Iseiaisha

The Shogunate of Neighpon has finally been filled with characters! The last addition is DerpRavener's character Iseiaisha, who serves as the Karasu of the Shogunate. Didn't have any details whatsoever for the character aside from colors, so I basically just designed what I thought a ninja-esque character might look like, complete with a ninja-esque outfit, lol.
