Name: Ischyrós Révma, or King Révma to his subjects.

Gender: Male

 

Species: Kelpie (Tigershark backside)

 

Eye Color: Purple

 

Character Color: A dark purplish-blue, with his front hooves and the stripes on his backside being a light blue. 

 

Mane: His mane is rather short, and almost entirely covered by a red bandanna. There is a bang that hangs near his eye, with a bit on his neck pulled into a short ponytail. His mane is a simple blue in color. He also has a bushy mustache the same color as his mane. 

 

Physique: His body is well muscled, the kind of physique one would expect from a soldier or someone who regularly works out. He is larger than most Kelpie his age, creating an imposing presence. He has small scars over his body, nothing too major though. 

 

Occupation: King

 

Residence: Okeanos

 

Cutie Mark: A golden trident surrounded by four sapphires. This mark represents his worthiness to rule and wield Kóftikyma. 

 

This mark appeared later in his life, when his father decided to test him yet again. This test involved him facing down a dangerous foe, a shark that had been terrorizing travelers. He bravely went out to face this threat, wielding nothing more than a simple trident and some armor. When he got there, he found the beast easily, a female tiger shark that went after him ferociously as he entered the area. After a tough battle, he emerged victorious, about to leave when he spotted something that explained it all. He saw a baby tiger shark. 

 

His instincts told him to kill it or to simply leave it to die, but instead he swam to the baby and took it with him, taking it in as a pet. This was met with resistance, for obvious reasons, but he eventually convinced his father to let him keep the shark. After that, his mark appeared, and he was given the responsibility of one day wielding his father's trident. 

 

Unique Traits: He has trained extensively in the use of tridents, possessing one enchanted with the ability to control water. His trident is plated in gold, with various gems inlaid in the shaft to help with the magic. The trident is named Kóftikyma, and he keeps it with him at all times. 

 

He possesses a pet tiger shark named Éleos, to always remind him of his duty. The female is still rather young, as she was a baby as he was going into his teenage years. 

 

History: Being the son of the king of Okeanos and beyond, Révma always had a pretty easy life. He enjoyed his early years of exploring the castle. He was free to journey around the castle and it's grounds, playing with the other children. Not to say he wasn't watched by his caretakers, but they largely stayed out of his way and let him do as he liked. 

 

This freedom was not to last, unfortunately, as his father began putting him through rigorous tests and training as soon as he was old enough for them. He was being trained to take his father's place, and tested to see if he was ready. It wasn't until the test that earned him his cutie mark that they stopped, his father finally satisfied with his progress. After that, he went back to partying with his future subjects, though he definitely kept the lessons he learned close to his heart. He continued to be a protector of his kingdom even after his father had decided it was time to pass the leadership and the magic trident to him. 

 

Personality: He is a very happy individual, trying to enjoy life to the fullest in the moments he could. He thoroughly enjoys any chance to make friends or to revel in merriment. He has his serious side as well, he had to for his job. 

 

He tends to act like his subjects, not really using his position unless he had to or there was a foreign visitor or government official to deal with. On top of all that, he is a fierce protector, perhaps a bit too fierce as he can overreact to any perceived threat to him or those he cares about. 

 

Summary: A kind ruler and stalwart protector, Révma stands ready to lead his subjects and protect them from harm. He looks forwards to making more contact with the surface and make friends with them.
