Fancy Pants R63'd!
Whew this took a while (mostly cause of distractions and feeling kinda blagh).
I tried a lot of new things with this one, I kinda like how the hair turned out but it kinda doesn't fit the current style I think. I need to corner a skilled artist to teach me the ways of shading and lighting, cause I have NO IDEA what I'm doing!
