Thanks for the update. I appreciate the attempts at transparency. Also the fact that it seems someone listened when I ranted about applications being too slow a few months back. Hehe. Though I do still wonder if we need both junior and senior approval, I question if it would be more efficient to just have one rank to do approvals, but I think I've already raised this point a while ago. Anyway, if this is going to be an attempt at transparency by the board, I'd be interested to know where the cast character debate ended up in the end. I remember raising a number of issues with it and getting no real response. *awkward shrug* Also the whole board canon debate thing, I was told that was going to be debated by the staff as well. Or is that still ongoing? Hmm. Either way, nice to hear about the board improvements, I feel it's definitely a step in the right direction and I'll be looking to these for news in future. Thanks to Canvas' generously given art of my OC Glimmer, I'm now getting the urge to play my unicorn actress again. Hehe.

Hehe, yeah that was one of the major things I thought about when creating this character. I already knew I was going to do a 'pretty' character and one of the challenges with Glimmer was making her pretty from a design point of view. Yet I needed to give her a reason to be pretty rather than simply making her arbitrarily 'the pretty one'. I can only hope I achieved that by making her attractiveness a tool she uses to attract others and make them like her, rather than simply making her want to look pretty because. Which of course works against her when she tries to get ponies to simply like her for who she is rather than her looks. Hehe, if that makes sense. Suffice to say she's a fun character and I would love more opportunities to RP her. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be many around. Ahh well. -
Hehe, yep, that's Glimmer. I definitely like the way you've done her coat. After all, it is a very slight shade of pink and this highlights it really well. Everything else is perfect, pretty much how I imagine Glimmer. Pretty and happy Glimmer. Hehe. Thank you. I hope you had fun doing this and you got what you needed out of it. I shall need to add this to her log when I get around to making it.

It was a comment in a dungeons and dragons game. I think a wizard was smack talking to a gunslinger about the fact he could summon a trebuchet. Suffice to say, we overheard it while we were playing another game and thought it was funny. So yeah, feel free to steal. Hehe. Though I probably will end up using it at some point somewhere too. Hehe.
