I think my favorite part is the composition, conveying the dynamic of the scene very well.

Well, it took me just over 3 hours to finish, and I spent half of that time fighting with the composition, trying to get perspective and foreshortening right. I guess thats what I need to work on a lot more, but I'm glad I got it right eventually.
