The proportions are pretty good, really. I'm not sure what tools you're using so I'm not sure what critique I can give on the technical side of things. Only thing I noticed is that perhaps you want to add a white area to the right of the iris? It looks like there is an eyebrow there with no eye to go with it anyway.

well i freehand drew it then i scanned it and used a vector image tracer to pretty it up. unfortunatley the program isnt perfect so i had to do some touch ups. also unfortunatley i make mistakes
