Pony Avengers, Assemble!

Monica was bored of all this bonding. She rolled her eyes and opted to just silently munch on the taco she held. One got beaten in her past? Well that did suck but it didn't matter to her in the slightest. The one thing though that got to her was the fact she was to be stuck with them all. Sure she thought of it as some sort of gig at first to maybe snag some more expensive things but now things didn't even seem to be going that way at all.

Bite ts after bite of her food slid into her gullet till she was out. She held out the bag and burned it with her electricity she had stored within her. Sending a puff of smoke into the air.

"Blah blah blah. Bonding and all that cutesy wootsy garbage. Let's get going." She said out loud.

(You made me do this Lyi!)

That's when it happened. Right as Monica finished her outburst the elevator doors shut, pinning Garrett's front leg between them. "Oh sweet Celestia no." He said as his mind figured out what was happening. The elevator began moving upwards. "This is gonna really suck." He said. He groaned in pain and audible crunch was heard as he leg was severed from his body.

In the elevator, Garrett rolled on his back and exhaled a sigh of relief before turning on his comm. "To anyone in logistics: I dropped something by the elevator if someone could clean it up and escort Miss Neria Holmes to the roof, I would be most appreciative."

Diamond's eyes widened a bit as the doors closed on Garrett's leg. Were there no safety measures in these things? Apparently not, as the elevator started moving up and tore Garrett's leg off.

"Es-tu blesse?" He asked in a panic, moving over to check the wound. He stopped when he noticed that Garrett didn't seem to be worried at all about it. "Qu'est-ce qui vient de se passer?" He asked, confused.

Neria's eyes widened as she saw Garett's leg tear off.

And she was even more creeped out with the fact that he didn't seem surprised at all.

She quickly stepped beside Diamond, looking over the wound.  It's was all so...odd.  Garett's behaviour was almost as if this had happened before, and the hairs at the back of her head stood up.  She suddenly backed up in the elevator, extremely uncomfortable with the closed area.  So many things could go wrong...

and if they could...they will.

Garrett looked up at Neria as she crouched down over him. "Ya know..." he began as he stood up. "....If a stallion offers you his hoof, don't let him stand there with his hoof out." His wound had evidently stopped bleeding, but despite this, he removed some gauze from one his pockets and began wrapping his stump. When he finished tending himself he got back on his comm. "Whoever overridden the elevator doors is in for some trouble."

The elevator's loudspeaker came to life. "You'll have to catch me first, Stumpy."

Tiph let out a surprised gasp as the elevator doors proceeded to close shut and snap the stallions hoof clean off.  "Ga-Garret!"  He voice a high pitched squeak  as his eyes nearly bulged from his head and a paw clapped over his mouth. His hoof  was gone. Completely gone! Snapped into like a twig. This place was the place of horrors. Cells specifically made to keep you contained, agents crawling around every corner, and a metal death box that apparently can chop off limbs. Why did he agree to come here again? Oh, yes. He didn't necessarily have a choice. He took a step forward but found himself hesitating. They had to help the poor stallion. How? He knew nothing about medical stuff especially  concerning detached limbs. Could they even re-attach a hoof?  The pup could feel paniced tears pricking at the corners of his eyes. What were they going to do? He was just starting to like the idea of being a part of this team.  His racing mind stopped by Garret's attitude. He didn't really seem to mind...not really in pain...?  His ears switched as the voice of the intercome sounded. It was almost like they had some secret game between them.  "Are you okay? Do we need to ge someone?" He asked making an effort to not look at his stump.

  • 2 weeks later...

(Sorry this is so late. I've been really busy as of late. Looking for new work and applying for college.

Also: sorry about not revealing the drawing I was working on. Something happened and I just shut down for a few days, I really don't want to talk about it. Anyway I'll try and have it done and up on the internet before I start school.)

Garrett chuckled at the young pup. He tussled his hair as he looked up to see what floor they were on before finally saying something. "You can all relax." He grinned, patting his stump. "This will be as good as new by the time we reach our destination." He began unwrapping the bandage, but rather than an open wound, they would see a fleshy stump, as though he had lost it long ago. "I can heal rapidly. Regenerate lost limbs, grow back bones, even replace an organ if I have to."

Neria's eyes widened even further at the news.  She was both shocked...and not.  Afterall, she was in some sercrete headquarters with some *squee* about 'heroes of Equestria or something.  She gave him a nod, before turned towards the pip.  Tiph...was it?  He seemed nervous, and she could practically see the anxiety dripping from him.  She placed a hoof on him, "Calamity, soldier!  It's fine,"

He... Healed fast... Alright, that was fine. Apparently everyone in the elevator was powered. Diamond already figured they were powered, but he wasn't sure about Garrett.

"Well, I'm sure that's useful." Diamond said, humming slightly to himself.

His ears flattened when the stallion ruffled his fur before perking them back up. Regeneration? He willed himself to look at the stub of an appendage and was shocked by what he saw. It looked as if the wound had been there for years  and not freshly served just moments before. His amber eyes wide as they looked from the wound to the stallion as he spoke. It was truly amazing. Having the ability to replace any part of your body wether it be internal or external. This new fact brought up even more questions. Just how old was Garret?  The unsuspecting feeling off a hoof landing on his shoulder made the young dog jolt slightly under the mare's touch. Tiph's head turned to look at the dark colored mare and he found himself nodding to her words. Neria was rather intimidating though, at the moment she seemed to be trying to comfort in her own way. He forced his anxious behavior, crossing his arms over his chest as if it would help in containing it. The pup's eyes traveled to the blinking numbers that seemed to be in tune to the occasional dinging noise.
