    Lightning Dust gave Marble the general area of where she lived. [colour=#FF0000]"W-well, I live in Cloudsdale, so it seems we'll be close." [/colour]Marble began getting panicky again. [colour=#ff0000]"N-n-not close like that! I just mean... Living close to each other." [/colour]He scratched his mane nervously, then turned to see a drowzy Flashbomb nearly falling asleep on his pancakes. Marble decided to have some fun. He snuck his head close to Flash's ears. [colour=#ff0000]"THERE'S A SPIDER IN YOUR MANE!" [/colour]He yelled, making Flash jump. [colour=#ff0000]"Oh, wait, it's gone." [/colour]He then chuckled quietly before turning back to eat again.

    Flashbomb put his bits on Lyria for getting a double rainboom. Marble stuck with his bet though, but nodded when he said Lightning would get most agile. [colour=#ff0000]I probably won't win anything. [/colour]​He thought to himself, as his pessimism was returning. [colour=#ff0000]Aw well, I'm a Wonderbolt, it's not it matters! [/colour]He shoveled in another bite as Flash mentioned that they would probably be separating, except for shows. Marble looked over to Lightning Dust. [colour=#ff0000]"That reminds me. If we're... D-da~ating," [/colour]Marble cleared his throat again after his voice cracked. [colour=#ff0000]"Sh-should we know where we live? A-and set up an actual... D-da~ate?" [/colour]Marble facehoofed, feeling stupid for not even being able to say the word 'date'.

    Marble followed Rainbow Dash and the other stallions out. He quickly smiled even wider as Lightning Dust snuck over with them, as he kept close to her. They all sat at their usual table, though there was no food yet. Marble stared longingly at the doors, with high expectations for their final meal at the academy. Rainbow Dash gave them all a congratulatory speech, and told them the schedule for the day. Afterwards, Marble looked over at the door, as chef ponies began shuffling in with carts, filled with plates, silverware, and covered plates, seemingly hiding delicious foods. They began placing them all out, and Marble wasted no time between getting his haycakes with syrup and eating them. It was a rather nostalgic breakfast, remembering the times he would wake up on Saturday's and they'd all have the awesomest breakfast ever. It was just as good as he remembered it. Flashbomb made an all-too-true statement about feeling like royalty. After finishing and getting his seconds, Marble was feeling chatty again. [colour=#ff0000]"Alright, time to take bets on the class honors. Who will get fastest flyer; Flashbomb or Lyria?" [/colour]He turned to Lightning Dust quickly. [colour=#ff0000]"No offense to you, but they've done sonic booms." [/colour]He cleared his throat and turned back to the others. [colour=#ff0000]"I'm putting my bits on Flash."[/colour]

    Flashbomb told Marble to get a hold of himself. Looking around the room and seeing everypony looking at him, he backed away blushing and returned to a more very-happy demeanor. He looked out the window and saw the stage being set up, and almost became overexcited again. He especially looked closely when the hot air balloons were delivering unicorns and earth ponies to the academy. He saw a familiar Egyptian Blue unicorn jumping out of one of them. [colour=#ff0000]Showboat's here?! [/colour]He turned from the window when Rainbow Dash slammed open the door and told them of their celebratory Breakfast. [colour=#ff0000]"This is going to be the best day ever!"[/colour]

    The scarred dude told Knight his name. [colour=#b22222]"Flashbomb?! That's totally awesome!" [/colour]He jumped off of Flash in his excitement. [colour=#b22222]"I'm gonna' call you Bomb, 'cause bombs are so awesome! I like awesome things, how 'bout you?" [/colour]Knight felt slightly stupid over not being more friendly with him earlier, but put it behind him to be besties with him then! [colour=#b22222]And I HAVE to introduce him to Slick![/colour]

    Knight began stirring again. He was plagued with odd dreams of helping out ponies. Although it doesn't sound odd to most, he found it especially odd that most of the ponies he was saving were fillies. After waking up, he remembered the part that wasn't a dream; saving the Scarred Dude from drown. He jumped up excitedly. [colour=#b22222]"That was so awesome!" [/colour]He realized there was nopony else in the cabin. After a disappointed moan, he ran out of the cabin looking to show off his achievement and happiness to somepony. There weren't many very close, most of them were out at the water itself playing. He then saw the scarred dude himself coming out of the fillies cabin! He didn't much care to know what he was doing, but he needed to talk to somepony! He charged over to him, and tackled him to the ground in joy. [colour=#b22222]"That was so awesome dude!" [/colour]Knight yelled at him. [colour=#b22222]"You were all like... Well, you couldn't say anything, then I was all like 'I'll save you' and you were still all silent, then something happened, seriously, how did my sword cut through those? But then you were all floating and I was all like 'I'm the hero!' then I fell asleep. BEST DAY EVER!" [/colour]Knight then realized something unforgivable; they didn't know each others names! [colour=#b22222]"I'm Knight, who are you?"[/colour]

    (Sorry I was gone, we had our internet off for a few hours) Marble was shaken awake by somepony, he didn't really care who. Some time in the night, in the middle of his excited thoughts, he apparently fell asleep. He didn't want to get up yet and spoil the day! He drifted off to sleep again, only to be shaken awake again. He jolted up when the voice made a joke about him dreaming about Lightning Dust. [colour=#ff0000]"I-I wasn't-" [/colour]He cut himself off before he looked too suspicious, and lay himself up. He remembered what day it was then, and jumped off the bed. [colour=#ff0000]"We're gonna' be Wonderbolts soon!" [/colour]He yelled out, waking up any other sleeping ponies in the barracks. [colour=#ff0000]"I'm so excited I could just scream!" [/colour]After taking a loud, deep breath, he let out a low noise that could have passed for a weak wind.

    The tour guide was coming, and Marble thanked the mare for speaking for him. Marble jumped up as somepony else suddenly joined their group, though he quickly recovered and continued his stoic demeanor. He gave the new mare as much attention as the others in his group, which is to say, very little.

    (Looks like something from Skyrim or Oblivion) Lightning Dust flew off first, and after a moment of hesitation, Marble jumped off after her. He entered the barracks before he had time to see the sky, but once he made it to his bed, his eyes dilated with wonderment at the beautiful night sky. It didn't really seem different from most nights, but something about everything seemed so much better, and the sky looked completely new to him at the time. Feeling very satisfied with his day, Marble lay down on his bottom bunk, closed his eyes, and mostly lay there attempting to sleep, as his excitement for the next day was keeping him up.

    The ponies seemed to all be eager to go on the tour. Marble sighed, not noticing the other nearby pegasus, and turned to the entrance. Inside was a pretty normal lobby, with ponies entering and exiting through different doors. A receptionist was at the front, offering free tours of the weather and rainbow factory. He trotted up to ask for the tours, but getting a closer look at the receptionist mare, he backed away quickly. [colour=#ff0000]Why must they always be pretty? [/colour]He looked over at the artist ponies. [colour=#ff0000]"Ask for the tour." [/colour]He commanded, able to hide his blush from looking at the mare.

    The doctor reassured them about Leif, before another nurse entered and frantically told him that he needed to go. The doctor gave him the choice of leaving or staying. Showboat began silently panicking. [colour=#0000cd]Darn it, I hate having to make choices... [/colour]Big Macintosh looked over at Showboat and shrugged, seemingly not caring what his choice was. After a short, nervous silence, he finally decided to speak up. [colour=#0000cd]"I-I think we'll stay until she gets up." [/colour]​He finalized. [colour=#0000cd]"If that's okay with you guys..."[/colour]

    The doctor was temporarily distracted by (his companion?) a nurse telling him about a newborn foal, but he seemed focused on helping Leif. [colour=#0000cd]"I believe we were finding a room for her." [/colour]He reminded the doc, as they arrived at an empty room and put her on the bed. He noticed how quiet Big Macintosh was, but thought it was probably normal for a farmer pony to not have much to say. He took a seat by Leif's bed. [colour=#0000cd]"I guess this ruins our plans on meeting Octavia today."[/colour]

    (I can't NOT make a Doctor Who reference with a character called Doctor!) The doctor introduced himself as... The doctor. Showboat immediately became excited, and stomped his hooves quickly. While Doc was asking the important questions, Showboat had questions that were as important as the universe itself! [colour=#0000cd]"You're the doctor?! As in, the doctor the doctor?! Renegade time lord from Gallopfrey, saving time and space from all of its dangers?!" [/colour][colour=#000080]You read too much Doctor Whooves. [/colour][colour=#0000cd]It's the best book series ever, I can't just stop reading it! [/colour][colour=#000080]Just let me take over for a moment. [/colour]After clearing his throat, Showboat went back to serious mode. [colour=#0000cd]"We were on a train when a large bump sent her flying into a window. She was conscious for a few moments, but now appears to be semi-conscious. Medical history unknown, I've only met her this afternoon. Her name is Leif."[/colour]

    (I'm gonna' stop this before it gets 18+) After a few seconds that could have passed for hours, Marble backed away from Lightning Dust, and giggled nervously. [colour=#ff0000]I'm gonna' tell ponies that, THAT was my first kiss. [/colour]He thought, still believing that they were only friends the first time. [colour=#ff0000]"S-sorry. I'm new to all this." [/colour]He excused himself. He looked over and saw the sun setting. [colour=#ff0000]"I guess we should go back to our dorms." [/colour]He didn't really want to leave, but he remembered that they'd be Wonderbolts the next day!

    After a while of walking, they arrived at the Canterlot hospital. Showboat sighed with relief that she knew where to go. Delilah walked in first, tripped on air and fell on somepony. Showboat ran over to apologize for her, but ran too fast and tripped over her on the doctor. [colour=#0000cd]"Sorry!" [/colour]He yelled as he jumped up. [colour=#0000cd]"Are you the- I mean, a doctor?" [/colour]He asked as he helped him up. [colour=#0000cd]"My friend hit her head and went unconscious, I think she might have a concussion."[/colour]

    Delilah began humming and walking off in a random direction. After a moment of hesitation, he assumed she knew where she was going and began following her. He was about to float Leif, but he realized that Big Mac was holding her. [colour=#0000cd]"Thanks!" [/colour]He said cheerfully to the stallion, as he turned back to follow Delilah.

    (I know it wasn't a mess up, Marble just wasn't aware she didn't hear) Flashbomb flew from where Lightning was hiding. He was nervous as to what happened at first, but then he said he clarified what he said, followed by saying 'she will'. He raised his ears excitedly. He let Flash finish though. Apparently she misheard him, so he fixed the problem. He then suggested going to her. Without hesitation, Marble flew over to the cloud Lightning Dust was on. He looked at her for a few moments. She looked really cute with her red cheeks and teary eyes. [colour=#FF0000]"I-I'm not too sure what we're suppose to do. But..." [/colour]After that, he quickly kissed her again. It was all he knew so far, after all. He was feeling very happy at that moment, and his fears and doubts were disappearing in that magical moment.

    (I'm on Spring Break now.) Showboat helped float out Leif out of the train as it stopped at Canterlot. [colour=#0000cd]"The Canterlot hospital is... That way?" [/colour]He pointed his hoof towards a building that looked very similar to a hospital. He had been their a few times, but could never remember where it actually was.

    Out of nowhere, Lightning Dust kissed Marble. He didn't struggle or resist. He didn't know what to do, so he let her do all the work. Afterwards, she flew off with no warning, leaving Marble rather confused. [colour=#ff0000]"Is that a yes?!" [/colour]He yelled at her, but by the time he did, she was out of earshot. He lay back in the clouds with nothing but his thoughts again. He didn't hold back his images of the future now, though rather laughed at how childish they were. [colour=#ff0000]Hopefully we'll be assigned to the same squad...[/colour]

    Somepony else, introducing himself as Care Package joined their little group. At least he seemed to be a local. He, like some of the others, seemed nervous about the rainbow factory. Apparently one of the mares suspected the rumors of the factory to be true. [colour=#ff0000]"They give tours." [/colour]He told them, hoping to reassure them, though still remaining quiet.     Lightning Dust began telling him about her feelings. Talking about their kiss, why she liked him, even about a daydream involving foals that looked like them. It seemed to be Marble's turn to tell her his feelings. He let out a deep sigh. [colour=#ff0000]"I-I think I like you too Lightning..." [/colour]He started with. Normally, he'd have ended there, but he always felt safe telling her about his feelings. [colour=#ff0000]"I'm not sure though. It could just be a really strong friendship. And that's what worries me. I've never been in a relationship like this before. I'm scared that I'll make a mistake and ruin it to the point where we can't even be friends. A-and I just don't feel like enough for you. I'm just... Not sure..." [/colour]Marble stood up and stared out into the horizon with her. [colour=#ff0000]"I kinda' saw us with foals too..." [/colour]Marble was becoming overwhelmed with feels again. He really had something he wanted to say, and he couldn't hold it back now. [colour=#ff0000]"L-l-l-Lightning Dust... W-w-would you g-g-go..." [/colour]He took several deep breathes, as he was now having troubles speaking. His throat was clenching up, and it was tough to even breathe. [colour=#ff0000]"O-o-out with... M-m-me..." [/colour]After finishing, his throat finally opened up again. He just hoped he didn't make a mistake.

    Lightning Dust denied being with Flash. That lifted his spirits a bit, though he still wasn't completely better. She said she needed to talk to him. [colour=#ff0000]"Um... Sure, what is it?" [/colour]He asked, brave enough to look up at her now.

    The paint-covered mare seemed unaware of Marble's joke. He looked over at her. [colour=#ff0000]"You need to listen to more music." [/colour]With that, Marble flew up and lead them towards the rainbows. He remained silent along the way, letting the other two talk to each other as he flew to Cloudsdale's rainbow waterfall. After they arrived, Marble quickly lead them to the right, where the factory let out the large river of rainbow water. He let them look around, while he mostly just followed them around, not wanting to bump into anypony he knew.

    Knight felt somepony grabbing his hooves. He struggled at first, but eventually gave up. He wasn't sure how long he was carried for, but he eventually found himself someplace comfy and warm. With that, he fell asleep nearly instantly.

    After a few minutes of his crying, Lightning Dust conveniently came from below. He quickly wiped away most of his tears, but it seemed she noticed already. [colour=#ff0000]"I'm not crying. It's... Liquid pride, 'cause I'm so happy now that we're Wonderbolts..." [/colour]Trying to change the subject so she wouldn't see through his blatant lies, he went with what came to his mind first. [colour=#ff0000]"You and Flash look like you'll be happy together." [/colour]He internally facepalmed. [colour=#ff0000]This'll really help me feel better.[/colour]
