  1. Twilight Sparkle arrived on the scene, expecting to find Rainbow or somepony doing something foolish. What she found instead stopped her in her tracks. Her mouth dropped open as she took in the scene. Fluttershy and another pegasus she recognized from around town were standing there with... It couldn't be. There's no possible way.
  2. Twilight Sparkle was in her room, reading as usual. Now, however, she was simply reading for pleasure. It was a book on mythological creatures, and she was currently on the section about Homo sapiens, or human beings. "Bah." She said. "Nothing like this could ever exist in Equestria. We'd know about them by now." Then she heard a crash outside, and got up to investigate.
  3. I can do Twilight! I think that'd be fun, Twilight finding a human and trying to study her and whatnot... Yeah, can I do Twilight?
  4. Moonstone followed the two ponies, looking around, marveling at the town and the ponies. So many colours! So many ponies! How many other ponies were there? All his life, believing he was the only one... Then, a question popped into his head. "Do they have squirrel, them?" He asked, looking up at the two adults on either side of him.
  5. Well, I'm back! Not that I think anypony missed me... But yeah. Haha

  6. Hey everypony. I'm taking a break from roleplaying, so I wont be on anymore. I am, however, in the middle of writing some fan fictions. Find me on fimfiction.net if you are interested in reading, I have the same username there.

  7. "What will you eat if you dont hunt, you? And what do you mean, pay?"
  8. (I apologize for my slow replies this week. I've been really busy with prom tomorow and getting a new job.) Moonstone marveled at the sights. He could see all of Ponyville, and another town built into the side of a mountain in the distance. Then Lightning came up to him. "Okay..." he said, disappointed. He teleported down, and was soon joined by the other two. "So, where will we hunt, us?"
  9. Moonstone ran through the streets, marveling at all the sights. His horn glowed, and he teleported to the top of a tall building so he could see more. When he appeared at the top, he looked around. He appeared to he in the center of the town. There were so many ponies, and so many different colours. He sat down on the roof and marveled at the sight.
  10. "There is so much, it!" Moonstone couldnt believe his eyes. It was so bright, so colourful, so new. He took off into the town.
  11. So, inspiration struck. Im thinking of writing a couple of short stories. Anypony interested in proofreading and/or critique?

  12. Moonstone hesitated, then looked up at lightning. He nodded, then took a step out of the Everfree Forest. Then another. And he entered into the world of ponies. Looking around him, he was amazed. Ponies everywhere. There were big structures, and smaller structures with ponies standing beside them, giving other ponies food and things for small round pieces of metal. It was a lot to take in. Moonstone sat on his haunches, taking in the sights.
  13. "A race?" Moonstone asked. He felt kind of silly asking so many questions about things that were apparently everyday occurrences, but he was so interested in Light and Lightning's world. Then, the three arrived at the edge of the forest. Before stepping out and following the others, Moonstone paused and looked at the ground outside the forest uneasily.
  14. Moonstone looked to Lightning. He knew what lightning was, and could even create it, under the right circumstances. But a finish line? A flag? There was so much he didnt know, so much for him to learn. "What's a finish line flag?" He asked her, smiling, excited at learning about their world.
  15. "Is it a form of magic?" Moon asked. He had always been good at magic, though mostly out of necessity. Out in the woods, he needed every advantage he could get.
  16. Moonstone was confused. "Music? What's that? Isit a game, it? Or a way to fight?". He asked, excited. Being in the forest, he had to defend himself quite often, and so had developed quite a few methods of combat. He could take down a manticore with his magic, ir with a knife, if he could sneak up on it. One time, he had even killed a hydra, though the exertion of a spell that large, as well as trying not to get eaten or stepped on, had nearly cost him his life anyway. After that fight, he was forced to retreat to a nearby cave to get his strength back. By the time he was strong enough to go out and defend himself again if necessary, the hydra had almost been picked clean. Though he didn't get much food off the hydra, he was able to use its bones to fashion a wide array of blades and spears, which he had stashed all throughout the forest. He even carried one tied in his short tail, hidden, yet able to be drawn in an instant.
  17. Moonstone looked at Lights flank, trying to make sense of the mark. Not recognizing anything on it, he looked over to Lightning's flank. After a moment, though, an unusual feeling came over him. He couldn't put a name to the feeling, but he didn't like it. He looked away from Lightnings flank, his face flushing red. Then, suddenly, the word for the feeling came to him. Embarrassment. He had never felt it before, a feeling of shame and fear over what other ponies think of. It was so new, so sudden, and so strange, he stopped, still blushing. He looked down to the ground, then back up, regaining his composure. He ran to catch up to the two, and looked to Light. "What does your mark mean, it?". He asked, trying to act like the episode had never happened.
  18. Am I the only pony on here who can't draw their own profile picture? >.

  19. Moonstone looked around, thinking. Leave the forest? The only thing I've ever known? He was curious, yes. Curious about this new world. And curiosity was one of the main reasons he had survived on his own this long. Curiosity was what pushed him to explore both his world and his own magical ability. Curiosity and necessity. They said there were other ponies. Is thought excited him most of all. Other ponies like him! Other creatures he could interact with, that were as smart as him, and that were nice! Not just mindless animals or aggressive predators. But what of the dangers... Moonstone had no idea what possible dangers there could be. This gave him pause... But not for long. He stood up, suddenly excited. "Let's go, us!". He said, sounding to his ears like a squirrel who had just found a stash of acorns. As they got up and walked back towards the tunnel, Moonstone noticed something. "What are those marks on your flanks, them?" he asked, his head cocked to the side.
  20. "Its not bad if you know how to take care of yourself, it." Moon replied to Lightning. Then he turned to Light. "Leave the forest... I dont know, me. I only learned there was an edge to the forest today..." Moonstone seemed to shrink back. He had never imagined that there was an edge to the forest.
  21. Moonstone looked around, but there werent any animals around. "I've lived in the forest all my life, me. I used to think the forest was the whole world, it."
  22. "My pleasure, it." Moonstone said. He smiled at her. He really wanted to impress her, though he was nervous and confused. He had only just learned other ponies existed only a couple of hours ago.
  23. As he finished healing her wing, Moonstone felt relief at their answer. He had never seen a female of his own species before, and being an adolecent, he felt a stiring inside him. He didnt quite understand their awkwardness, since for him animal mating was normal. "You can ask, you." He said, sitting as well.
  24. "I'll get that, me." Moonstone said as he channeled more magic into healing. As the spell was taking effect, Moonstone had another question. "Are you two mates?" He asked.
  25. He noticed that Light had hurt his hoof. Moonstone knew healing magic, but had never used it on anything but himself... He decided to give it a try. His horn glowed, and he focused on Light's hoof. He channeled magic through the healing spell, and Light's hoof began to glow the same dull grey as Moonstone's horn. In a moment, the glow receeded and Light's hoof was fixed. "Wow, it worked!" Moonstone was excited, just as he always was when he discovered a new ability. He smiled, happy with his success, at Lightning. "I do believe we have, me."
