EU4, it's 1766. I've got 50 years to go now. I'm slowly getting there though. I really recommend the game, it's just so long... Hehe. I'm determined to play HOI3 next. *gulp*

Was nice and sunny today, decided to go out and read a little in the sunshine. Soon as I stepped out the door it started raining, heavily. It was like a bad comedy.

Same thing happened to me and a friend. We were walking outside working on a story, then it suddenly started storming... thirty seconds before, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky.

Ahh P.E. Otherwise know as 'That annoying part of the day when I got laughed at'. Fortunately I had a group of friends in that class, so we banded together in all the group activities. That lessened the annoyance. Still, it actually put me off doing physical activity. Rather counter-productive. -
I won't be joining in the event this time, nope. I don't want another 'surprise' and I don't care much for exploring site lore. Still, have fun guys.

Hey I was asked for my opinion and I gave it. I'm not trying to upset anyone, I'm just telling it how I see it. not taking into account the fact I'm very hard to please with writing. I said I mostly don't like it because I don't like being told what to think when none of it is confirmed in the show, it's fanon, and I stand my that. I'm a dirty purist after all. Hehe. constructive feedback. That was my impression that I remember when I skimmed it last and I don't remember it saying who wrote which sections. I dunno, if you want me to clear this up then I wouldn't mind reading through it again if you can tell me which parts of the lore you wrote. I didn't want to hurt feelings like I did. I'm sorry.

Oh, umm. Wow, this was totally out of nowhere. Hehe, thanks Zeig. I know this was just practice for you, but it's always nice to see my characters drawn, I'm flattered that you picked mine to practice on. Still, I like it. Her hair is a bit too light, I always imagined it to be dark brown, and yeah the mouth does look a tad odd. Still, for an hour and a half this is brilliant. Thanks man. -

Well, Starstone is away. You can still join a little late if you wanted to. Other than that, not much is going on. Modifying a nerf gun and making a roleplay game.

All my work is done now, exams are over. I've got nothing but free time now... Well, within reason of course. May be setting up Mystery of the Starstone for those who are interested.

I've noticed more than a few people come to me asking for advice on writing, both here and on FIMfiction. I wonder if it's worth starting a blog to help newer roleplayers learn good writing technique as well as good roleplay etiquette. I don't know if anyone would be interested in that.

It'd be good to at least help someone that wouldn't know what to do if they were starting out. Who knows? Maybe it'll be good in the long run.

Yeah, I mean canterlot has a short help page already, but it's not extensive. I was thinking more on teaching the grammar side of it to assist post quality as well as etiquette to help newbies who might be unsure of what to do. Show people how to build posts and all that.

Hmm, I need to stop coming up with character ideas. There's not enough opportunities and time to roleplay as it is. Besides, I went a bit dark with it. It'll certainly need revision.

Again, I will say I need to think about it properly and again I will say I will not digress further. We need a proper thread if we're going to discuss things like that. I will also say though, in the kindest and politest way I can that I don't particularly appreciate you highlighting your points so boldly. I'm sure it wasn't the intention, but such things can be viewed as rude and condescending. I'm sure you weren't trying to be but unfortunately that's how I received it, hehe. Just you know, I'm trying to help out and all so I apologise if I did offend. I'm not entirely sure if I did... Either way, as I suggested, we should probably just leave the conversation there until we can discuss it properly, not in the comments section. -Zealot

Hmm, well, fair enough. If it's a case of just having an extra set of eyes though maybe the whole thing needs a slight tweak to allow that but not hinder efficiency. Maybe just needing a junior RP member to approve a character to start roleplaying, under a kind of provisional agreement just until a senior looks it over. It's not like they would miss anything crucial after all. Hmm. Either way, the whole thing needs a look at. Probably should do some data collection research to see how efficient the system is and how often errors come up before I start proposing those kinds of changes though. Should be pretty easy to do. Still, something to keep in mind. Ideas blerg, hehe. I won't digress any further, though I'll probably end up messaging someone interested once I have a proper think about it. If there's anyone interested. I'll definitely be doing some research to satisfy my own curiosity though. But yeah, best leave it there, I wouldn't want to cause a debate in the comments section, we need a proper thread for that. So yeah, thanks guys, you've given me a few things to think about. -Zealot
