I know she is supposed to be gritting her teeth but it honestly looks like she has large white lips around a closed mouth. You should have the lines that separate the upper and lower teeth come from either side of her mouth and fade towards the middle.

I think Rainbow looks good with white lipstick. ^

Also, while its not incorrect by any means, it is kind of interesting because she looks like she was viewed through a telescope or a camera with a long focal length.
