The Everfree Forest, home to many different creatures that you would imagine in your nightmares... Although, sometimes things you mistake for nightmares can be good once you get to know them. For example, Sioux is quite the scary looking pony - But once you allow this precious mare to open up, she can be amazing... Fantastic... Kind... Gentle...

Oh, who am I kidding? If I were to continue with such lies, you would mistake me for some scam of a mind reader that travels from town to town just to dig a few bits out of gullible pony's pockets. Sioux is no gentle mare who would give you a little smooch on the cheek when she meets you, nor does she believe in compliments unless the pony is proven to be worthy enough of her kind words and blessings, she doesn't believe there is any sort of entity or being that proves to be higher than her... Superiority wise. All in all, Sioux is like a walking machine, one that can't comprehend the feelings and emotions of others, not that it's impossible for her, she just chooses to ignore such.

Sioux is a well-known PONY that hides away in the dark forest of nightmares to block out the haters who like to BITE at her poor tail for her crazy appearance which is in no way her fault, well, that's what she believes at least. Anyways, this albino mare doesn't allow her blindness to get in the way of her performance and the bad luck she brings upon others when given the time and place... While she is no villain (not purposely) she is also no saint.

"If I were to put a carrot inside my potion of doom... Would that carrot become doom itself or the opposite? What if I just make a nice potion, would it become bad? I hope whoever put this darn curse on me falls into a pot of goop and gets eaten by a changeling... They can become a rug for a Diamon Dog for all I care... Or maybe a trophy for a dragon?" Sioux bared her sharp teeth as she smiled, causing nearby ponies to flinch and scatter away from her eerie presence, "Yes... Run you fools! For I am Sioux, the mare that will surely help you meet your doom~!"

Sioux also didn't care much for first impressions, people can hate her for all she cares... She had no intention of becoming friends with anyone, friendship is just a lame thing that only sappy ponies partake in. The last thing this dangerous mare wants is some pony crying on her shoulder about scuffing their hoof on a rock, "If I were to bite someone... Would I be charged with assault? What if I saying I was experimenting and it was a simple mistake? OH! Could I say I mistook them for food?" The endless, stupid questions that overflowed from the mare's mouth continued on and on, all the way to the marketplace.

"MUAHAHAHAHA~! I have found my destination, my fate!" She scurried over to a table, following her impeccable nose to a familiar scent, "Peasant who stands behind this counter, are you selling Cherries? If so, I will take a bag full of them, no more and no less!"

Ah yes, the marketplace. One of the places in this town that reminds you of how towns can still be traditional. There were few if any supermarkets in this town, every store was specialised. In a way, the Market was a supermarket, just not owned entirely by one corporation, or really... any corporations at all, it was entirely freelance. That was to be expected of a town based on agriculture.

Loose had just left her house to resupply her stock in her super secret base house when she noticed that the ponies around were freaking out over something. That was quite a normal occurrence, but she would have to get a closer look before she could figure out what it was about. Turning to the epicentre of the scatter, she noticed nothing that would particularly register as hazardous. Just a pony, with a weird disturbance on top of their head. She must be echolocating wrong. But when she heard the pony cry out implying something about doom, she thought there might be some relevance to that disturbance. Did the pony look weird? Was it just a pony messing around? Her Echolocation didn't really tell her that stuff. She stood back analysing the situation. Now the pony was talking about cannibalism. That quote would faze a normal pony, but such a tough pony as herself was used to gory stuff. The pony announced their success in locating, the cherry stand. Quite dramatic really. Noting that she also had to acquire Cherries, she decided to smoothly interact with the pony while making it seem somewhat unintentional. Just some small talk.

"That's quite an act you're putting on back there. The others seemed quite convinced. 'tis a shame I can't fully appreciate your visual act, if there is one," She said as she smoothly slid over to the cherry stand. "I don't believe I've noticed you ever before. The name's Loose Cannon if you care. Which, you might not."

Sioux reached out, waving her hoof around as the peasant behind the cherry stands shakily held out the bag of delicious red marbles. Sioux snatched it, peering inside as if she could see when in fact, she couldn't see anything - Not even the slightest blur... Everything in her vision was as ruby red as her eyes. She popped a cherry in her mouth, the sound of her sharp teeth crushing the seed could be heard within the vicinity. Unfortunately, her little tasting session was interrupted by a voice, one that belonged to a filly. Sioux looked around, trying to locate the fool who dared to step forward and speak with her, although, all she could do was hear the sound of hooves trotting, talking, and whimpers of those who catch sight of her horrendous appearance.

"Huh, act? Who DARES to question my authority and ways of reasoning?!" Sioux paused, popping another cherry in her mouth and humming, "Ahem... I do believe I should be a bit more gentle with a filly if that is what you are - Your voice is rather high-pitched to be that of a mare," Sioux sniffed the air, putting her hoof out and poking the pony's face, "Aha! Is this you that I am currently poking at? If not, THE FOOL WHO DARED TO STEP IN MY LINE OF ACTIONS SHOULD BE ASHAMED."

She heard a louder than normal crunch as the pony bit into the cherry. Did they just... No whatever. She remained unfazed by the pony despite the acts of the ponies in the background, some of which she could swear were beckoning to her to come to them. Really? Was there something up with this pony? Besides the way they spoke, she didn't think there was much to be cautious about.

"I do. I applaud your acting, but I think it's not civilized to cause such a ruckus here. Although, it's not entirely your fault that the ponies here are incredibly timid at times," She answered calmly until she heard their second statement. "More Gentle? High pitch? I assure you must be hearing wrong if you think my voice is high pitched... well, I mean, it is a bit, but you're definitely exaggerating it." She noticed the pony sniff the air before she felt their hoof apply force against their own. It's like... they couldn't see her at all. "Oh right, I understand now. Maybe I should feel ashamed by disrupting your system, but I don't think scaring ponies- however you are doing that, is the best way to get them out of your way just because you can't see them. You see, or well, don't, I can't see either, but I don't need to force ponies to move. It does seem, however, that you enjoy doing it."

Sioux gave the young pony a strange look, although, due to her being blind she was staring off into the distance rather than at her, "I'm not acting... And who said you were the boss of me? I have a mom, she's the only person who can tell me what to do," Sioux began to trot off to pick up flowers from the near florist booth, "Anyways, it's not my fault everyone is being a complete wuss, I rest assure my unique physical characteristics are beautiful in every way even though I can't see them." The mare coughed a bit, fixing the umbrella she held above her to protect her sensitive coat from the beaming rays of the Sun.

As Sioux was preparing her wallet as she carefully walked, she listened to the filly, "You're blind, too? Cool." She seemed to hold no interest in the filly, although, she also didn't seem to mind the company... That much. The florist was just ahead, but as if Sioux were a walking plague, the gardener quickly ducked from cover, "HELLO, I know you're there... Your booth follows wherever you go, so don't even think about denying me service by HIDING." The mare tapped her hoof on the booth counter, "I will need four white roses, two daffodils, four purple carnations, and one daisy... THAT'S AN ORDER." Sioux clapped her hooves together before readjusting her umbrella once more.

You see, Sioux's dear curse came with many sub-quirks... One being sensitivity to strong light sources including the Sun, very bright lights which harm her albino eyes, heat waves which will cause her somewhat beautiful mane to crisp and even fall out at times - This is why she is holding the large, black umbrella above her head. It seemed as though many ponies knew who Sioux was, especially based on their scurrying and hollers of the sentence "Sioux is coming!" over and over again... Although the muffled insults didn't phase this mare one bit, for where she went, bad luck was sure to follow.

She stepped back slightly, before following the pony along. "Alright, alright. You're not acting, that's pretty clear right now. No one said I was the boss of you. I agree, everyone is a big wuss who seems to have a big hive mind for fearing odd ponies, but maybe if they knew you better than they wouldn't have to," She stated before noticing the pony fix up an umbrella. She didn't think it was that hot, but she couldn't judge the physical feelings of another pony. "I take your word that your physical characteristics are beautiful, I'm not going to argue that."

"Well, I guess it is cool, never met another one like me. Although you're probably going to say you're nothing like me, so just ignore that bit," She replied noticing the slight tone change. She was kind of getting used to the personality of the mare. She heard the mare call out to the florist behind the booth, who was obviously making a bad attempt at hiding. "It seems your appearance has a minor downside to it as well," She pointed out before focusing her attention on the mare's appearance. Her body seemed perfectly fine. Maybe she was missing something that echolocation wouldn't detect, or she just wasn't focusing hard enough. She would ask about it later. She went up and around the booth and started to speak to the florist. "Is there something I'm missing here? Like, I know she acts sort of aggressive and antisocial, but I don't think it's enough to completely fear her."

"Who said I wanted to get to know anypony? I don't need anyone but me, myself, and I... And my momma~!" She says in her usual sing-song voice which added to her childish personality, it seemed she suffered from minor cases of mood swings as well - She's been changing from high and mighty to bored to gentle and once again playful... Anyways, she paid the florist the designated amount of bits, not caring to give a tip, who gives tips anyway?

"Beautiful? You can't exactly call me beautiful when you can't even understand what I mean... I could be talking about mental beauty, personality beauty... And if I were talking about my appearance, you can't agree because you can't see - I just call myself beautiful because I feel that way in any shape or form I take." Sioux cleared her throat, taking her flowers and putting them away in her messenger bag, making sure the petals and such peeked out from the top so they wouldn't be crushed.

The florist was a shy pink mare, well known for being easily frightened or excited in her own way, while she was never rude, she was usually quiet and/or avoided contact with a majority of ponies, "Well, her physical appearance is rather... Strange... She is known for bad luck, bringing misfortune to those who go down her path-"

"And doom." Sioux interrupted, "Anyway, thank you for the compliment random peasant... But I want to go home, now." With that, the albino mare began to trot off, not very interested in those who aren't herself.

(( Ctrl z seems to be acting weird for me. ))

"Well, I mean, nopony said you have to befriend anypony, but y'know, it might be good if you did. Is there any reason why you don't want to, besides the whole freaked out by you thing? Like, a traumatic experience. Actually, you don't have to tell me about that," She asked. She noticed that the mare seemed to change tones which seemed weird, but not that weird. Weird but normal. Normal weird.

"I wasn't directly calling you beautiful. I was just merely stating that I had no reason to oppose your statement," She said. "You're right, I can't exactly call you beautiful if I don't have much to go on, no one knows you as much as you do yourself. Except for your voice. You sound quite nice when you're not acting evil like. That I can tell you." She smiled at the mare, despite knowing she wouldn't notice it anyway.

She frowned at the response the florist gave before huffing and turning away. "Judging by appearance? How typical. And I don't exactly believe in her giving bad luck. At most, I'd believe they'd giving themselves bad luck through karma and what not. I don't notice much wrong with this mare. It's not like she's going to hurt you. If she for some reason does, then she doesn't stand a chance against me," she informed the florist. "But thanks anyway."

There was something about this mare that made her very interesting. "Wait up. I've never noticed you around before. The way everypony else acts is like you're here often. Everypony else seems to misunderstand you. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you too. Everypony else says you're evil, but I just think you're cool. I don't know why."

"I do not need friends, so I shall not partake in making any - It's a waste of time." Sioux was quite stubborn, she never wanted to listen to others... Even if they are right. Sioux was becoming irritated with the constant talk, she's never spoken so much with anypony before aside from a stallion she hasn't seen in quite a long time considering his occupation. Anyways, Sioux wasn't a friendly type of pony, it was even hard for her to become friends with the said stallion, although, it did work out and he knew so much about her within just a day of meeting this peculiar mare.

Sioux gave a face, "That pony is entitled to their opinion while I'm entitled to mine - I call her a peasant and fool, she can call me bad luck and strange looking... Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." The striped mare turned on her hooves and began trotting away, "Karma doesn't work on me if I am Karma and bad luck itself, you see, some are too ignorant to believe in my silly stories - Well, not mine but those made by others about me... I've become a legend you can say. Anyways, within the stories, I have, in fact, given much bad luck through various occurrences, whether it be potion making or simple magic even if I am no Unicorn. I had bad luck even before my curse, I gave Karma to the wrong pony and WOOPS,  I got a nice kiss from it." Sioux shouted over her should at the filly, not caring whether she continued to follow her or not.

"You've never noticed me because you're blind and I don't live in Ponyville, my residence is deep in the Everfree Forest where foolish ponies go and end up never coming out," Sioux was clearly playing around but if the filly couldn't notice that, then that's not her fault, ff0000 She gave a prideful grin, "Alright, my work here in this rusty old town is done and I shall depart right about... Now."

"You may think its a waste of time now, but without friendship, are you really a pony? Or are you just a golem made only to do work? If you can love your mother than surely you can befriend others too, you just seem very reluctant to do so," She stated, continuing to follow the mare.

"I guess she can call you whatever she wants, but really, she's just making assumptions. I think she's part of a group that gossip a lot about stuff so she wouldn't even have the full experience. I don't care if karma exists or not, My eyes burned about a week after birth but I sure showed life that I don't care. I'm willing to take the supposed risks. It seems the locals desire for gossip is hereditary as I having not been born here have no interest in it what-so-ever. Or maybe it's just ponies having nothing better to do."

"I am blind, but I'm not blind in the traditional way. I have what some call a sixth sense, or fifth sense if they were talking correctly, but it's really just adapted hearing called echolocation," She explained with a sharp click. "Everfree forest? I've been in there several times, not as scary as ponies think. If you live there, then you probably know a lot more about it then me. You could become the first Everfree ranger and receive government funding. Although, it doesn't seem like you would do that with your reclusiveness and what not," she reminisced. "Sioux. Well, if ponies do know what that meant than I'm sure they would feel scared of you. I swear the ponies in this town get scared over the simplest things, it's like they've grown to fear more than ignore which is weird considering the proximity to the Everfree."

"You know, you go against your words quite a lot..." Sioux said in a voice that showed irritation, "And you talk a lot." The mare let out a groan, not from exhaustion but from a grave headache she held, "One moment you say judging others is unacceptable, then the next you are judging someone... You can't say one thing and then do the other. You scolded that poor florist for judging my actions, which she was honest about, and then you judge her for judging me..." Sioux shook her head in disapproval. The albino cleared her throat as she continued down the dirt road, the edge of Ponyville coming into view, "That mare was no gossiper, far from it - I've spoken with her before, her name is Cherry Blossom I believe... Very kind but I pick on her a lot so don't be so harsh... She is very shy, kinda like that Pegasus who lives in that cottage on the edge of town... Fluffer Bye? Flutter... Flutter... Ah, whatever!"

The life of the town was straying further away from them as they walked, although, the walk to the entrance of the forest was still far ahead, "I don't do ranger stuff... The only time I didn't something of such nature was for a stallion who owns a bookstore in Ponyville, he was the good friend I was talking about... The only friend I need, but I haven't spoken with him lately, he's quite the busy pony. Anyways, he was looking for something in the Everfree Forest and I served as his personal guide in exchange for a potion book in braille."

"Those silly ponies have every right to be afraid, who wouldn't be? They haven't faced danger before, while I do not like any of them, I will defend their state of mind just as I would for myself - That said, what doesn't kill one makes one stronger, they haven't been hooves-on with that... Now, why are you still following me? Go home, I'm not going to be at fault if you get eaten by some Timber Wolf."

(( TMI. My body decided that today it was going to have a core meltdown. So now my bowels feel weird. Oh hey look at that. Dialogue, my specialty.))

"I know. I try to be as happy as I can, but some stuff just triggers to the point where I don't think straight. I can be terrible like that," She agreed. "I talk a lot because my brain thinks too much, I blame my mother for that, and writing in a journal is really sluggish and impractical for braille to do all the time. I try to know as many ponies as I can around here, but I try to stick away from the very shy ones, because if they can't talk to me, then there's not much we can do. I used to be shy until I learnt echolocation. That boosted my confidence so much, I get in over myself. I'll go back to Cherry Blossom sooner or later."

"I think I know that place you're talking about. I was going to go there, but I never brought myself to do it for some reason. Got caught up doing other things like going to Canterlot and just forgetting. If the stallion needed you as a guide than I assume he wasn't tough enough to go in by himself as one would stereotype. But I'm just making assumptions."

"They do have a right to be afraid, but as long as they know how to keep themselves safe, they shouldn't be too afraid. I don't know if your understanding what I'm saying. I was training before and I think I'm getting fatigued," She said suppressing a minor yawn, that could be the lead up to several more. "A simple Timberwolf won't scare me. You know why ponies are scared of the Everfree? Of course you do. Because the predators have the advantage over them. They usually fit into these three categories. Big Creatures that are stronger than ponies. Lurkers that sneak around in the shadows. And high perception. I counter at least two categories, I have the supposed strength to oppose them and the perception to notice them through their lurkiness. I might be able to hide from them, but I don't risk that," She explained before turning around. "If you really don't want me around, then I can go. I've got some other business that I could do now before I forget."

As the two neared the Everfree Forest, the Sun's beaming light noticeably grew dimmer and dimmer until it was dark enough for Sioux to put down her large umbrella, home sweet home. Sioux cringed at the continuous talking, having never heard someone speak so much... Ever. She was still very confused as to why this filly was continuing to follow her and talk on and on about things Sioux never even asked to hear. The mare stopped a few yards away from the grand entrance into the forever dark forest filled with strange things, "I don't know how you got the assumption of my friend not being tough enough, as I said, he needed a guide - Not a Knight in shining armor, which I am not. He simply needed me to keep him from getting lost, I know this darn forest like no other and so he went to me first. It isn't a matter of being tough or not, it's about not being stupid enough to just trot on into this forest thinking nothing is going to reach out and eat you."

Sioux let out a sigh and rubbed her temples, this neverending talking reminding her of yet another stallion she has met but will NEVER consider as a friend, that stallion spoke more than he could think and always sounded like some Parrot babbling incomprehensible words, "Listen, I understand you're being curious and are trying to be nice to me or whatever you intention is - But let me get you in on a secret, I honestly have no intention of trying to make friends. I don't get along with other ponies and the simplest of things will aggravate me, I already have a talkative pony following me around whenever he is in town, it's quite hard for me to be compatible with others."

The young mare continued to the entrance once more and stopped as they reached a long line of vines that draped over a tree like a curtain, "If you understood to talk less, I would have no problem with you following me - Just don't get in my way, don't get lost, and don't get eaten... I won't help you if any of this happens."

Well this was quite a fun day, Ejaz had woken up, been wandering curiously around Ponyvile only to see that many of its inhabitants were quite terrified of somepony, visited Cherry only to see the same thing, and after giving her a hug and hearing the discription of a similar friend of his being with the source of terror, then hearing where they went, set off into the Everfree to search curiously for a certain mare. Flying over the trees, Ejaz couldn’t even try to stop the large and positive grin that grew on his face from the simple feeling of flying.

Hmm.... I wonder what everyone was so scared of... an odd mare? I mean, yeah Loose is blind yet can see but I don’t think it’s enough to warrent that much fear... Then again there’s the other mare.... but she shouldn’t be anything that bad either if Loose is with her... right?” Was the stallion’s thought process as he flew through the sky, staring up at the clouds as he pondered the subjects of his curiosity before returning to his current activity.

Staring down into the forest, it didn’t take long for him to see a similar speck of orange. Eyes brightening with recognition and joy, Ejaz looked in the direction his friend was walking in and noticed a thicker potion of the forest, thick enough for no sunlight to get through. Giving a curious frown, Ejaz looked at the thicker area of the forest before flying down and landing as close as he could; looking in the direction of the two mares and quietly making his way over. Eventually he could hear their voices, and smiled as he merrily made his way over to quietly say hi.

"I'm really not choosing my words correctly am I?" She admitted after having heard the Mare's several rebuttals. "I guess a regular pony, or well, not sure if that's the correct term to use, would prefer not to enter the forest if they did not have the information, a smart move if you know somepony who does know the information." The two of them stopped at what she assumed was the edge of the forest, since the temperature seemed to have dropped.

"Alright alright, as long as you understand what I'm trying to do, I'll try to talk less. It's pretty clear your lifestyle has prevented you from ever developing social skill, and you know that yourself," She said knowing completely that the mare was self-aware. "You don't have to worry about me at all, I'm sure you would just ignore ever having met me if something bad did happen to me anyway, which won't happen."

As they stopped in front of a curtain of vines, of which she knew wouldn't hinder her much at all, she heard the sound of a figure approaching from behind. Having spent some time with such figure, she instantly knew who it was. "Ah, somepony who can cancel out my dialogue," She remarked without turning to face Ejaz. "Welcome Ejaz, I'm sure you've heard about the events in the market today. No doubt, that's how you found us. I'm sure Sioux here would love your quiet presence. I would love your presence in general. It seems that there's a pony who knows more about the Everfree than I do, there goes my plans," She joked before the stallion even got a chance to speak up. "Are you here to help out two blind ponies, or was I wrong and you came here purely by accident? Because that would be concerning."

Sioux quirked a face that she knew the other pony couldn't see so there was really no use, "I know I am terrible at social skills - I didn't know I would meet the acquaintances of others... Even if I did, I didn't think I would become... This thing called friends with even one pony. None the less, I've only ever met another pony as talkative as you, he is overwhelming enough so don't take my insults to heart, okay~?" Sioux's rude and monotone behavior did a complete switch back to her playful one.

"Now, how about we scurry our flanks inside, I won't make any promises that I won't throw you into a nice cauldron of pony stew with a side of-" Before Sioux could finish her "threat", if that is what you can call it, she could hear movement and then feel the presence of another pony - The masculine voice confirming there was a stallion here, "What fool has followed me here?! These darn peasants don't understand the meaning of buzz of~!" Sioux swatted around her umbrella, clearly alarmed by the sudden intruder.

"Begone, none shall pass~! I knew it was a mistake trusting you, filly - You probably have an entire base of people, I must hide! How dare you betray me, I will take down your alien forces, I will defeat everything you throw at me!" Sioux seemed to be having a moment, clearly, it would be over soon but that doesn't mean it would make warry surface from those who haven't witnessed her episodes before.

As he approached the two, Ejaz smiled at Loose and gave a tiny humm to signify he heard her, before looking at Sioux with curiosity. Seeing her ramble and swing her umbrella around, the stallion trotted over to Loose and gave her a gentle hug in greetings, before watching the other lime colored mare with confusion.

“Has she... been like this the whole time...?” Came his quiet and curious question, observing Sioux with curiosity all the while listening to Loose’s words.

“Well... you could still be a ranger... as for the uh... other thing... I mean... I don’t think you two are helpless... but... I would like to help...” He notes with a shrug, before deciding to try and calm Sioux down. Quietly walking over despite the lime mare swinging her umbrella almost relentlessly, the mechanic kept a passive expression and gentle smile even as the umbrella swung at his face, raising a wing, Ejaz blocked it with only the tiniest of flinches, before sliding down to it’s user, and giving Sioux the softest hug with his wings. Ejaz knew he was probably going to get hurt from these actions, but at least there was a chance of calming her down.

“I’m... sorry if I startled you... and... I know Loose doesn’t mean any harm...” Ejaz reasurred in a soothing and quiet voice, glancing behind him at Loose, before simply looking ahead as he gently held Sioux in his wings.

"I cant take the insults to heart, I've learnt so much about you in the past hour that I kind of understand you more," She answered the mare having heard them change tones. It was kind of weird, but she felt like this mare has been through a lot and it seemed the changes were out of their control.

She was about to follow Sioux inside when Ejaz's presence triggered the reclusive mare into defense mode. She jumped out of the way of the umbrella, abusing her more powerful senses to stay out of range. She decided not to physically intervene since she guessed it would be over soon. "Hey, Hey, take it easy. I didn't purposely bring Ejaz here, he was just attracted to me like I was to you," She explained ignoring the fact that the statement could be taken the wrong way. She turned to Ejaz returning the hug that he gave her. "That last statement I made to you was a joke. I'm sure you would've known that by now."

She watched as Ejaz went up to the mare. She would have said something about Sioux's Characteristics, but she was too slow. The Stallion didn't seem to care about his danger. "She knows I'm okay, she's just... easily triggered from what I've noticed. Just give it a moment, I'm sure she'll like you better than she would myself. I'm too talkative is what she said, but you're not."

"You dare speak of me behind my back, fools! I can hear you~!" Sioux pointed her umbrella at what she believed was them, but it was simply a bush - She swatted it, causing the poor plant to squash onto the filthy mud road, Sioux was startled and jumped back pointing her umbrella in all sorts of directions, "I should have never trusted -" The chaotic mare was soon interrupted as she felt something or rather someone wrap around her, for a moment, she calmed down before she literally jumped and let out a loud hissing sound, slipping out from the wings of the stranger and scurrying behind a bush.

The only visible thing was her large, false antlers, and her trusty weapon also known as an umbrella which she was opened above her head, "Disgusting... You simply gave me a hug without worrying about whether I would bite your snout, I was contemplating the idea, too..." She shivered from behind the bush, peeking her head out, "Who is this fool who doesn't understand my hierarchy? Now I need to clean myself of all the diseases one could possibly carry..."

Sioux calmed down, although, she began muttering to herself, "Did he perform that friendship ritual known as a hug, Platinum Flash said it's nice to be hugged but I feel violated - That imbecile lied to me! Just he waits, as soon as he sets foot in my humble abode I am going to force my hoof down his throat..." Her muttering seized and she peeked out, her foggy albino eyes somewhat visible between her thick white mane, "Don't touch me." Is all she said before coming out, not even bothering to look in their direction, considering she didn't know where she was, "I have plans, I am going home - Feel free to follow but as I said to this filly earlier... If something tries to eat you, capture you, you get lost, fall off a cliff, trip, get stuck on something... I won't help. Every pony for themselves~!" Sioux gave this eerie grin as if the idea of them having any of the things listed happen to them excited her.

"ONWARDS!

Ejaz tilted his head as he listened to Loose speak of insults, did an argument of some kind take place while he was traveling here? The pegasus honestly didn’t know what to make of their conversation, so he stayed silent as he felt Sioux relax in his grip before she suddenly jumped out and landed in the bushes. The mechanic only watched curiously as the lime mare’s fake horns and umbrella faced him and Loose. Upon hearing Sioux’s demands for answers, Ejaz simply sat down on the spot and watched the lime Earth Pony with curiosity.

“Ejaz Ferron... nice to meet you mrs.” The biege pegasus calmly informs, smiling gently as he listened to her rambles on his actions, then blinked as she ordered him not to touch her again.

“Well... I can’t exactly.. you know, make any promises....” He wasn’t exactly lying, Ejaz knew he could be quite affectionate at times, and so didn’t want to make any promise that he wouldn’t be able to keep. Standing up, Ejaz watched Sioux state how she didn’t have any responsibility to either him or Loose, and gave a small hum to show he was listening. The pegasus glanced behind him at the orange mare who was a close friend of his, smiling at her, Ejaz walked over and gave Loose a gentle nuzzle before Sioux’s battlecry made him look at the lime mare. Tilting his head, Ejaz had noticed how different Sioux’s movements were compared to Loose’s, both were blind, but it seems to him that only one of the two could actually still see.

“Okay then... lead the way... and, could you tell me your name?” Ejaz says and asks in a positive and calm tone, watching Sioux with curiosity and in an almost analyzing manner.

(( found a break in my studies, or lack thereof.))

"I know you can hear me, but I don't really care because I'm not trying to keep it secret," She replied to the mare before witnessing the series of events involving the mare's reaction to Ejaz's hug and her obvious lack of positional skills. "Okay, maybe I was wrong," She admitted having witnessed Sioux's reaction to the hugs. "I forgot to mention that Sioux's reclusiveness would definitely result in a dislike for physical interaction, so we should refrain from doing much okay? I know that might be hard for you to do Ejaz, I mean, I'm doing a terrible job at keeping quiet."

"I think you're exaggerating the pathogenic possibilities that could happen from Ejaz," She said in reply to Sioux's comments about the hug she received. "If Ejaz really did have deadly diseases, then that wouldn't be good for myself either. Although, I'm just guessing your immune system would be just as good as our own." She returned the nuzzle that Ejaz gave her. Sending out a pulse, she noticed that Sioux seemed to care little about facing towards them. That was a normal thing for the blind to do, but considering the amount of speech was happening, she thought she would at least attempt to find them through their voices. It was pretty clear that the mare did not have nearly the amount of navigational skills as Loose. "I wouldn't expect you to help if we get lost or fall off a cliff, I don't know how good your navigational skills are. You say you're going towards your house but do you even know which way your house is? It seems our interactions may have messed up your system."

The unusual Earth Pony found herself biting her jaw shut to hold back the words that wanted to explode from her mouth, times like these called for her dear friend who would defend her to death due to his childish crush on her, "Just... Don't touch me. Very few earn that privilege once they gain my bless and so far only three have this blessing... I am started easily by affection from strangers because I can't recognize their coat's feeling or their scent, I'm like a blind dog."

Sioux sticks out her tongue, one can only wonder how such gentle and sensitive flesh couldn't be sliced right open by her shark-like teeth that filled her constantly grinning mouth. The said mare adjusted herself before turning to face the entrance of the Everfree, exactly where the vines draped over branches in an almost suspicious manner, they were definitely tampered with. The peculiar mare pushed aside the vines and let out a groan, "I may be blind, but I can retrace my steps easily - I know where I am going... The ground and Earth speaks to me~!" With that, she didn't bother waiting up and immediately started skipping her way around small ponds, over rocks, and under thick tree branches... She could be a ninja, she barely even made a sound, not a single slip up.

"I am Sioux, guardian of Bad Luck and Karma, nice to meet you... Five bits for a potion to cause great pain to your enemies, maybe lose a limb or two... Bees? I got plenty for you to stuff inside the house of any ponies home." Of course, times like this certain called for Sioux to advertise her horrible products.

  • 3 weeks later...

“Well, it’s good to know that you at least have some friends...” Ejaz softly states, watching Sioux with curiosity as she retraced all her steps and continued on her way, moving through her environment swiftly all while advertising the types of products she sells. Ejaz couldn’t help but wonder why anypony would want to sell items like this, let alone buy them, but if that’s how Sioux makes a living, then oh well right?

Looking at Loose, Ejaz gave her a light gentle nudge before opening his large wings, testing if the forest was at least spacious enough for him to hover above ground. However, it didn’t seem he was that lucky as his wings hit some of the thick trees, folding his wings back up, Ejaz let out a soft sigh before following after Sioux closely.

“It’s nice to meet you mrs. Sioux... as for the uh... the things you’re selling... I’m afraid I’m not interested...” came his soft decline as he followed the lime mare, while occasionally checking behind him for the orange mare.
