Twi's home is the Public Library so anypony can go as they please. Apparently most ponies in Ponyville don't read because NOPONY IS EVER IN THERE. (Also, I have no idea why Folarin is there since he's based out of Canterlot. Then again, I can see him rushing there just to show the local librarian who he doesn't know, a website.)

The contrast between the expressions are excellent. On one side you have confidant, calm assurance. And I'm revising my initial assessment of Twilight to "who are you and why are you so close to me?"

I think AJ cares more about the hat than the forced accent. That is just me though.
