunch bag with a particular older stallion who holed up in an abandoned shop front on her route to school. As she got older still, she shared with him half of her allowance, as well as her food. 

 

Soon, she had herself a part time job as a barista in a quiet coffee shop in the more respectable part of the city. She wanted for nothing, so most of her earnings went towards homeless charities or the down-on-their-luck ponies she met. 

 

As she grew into a mare, she opened her own "Wish" agency, where she helps to make the wishes of ponies come true - and not just the big things, like trips abroad, or meeting the princesses - those are mainly for those who need them the most.

 

But, you want a scarf mended but don't have the means to do it yourself? Want to find the PERFECT mane colour for your new dye job? Can't remember the name of the boutique with that fabulous frock in? Met "The One", at the annual Canterlot Garden Party but never got his name? With her magic and means, she'll help you. 

Cutie Mark Story: One day, she happened across a young colt crying outside her work, and naturally asked what was wrong. The young one had missed the cart home from school and in the process, lost all of his bits and had no way to get home. 

 

Wish Bone invited him inside while she cleaned up and closed the shop, made him a hot chocolate and got him a slice of cake which she paid for out of her own wages, and then half walked, half carried him all the way home, despite him living on the opposite side of town. 

When his mother answered the door, Wish Bone instantly felt the exhaustion lift from her body and she realised the great thing she had done. There was a telltale flash of light and sure enough when she looked back she had gotten her cutie mark. 

 

That was when she realised that she could help make EVERY pony's day a little better - not just the sick, poor, or the struggling.

 

Personality: She's kind and very generous but is not entirely selfless. With her study of wishing magic she often helps herself too, but nothing ever too drastic. She loves to help in anyway she can and takes pride in the work she does.

 

Summary: She can't work miracles, and she can't work for free, but she does what she does, and she loves every minute of it.

Overall, I really like what I'm seeing here; all you'd have to do is make sure to have her cutie mark story marked as a separate section from the rest of her history, and we'd be all ready to pass it up for approval!

 

I actually thinks Wish Bone could work in WoE as well, if you want to cross-post the application.
