Name: Winter Dazzle (She prefers just Winter though)

Eye Color: Light Teal

Coat Color: Soft Blue

Mane/Tale Color: Her mane is a pristine white, as is her tail. However her tail has a teal streak through it. Both are really well kept as she was taught by her mother that every pony must be presentable at all times.

Markings: She has some white freckles beside her eyes as well as a maneband that keeps her mane out of her face, the maneband is a bright teal like the streak in her tail.

Physique: She isn't very buff but does enjoy a good romp around, she only partakes in sports if she has to though.

Cutie Mark: She does not have a cutie mark yet.

Origin/Residence: While her family is from and lives in Canterlot, she is staying with her grandparents in Ponyville so she can not only take care of them but also get schooling from a teacher who is far away from the hustle and bustle of the upper-tier of life that is in Canterlot.

Occupation: Student, aspires to be a singer, explorer, or a model when she grows up.

Motivation: Her motivation is that she doesn't want to let her parents down for allowing her to stay with her grandparents in Ponyville which is conveniently located next to the Everfree Forest.

Likes: Exploring, fancy clothing, studying, making friends, being polite, the country, singing.

Dislikes: Bullies, upper-tier life, being in the city for too long, rude ponies, ponies who are full of themselves, interrupting class.

Character Summary:

History: Winter Dazzle was born to a Earth pony mother and a Unicorn father who currently live in Canterlot, her grandparents on her mother's side who are both Earth ponies are looking after her in the city of Ponyville. She was sent to Ponyville after she and her mother had a long conversation about the values that the upper-crust of Canterlot looked for and that wasn't what she wanted. She still held some of the values close to her, the ones involving her being a very polite pony and such, but she disregarded the ones that basically said it was ok to be a snob to anypony who wasn't as well off as you were. She loves the country though as it gives her time to enjoy her hobbies, such as exploring, singing, and even looking at very fancy gowns and dresses. She herself isn't a very fashionable pony but loves to look at the gowns and picture herself going to the Grand Galloping Gala in one.

Parents: Her parents are a unicorn father and a earth pony mother who run a very well off furniture and clothing store in Canterlot. They often send bits to Winter Dazzle as if they were her allowance and let her spend it on what she pleases.

Cutie Mark Story: She does not yet have a Cutie Mark, but aspires to get hers sooner before later.

Flaws: She can be a bit sketchy when it comes to ponies insulting her as she takes all sarcasm as if it was serious, she also has this knack for speaking her mind at all times and pointing out the flaws in other ponies arguments or ideas. She doesn't like to present her ideas though for fear that hers are just as bad as those that she criticizes. She also doesn't enjoy doing physical labor, she will do it, but will not be happy about it even to the point of becoming grumpy. She is also very easily distracted.

Personality: She is a very kind pony and tries to help with whatever is needed, so long as she doesn't have to get dirty or do any actual work. She loves to hear music of any kind even if it is rough or bad, most of the time she sings to herself if she can't find anypony who will play some sort of music for her. She does like reading, but when it comes down to it she would rather somepony read to her as she doesn't like to read in her head much. She loves her grandparents very much and will do anything they ask no matter what. Also if somepony is being bullied she will do her best to stick up for the one being bullied as she has a very strong sense of justice and hates when mean ponies get away unpunished. At times she also enjoys being reckless and letting go of herself, this comes once in a blue moon and often ends up with her visiting the Everfree Forest for an extended period of time.

Since I can't see a great deal else this app needs, and considering how fairly simplistic the character is and how detailed it is for a blankflank, I'm tossing this up to the next stage!
