Ya, daughter of Cluemaster, if I remember right.I saw Cassandra in one of the Teen Titans comics working for Deathstroke. Not sure what happened after that. Some of the fans weren't too happy about Cass working for him, so the writers/creators/whatever worked around it saying that he gave her some sort of drug that...I don't remember, anyway, it made her bad, and explained how she never was actually bad.
