The morning sun rose high above the land, signifying a new day.

Star Gazer did not immediately get out of bed, instead lying there and looking at the ceiling.

He found himself unable to shake the feeling that the note from before signified a bad omen.

Finally he managed to get himself out of bed and readied himself for the day.

After organizing himself, then getting something to eat in the kitchen, he headed outside.

He did his rounds, saying hello to his friends.

As he did, something caught his eye; a mare that he had never seen before in the village.

She made eye contact with him almost immediately, smiling.

Some of his friends wanted to hang out for a bit.

Star agreed, but asked about the mare.

They all said that they just met her, leaving Star to ask the mare of her origins himself.

The two talked a little and hung around Star's friends.

Night was drawing near and eventually Star said his goodbyes to his friends.

He returned home, getting the house organized and readying himself for bed.

Before he went to sleep, he checked around and found another note on the desk on the far side of the room.

Scrambling back onto his hooves, he rushed over and grabbed the note; seeing that it was indeed a new message.
