Turns was enjoying the day just walking through town being….well…himself. It was a wonderfully glorious day as he had overheard his manager saying on one occasion. There was a slight breeze and a crisp smell to the air. Nature was awesome, Turns quickly found himself in his own little world. He could nearly see and hear the music notes emanating from his surroundings. But of course he couldn’t help but give it his own little twist. He continued to walk down the road just thinking what he could do to really make today a glorious day instead of just a pretty one, ‘Well I could try and make some new friends, but I also need to produce something or my manager is going to be all over my tail.’ He shivered at the thought.

As his reputation grew, lots of ponies came to the casino to challenge him. He won some and lost some. This made his father and brother proud. He began to help his Dad after he came home from school and played with the regulars just for fun and no bets. It was that one faithful day when one of the more famous pony poker players from Manehattan came to visit their casino. He had heard of the talent that Tex had and was curious enough that he offered to challenge the little colt. There were no bets, but just fun. Everypony in the casino grew quite as the game went on. The stallion had the upper hand winning most of the games. For the first time, Tex hadn't felt this pressured. He gave it his all but lost in the last game. The Stallion had commented that he had incredible talent for a young colt. As he shook the hoof of Tex, he noticed a cutie mark appear on his flank. It was a full house of Aces over Kings. It was what Tex had in his hoof during their last game. That experience had taught Tex a lot and his father was proud of it. He later inherited the Casino from his father when he decided to retire. His brother Blackjack had decided that he was better at running the place since Blackjack traveled around so much. Personality: Tex can be stuffy and stuck up when the situation calls for it but he is after all a member of one of Equestria's top gambling families. But when it matters, Tex will be your best friend. He is always willing to help the other members of his family, either physical or monetary. He will not refuse to help them, but he finds it hard for himself to accept their help. After all, he runs a successful casino and can con people out of almost anything. He usually tries to get things for himself anyways, the "GoLucky" way is usually the best way to him.

"Ok, if you would like i can help you carry them back." Turns offered. "Im not due back in Ponyville for a few days anyways and i genuinely enjoy this town so far." Turns looked over at Argenta and could feel himself blushing his cheeks becoming red hot. "So Argenta, would you be intrested on going on another date?" Turns couldnt beleive it all his practice with other mares and Argenta had him quibbling like a school filly.

"Sounds good to me," Turns replied with a wide childish smile, "The more the merrier right." Turns looked back at Grandya, "Is this your first time around the city to?"

"Ok". this kinda worried Turns. was she dangerous, she didnt look dangerous. Then again she was a gryphon. So what did he know. "What are we going to do now Argenta i recon your patrol is almost over correct?" Not that Turns wanted it to end and he tried his best to make it obvious that he enjoyed spending time with her.

Turns was focused, well about as focused as usual. The pink DJ often did things erratically and compulsively. It was just the way he worked. As usual it just happened. It was a compulsive motive that he was out in the everfree forest when he was. Compulsive thoughts led him to her, and for some reason, decided to let her stay with him. So yes, compulsive was often a good way to describe Turns. “I’m sure anypony that needs your help will be glad to have it Blanca.”

“That was interesting.” Turns looked about a bit confused. “Did anyone get hurt?” He asked Argenta. Looking at the gryphon he held out his right foreleg for a friendly hoofshake, “Hello my name is Turn Tables.”

"Well im not its just, i was always told not to ramble when on a date. That it sounded bad." Turns smiled, "I guess they never met you Argenta, If you don't mind me saying, i think im starting to like you," Turns blushed as those last words came out.

"See that's the great thing about music, and why i decided that i loved it so much.," Turns began. "Its not always about understanding the words. If its done right meaning can be taken from the simplest tune. Lyrics can tell a story, but so can music. Like this city, well at least how i imagine it works, Every district serves it own purpose like a instrument in a band. A voice is another instrument." Turns stopped himself before his rambling went any farther. "Im sorry i dont mean to lecture, i just umm.i..uhh.sorry." Turns blushed a crimson color at his own folly.

"That counts," Turns replied. "Considering of course that they haven't thrown books at you yet. That was the last time i try to sing with Blanca around." Turns giggles.
