This is my brother's OC, Caber Toss. He was also mentioned in Momo's app cause he's her uncle. This was originally going to be a simple picture but I ended up playing around with a rain-like effect and decided to just leave it in there. :3

He looks like a serious German chef o.o

He's from Fet Loch so he's basically Scottish, hence the name XP But yes, he's a chef who travels Equestria with his food cart. I don't know if you've seen Samurai Jack or not but his personality is based off of The Scotsman.
