I drew this this morning cause I haven't drawn my darling little Rarity in a while.

I plan to use this as a spray in TF2, to show those grouchy guys on the other team just how much I love them <3

And I love all you too!

If you want to use this as a spray, go right ahead! Spread the love! <3

Also if anyone can tell me how to make this a transparent PDF I would love you 5EVER!

I think it depends on what program you're using, I know in photoshop if you clean up your image layers, it is reasonably easy to make a transparent PDF with the save as options.
