Name: Nensho Ha

Sex: Male

Age: older adult (around 43)

Species: Yokai (Okami)

Eye colour: A white in both forms, though in his true form the colors shift with the changing of his emotions, such as red for anger or rage and yellow for happiness or joy.

Coat: Pure white in both forms, aside from the red markings across his wolf form. His markings look like flames, coming up from his paws and underside. He also has some coming in from his nose and traveling down his muzzle, as well as some traveling up his ears. his ears are also orange on the outside, though still white on the inside.

Mane/Tail: Being an okami, he doesn't have a mane, really. His tail is what you would expect from a white wolf, aside from the fact it is constantly aflame and the flames move in the same direction of his tail instead of moving upwards like most fire.

In his pony form, his mane is rather long, ending on his back and is very spiky. His tail is also very spiky, but much shorter as it only reaches the top of his knees. Both of them are primarily a sky blue in color, with streaks of bright yellow in them.

Physique: In both forms, he has an imposing figure, taller than most and boasting an impressive physique that speaks to his strength and speed.

Residence: Kyoma

Occupation: Private security

Cutie Mark: His pony form has a mark of a katana entirely composed of flames.

Unique Traits: Keen senses: Due to being an okami, his senses are more acute than most creatures, especially his senses of smell and hearing.

Strong magic: He has practiced the use of his okami magics over the years, mainly using fire magics to attack and defend, as well as his shapeshifting to disguise himself. He uses other magic as well, such as levitation, invisibility, and bursts of speed that could be misconstrued for teleportation on a small scale.

Fighting Experience: Being a guard dog for the yakuza tended to come with plenty of practice fighting. True to form, he has become proficient fighting with nothing but his natural weapons as well as with a katana. 

Equipment: He owns a full set of samurai armor that he wears on the job and that he alters with his magic to fit his current form. He also has a katana with him at all times that looks fairly mundane if not for the ruby inlaid in the bottom of the hilt, as well as an almost ethereal scarf of sorts that also accompanies him everywhere. 

Scarf: His scarf is only ethereal in his true form, where it floats behind him and moves of seemingly its own free will. In his pony form, it looks like any other red scarf, wearing it in some fashion or another no matter the season. 

 

History: His history was not exactly a pleasant one. After about five years of memories of living among his kin, he was suddenly snatched up by some pony while out on a walk that had left him momentarily separated from his group of friends. He was scared, as any other his age would be, too afraid to even make a noise. The young wolf ended up being brought before the head of Polohama's Yakuza, who, unbeknownst to the okami, had already met one of his kind and taken her in as his own. 

 

Unfortunately, he was not destined for such a life and instead was subjected to rigorous training as they tried to break him and turn him into a loyal guard dog. It worked, somewhat, as he did end up being a guard dog for the Yakuza, mostly standing guard over the boss's family in his disguise that he had learned about a bit before he had been taken. During one of these early days of guarding,  they found what he could truly do, having lost his sword in the battle and going in for a punch only to summon a flaming sword in his other hoof and using it to take the attacker by surprise and defeat them. This is what finally got him the name he used to this day. Nensho Ha, the Burning Blade. 

 

He started to enjoy being a guard over time, interacting and making friends with the other yakuza members, especially the other okami, Toboe. They would talk mostly, him trying to teach her what little he knew of their ways while they were in private. 

 

It wasnt until Toboe sniffed out the threats to the clan that he stepped into the role of enforcer as well, helping her to track them all down and deal with them. He found he enjoyed that work as well, and worked on both fronts to help his friend make the clan better. 

 

Also like Toboe, he found himself bored silly by the newfound peace, missing the action that used to be there. As such, he left for Kyoma around the same time as Toboe set up her bars, telling her to seek him out if she ever had need of him. Once gone, he set up his own business and now sells his services to protect things or to do other various tasks such as hunting someone down or attacking a place. 

 

Character Personality: He is a very emotional individual, his emotions very easy to see especially when in his true form due to his eyes. He tends to act impulsively, thinking more with his heart than his brain. That being said, he will not leave his post for any reason other than to defend what he was hired to protect. Not to say he won't try to help from afar if something happens nearby, but he'll still stay at his post, dutifully guarding whatever it is. He tends to see the best in others, trying to be nice to everyone he meets. He shows no mercy to enemies, simply destroying them. 

Character Summary: A friendly Okami that used to be a part of the Yakuza. Now private security, he works for most anyone who pays, mostly just so he can get more excitement into his life.
