Very weird and she could probably only be used in a RP on some chat site somewhere that does not obey the basic rules of Equestria and being canon. No, that's not her cutie mark though I DO see what you did there... c; Yes, she's a pegasus.. I actually have no OCs that have horns, unless their twisted horns that are very mythical.
