This is Sturmman's OC. She is named Snowshoe, a crossover character for Fallout Equestria. Was doing this for vector practice and I owed Strummann arts since he did one of my own Fallout Equestria OCs a few weeks back. Consider my debt paid Sturrmann! Hope you like this vector dude!

There's many ways. Xiee can explain his way, but for me I do False Vectors, that is I use paths in GIMP that make it look exactly like a vector, minus the whole same quality, any size deal of a vector.
