She was feeling alright today but not all that happy, so she wore her favorite purple, black and red mask as it always seemed to cheer her up. Bating her beautiful pink eyes back at her reflection, she began to hum happily as she pushed away from the mirror and ventured down to the ground level of her store. On the outside it wasn't really all that flashy but on the inside beautiful costumes lined the inner walls of the store, each one differing from the others in a wide array of colours and fashions. Masquerade smiled to herself as she trotted down the stairs and towards the door. Normally she would be open by now but today was the exception. After twisted the doorknob and pushing it open, she exited out into the streets of Canterlot. Since she was a little foal, she always loved Canterlot. The aire of nobility and fun always made her giddy deep down inside. Her hooves echoed throughout the streets as she eyed the many stores and their mechandise before setting off down the streets.
