You called Stinky Pete the Sheriff.. He's the prospector ..WOODY is the Sheriff..
Ah, you're right. XD I wrote this in a hurry in order to get my collective thoughts out.

It's not that I don't like Toy Story 3 because I don't like the franchise or simply disliked the movie out of personal preference, it just wasn't a strong or well made movie, and therefore I was not entertained as I would have liked to be and would have expected from Pixar's previous record.
-
I feel it was a cash cow, however, there was still plenty of merchandise being made at the time, and Disneyland still had some Toy Story themed rides. I'm sure the movie did quite a bit to boost sales, and allow for the creation of new toys and collectables for the series. Disney KNEW people would buy them, so why not take advantage of the opportunity.
-
But errr...I still like it. Woody and Buzz still seemed like the same characters they were from the very beginning, and I'm a sucker for happy endings. Especially for characters I really cared for growing up.
And I think that's why a lot of people liked the movie. Many people like the story, even though I feel it actually lacked a good plot or substance. They like the nostalgic experience, even though I feel it's just pandering to the emotions of the audience (and heck, the Nostalgia Critic admits Andy goes overboard at the end). It's just that the reasons people say they like the movie... aren't the elements that I feel make up a good movie. Sure, for most it was an emotionally moving movie, but I don't think that one moment is enough to redeem the film.

Please speak with my RP Helpstaff to figure out what you can, and cannot do in regards to the RP- they can tell you when canon is changing, rules have changed, and what must go through them.
Hey, no worries on that! Scythe has told me Flutterscotch is already on the job. Many things have changed since this blog post, since Nocturna was not yet approved, and some kinks have been worked out since then.

how old is this? im guessing because of winter theme, last christmas?
If you scrolled down on the image, the last app is dated to have a comment from me on February 11, 2012, although there is an app that seems to have been around since January 07 as well.

...oh, is that a weird discussion? Because that would be the story of my life.

We all need some general randomness in our lives Tales. Life would be too boring if only the expected happened.
I had a random war with someone in high school. I don't know what we were talking about.
Besides, it's one of my Canterlot traits to be linking some various music files or images. Don't be so surprised. Not surprised, but that doesn't make it any less weird.
PS: That's like a classic song made by classic Gigi D'Agostino! Shame on you!Man, I grew up in a sheltered home. I am pretty behind on the culture of the 90's.

It seems like a lot of new members don't read rules (that one guy with the story...)
You've only had to see ONE? Don't get me started on:
(18+ content)
'Dragon butter'
Although I'm sure it is a breath of fresh air to get new members who do the right thing. The 18+ thing seems kind of obvious, if it has anything remotely 18+ it probably belongs in 18+ section. (Although I've heard hat Canterlot wasn't always G...not sure from who, but thats what I've heard.Yeah, under the old Admins, for about three months, in the VERY beginning.
As for OrangePropellerFox...I've got him beat... People can't even PRONOUNCE my name correctly.
At least it LOOKS normal.

Ooo, what forum did you create?

You're probably one of the first users I ever met, back when the board was small. We haven't talked a lot one on one, but I remember chatting with you at times when we had the IRC. I tend to miss everyone that has been here awhile and then leaves, especially those members that have been here for a long time. Maybe out paths will cross again in the future.

It's dated the 21st for me. Might have to do with your timezone.

Silver, it was earlier yesterday

But did they shout out to Canterlot?

Yes, Scout is mine.
My player log is linked under my name.

Soy or almond milk is not so great.

House only carries soy and almond milk.

We don't stock hot pockets in my house.

Sounds kind of cryptic. Like, they were writing about something (like the plot of a TV show or movie), but in a poetic and not straightforward way. Like how riddles tell you about something, but you can't always figure out what, even if it's something easy.

I had to move from Arizona to Washington to help take care of my great-grandma who had cancer.

I don't know how sign ups are anymore. I had my account before there were any big precautions, so I have no idea what security's like when you try to make an account.

This blog was about my job at an entertainment store, which I no longer hold.

WHAT'S GOING ON?!
Well, anyway, that's a pretty subjective question. I mean, You ask, "What is it that you, the Canterlot community, does when you are bored?" and then follow it with three completely different questions: "How do you pass the time during power outages, or when you're kicked out of the house, or get cabin fever, or you're stuck at a party you really don't want to be at?" So I guess I'll stab at them one at a time.
"What is it that you do when you are bored?" Really, there is a lot do. I've got video games, books, movies... and most of all, the internet! A plehtora of knowledge and literature and media. I mean, when you have the internet, you can be occupied for hours. Find an episode of one of your favorite shows, read a fanfic, chat with friends, post on this forum, look at art, play a game... Really, the internet has endless possibilities.
"How do you pass the time during power outages?" Well, this depends on if you are alone or with family or friends. Alone, there is the possbility of using your cell phone, for the time the battery lasts. When the power went out when I was younger, I used to call friends and ask if the power was out at their house, since landlines were not affected by power outages. There's reading, and writing, or even just taking a nap. If you're with others, try playing board games. One time, I stayed the night at a friends house, and the power went out, and we played a board game to pass the time. It was night, but it was too early to sleep, so I guess we had a large flashlight or something. Maybe build a pillow fort. I mean, that's fun anytime, but if the power is out, not much else to do-plus, you need to use flashlights anyway!
"How do you pass the time when you're kicked out of the house or get cabin fever?" Well, since the first hasn't happened to me, I'll take the second. What else is there to do but go for a walk? Maybe go window shopping if you live near an area where there is shopping available. Walk to a friends house, see if you can crash there. Depending on where you live, maybe go to the park and take a nap. Visit a pet store or shelter and play with the animals. Call a friend if you've got a cell phone, hang out with them. Two is better than one, after all.
"How do you pass the time when you're stuck at a party you really don't want to be at?" Well, normally I'm just a wallflower. First of all, I eat food. Lots of food. All the food I want. I'm pretty socially awkward, so it happens that even when I go to parties I want to be at, I end up standing around, not making conversation, or just listening to others. So I sit on a couch, listen to what others are talking about. Or I go outside and take a little walk, because generally said party is at a place I do not frequent and thus do not know well. I mess around with my phone, text people I actually know, or play games. If it isn't rude to do so, listen to your iPod or read a book or maybe even write in a notebook. Pretty much the same stuff as before. I mean, parties are only like, a few hours, right? They might be awkard, but not that time consuming. And hey, if you're the social type, maybe try to make a friend and spend the evening talking with them. Mentally plan what you're going to do when you get home and get out of this party. Let your mind wander. Imagine the party goers in underwear. Think about what would happen if an elephant burst through the wall. Maybe I just have an active imagination to keep me occupied at these parties.
