Yugioh: Neo-City Tournament <Pm to Join>

The legendary Neo-City Tournament. The city itself was a boat trip away, where all potential participants were taken for their duel exam. The exam itself was a series of Duels until the event organises were satified with the duelist, and either added them into the tournament in a certain skill zone, OR sent them away. Having received a letter stating you were eligible for entering, you found yourself on the boat and on the way. The boat itself is rather packed with many excited duelists from all over the globe. 

 

After docking, the duelists are walked into a large dome-like arena, where many tv cameras broadcasted the worlds best Duel Monsters talent. Many people mill around, simply waiting for their turn to be called up. Stuck in the crowd, you have options. You could try and force your way forwards in line to get to your duel sooner, wait for your duel or try and find some interesting people to talk to. Or, for those willing to wait some time before their game, they could go up to the stands and observe duels taking place.

Star Shine yawned loudly, sitting up from the bench, the sun shining brightly onto his face, footsteps echoing all around him. He sat up, his bag still next to him, nothing missing from it. He stretched, sitting up and grabbing has bag, waiting for the hoard to die down. After everyone was off, he followed, exiting off the boat. He was in the back of the line, still waking up. He was exhausted, he had been checking his deck all night..... And he knew he had to be careful with it.... His deck had a habbit of turning him a little evil.... He had a white jacket with a shirt undernieth with a musical flow on it, not a full song, just a note in the wind. He had black jeans on, as well as a white scarf. 

 

The line was to long.... And Star was to tired, so instead of waiting in this massive line he went up to the stands, watching the duels.

There were rows and rows of duelists battling it out, all for a spot in the tournament. In the one closest, a young boy who had a a series of what appeared to be mechanical birds on his field, while his opponent had nothing but facedown spells and traps. Another nearby match had a girl, who had silver hair, dueling up against what appeared to be an instructor. On her field was a majestic dragon that had rainbows on it. The dragon launched an attack and wiped out the remaining lifepoints from her opponent.

 

"Damn" A voice said right over Star's shoulder. Behind him was an absolute tank of a man, muscular, tall and wide. His eyes were Obsidian Black, the same as his hair "That dragons' something else eh? Never seen something like it. Names' Thunder by the way, pleasures mine" He said in a deep gruff voice "Damn lotta people here eh? Think you'll be up soon?"
